Absolutely terrible customer service. Stood at the counter waiting to order and was never even acknowledged. Then when I inquired about the price of their protein was told I don t know followed by a dead blank stare. Not a let me find out Just a blank stare Definitely don t recommend. Or at least avoid Minji or however you spell her name

This place has gone down tremendously in the past year. The wait times are crazyyyyyy. I literally just sat in the drive-thru for 16 minutes to be exact. Just for the guy at the window to ask what was my order 3 times after placing it. It was only me and one other car in the drive-thru. I Will definitely be finding another smoothie place to go to.

Went inside to order and no one greeted me or tried to take my order. They stood there talking while while one was working the drive- thru. I literal stood there for 8-10 minutes waiting. Definitely not a fan of the service. Ironically, only then was I helped when I went through the drive-thru. Typical service would not recommend.

The attention at the drive thru window has been terrible the last 2 times I have come, the girl never understands what you ask and the truth does not make an effort to help, otherwise the Acai are delicious and not to mention the smoothies , delicious

Jocelyn has great customer service! Usually when I ask what the person recommends they typically don t want to recommend or de annoyed for the recommendation. Not Jocelyn she took her time even though I was indecisive she kept her patients and great customer service!

Respectfully customer service needs improvement. Also my lemonade I was given seem to made in advance it was so watered down. Unless the new lemonades just really suck idk. It just tasted horrible. However the lobby area did seem very clean.

It pains me in my heart because I am a true smoothie king lover, I love coming for these açaí bowls however tonight was a different story. I got my usual & im not sure if they were new or what was going on behind closed doors but the wait was exceptionally long for their being no line & just to receive my bowls less than half full. I am very disappointed & i don t mind supporting a company I love but when they skimp out on portions it breaks my smorthie king heart. It was literally unbowlieveable.

They close early! We pulled up 20-30 minutes before closing through the drive-threw.. the auto reply at the speaker said they were already closed. When we looked inside, there were still people inside. So, I pulled around so that we could go inside thinking it was just the drivethrew closed, by the time we parked and started getting out, they had turned out the lights and were locking the door. We had just got out of the hospital with our 5year old daughter who was very upset. Maybe dont put your operating hours until 9 pm if yall closed and locked up by 8:40?

This location was built dangerously close to where I live The Nutty Super Grain is so filling and among my favorites. However, they have an incredibly wide selection of delicious treats. Great staff here as well. Parking space Plenty of parking

I LOVE this location. The girls are fast and always have my order ready when I get there. Not to mention, they dont let the smoothies sit out until you get there! This location is out of the way for me, but Im gonna keep coming here, I feel they are definitely worth it.

This is the 2nd time I ve came here an there was an issue with my smoothie ! The 1st time they didn t fill my cup up all the way ! There so reason I should be past half a cup in a short 5 mins drive to the house an I had the largest size ! They gave me a styrofoam cup so I didn t realize how much was in here until I left . Today I went back hoping for a different experience an my smoothie was not a smoothie! It did not have the smoothie texture! I even put it in the freezer for it to thicken back up an it was still loose! I m beginning to really dislike going to this location!

Ive taken to coming here after getting some exercise. The staff is cheerful and glad to help. The High Intensity Workout smoothie in chocolate cinnamon is extremely refreshing, satisfying, easy to digest and satisfies both sweet and savory cravings without being chock full of low quality sugars or fats. Glad for the drive-thru option when Im onto the next. Makes a great lunch option when you want something quick AND nutritious without stopping at a sit-down place. All in all, Im very glad this location opened!

Negative 5 stars. The people working there have 0 training. Ive given this place four different chances because I thought to myself, you know new business, they got to train everyone. Somehow, its regressed every single time to the point that they dont even know whats on their menu. When they do make something, it takes 20 minutes and they mess it up three times. Its insane! Do not go to this location. Drive however you far you have to drive to the one on North Tarrant or the one on Denton highway because it you do not want to go here.

Went through the drive thur and waiting about 20 mins for my smoothie for for it to be the wrong one. I drove off to park and go inside to let them know it was wrong the manager asked the same girl who handed me my drink to remake it and she wouldn t and gave a lot of attitude. I ve been trying to drink protein after my workouts but I m not really a fan of protein shakes. That s why I started going to this Smoothie King after my workouts and grabbing a high protein smoothie. Knowing I was going to grab that smoothie after I was done is sometimes the only thing that motivates me to push through a workout! Just wanted an excuse to try a new flavor (there are a crazy amount of options you just have to see). And when I need to grab a smoothie on the go I can just use their drive thru. I didn t even know Smoothie Kings could have a drive thru. It s very convenient especially on those days I m feeling less than 100% after from a workout! I can t recommend this place enough

Stopped off to get a smoothie after a workout. Great experience. Plenty of staff that had great energy. The person taking my order made a concerted effort to let me know what alternatives were available given I had a very specific smoothie request. Location is great as well - right at the intersection of a street and there is plenty of parking. There was a drive through as well, but given this was my first time at this location, I wanted to go in to check out the inside and the cleanliness. I was in and out much faster than I thought. I hadnt been in a Smoothie King in a while and got my smoothie to go, but was a huge fan of the indoor set-up. A lot of casual soft seating that is kid friendly as well. Will make stopping at this Smoothie King part of my weekly routine going forward.
