No doubt the pizza is good, but with the past 2 orders, Ive been disappointed. Both orders were barely warm pizzas, which led to dissatisfied taste and regret spending $50. I gave the benefit of the doubt for the first order as it was delivery, but the second order I picked up and it was still cold. I didnt notice this until I got home as the guy who handed me the pizzas mentioned how hot the bottom of the boxes were, so I didnt realize they werent, in fact, hot. Bummer

this restaurant, where do i even start. i went on a family vacation to maine in june 2019 and still to this day (july 2024) i CANNOT stop thinking about how wonderful their food & atmosphere was. it has been 5 years and i can t stop thinking about how good the food was & how much the staff made me laugh while we waited, everyone was so kind & it was just overall the best restaurant experience i have ever had!!

Pizza was cold. The younger men up front were fairly decent but the owner was very hostile towards customers. I called after leaving because my order was wrong. I ordered a extra large and received a large instead. During the phone call he cut me off and was very ride over the phone and didnt rectify the mistakes they made. So now I paid for a extra large pizza I did not receive as well as was secretly charged for dip that was not available to order on the site when i had made the note in the comments for it instead.1.50 per ranch cup that I was completely unaware that Id be charged for. Overall 10 out of 10 do not recommend, a very hostile environment that has steadily gone further and further down hill, through sneakily extorting people as well as receiving cold product that was inaccurate. Ive been ordering for years and until this year and it continues to go downhill each time Ive ordered and after this last order blantly being disrespected and disregarded they have lost a loyal customer of 3 years today. Parking: Have to park in the fireplace because there were no spots available. Kid-friendliness: Avoid taking any small child, very cramped and dirty atmosphere . Wheelchair accessibility: Can not fit a wheelchair comfortably.

The pizza is really good but they have all of these specials listed on website that they will not honor. When calling them about this the response was pretty much, yeah we dont honor those. Maybe time to take those down as even though the pizza was good I refuse to order again with someone that will not honor specials clearly listed on website. Just take them down then!

I ve been getting pizzas from Giovanis for about three years. I get one about every week. Never gets old. They are absolutely amazing amazing pizza. I get the jumbo extra-large 17 inch pepperoni mushroom always a generous portion of sauce, meat and mushrooms. These guys are amazing. First time ordering, ordered at 8:50PM picked up around 9:10PM unknowing that they closed at 9. I felt bad, never been here before and the owners willingness to do that was nice. I wouldnt have been upset if they declined my order due to timing. That being said, it was really good. Dough and cheese is a 5/5, sauce 4/5. Id recommend at least trying this place. Its reasonably priced, owners are great and overall a solid pizza.

I ordered a supreme pizza with no sausage or mushrooms. My pizza def had both on it. It was very much like Boss s pizza in that there s very little sauce and a ton of cheese. I thought the crust was thin and it s not really thin. The pizza was good. Just not great. Not rememberable.

I ordered Giovanni on uber eats at 7:36pm, canceled the order in less than 1 minute, then placed the same order at 7:39pm and was charged for both meals. If i didnt know better i would blame uber, however I have worked in resaurants and theres no way they made the exact same meal with the same name on the order twice! Or they did make it twice but kept one order for a shift meal. They are obviously double charging me! I understand fairness to the restaurant but this not ok!

Ive tried a bunch of other places when it comes to spaghetti meatballs and this place by far, is the best out of all them. They load it with a great amount of meatballs and adequate sauce which was very tasty. And then its topped with some melted cheese (i think it was bake till melted), overall was really good. Its a good size meal and can get you filled up even if you big person. I eat half of it and then save the rest for later and its gone before the night falls! For the price, its very fair and affordable. I give thier spaghetti meallbals a rating of 9.1 out 10!!!! (Thats the highest rating Ive ever gave of a single dish review)

We love Giovanni s! We order it almost religiously on Sunday nights and it always tastes great. Our favorites are the pizza and baked ziti, but their wings are awesome too! I would order just wings from them before ordering wingstop or somewhere else near. They are always fast and friendly upon delivery and prices are good, too!

A quintessential small, local Italian takeout restaurant. The portion sizes are good and the prices are reasonable. The strombolis and calzones were exactly what I expected and both were filling. The pizzas had the right mix of cheese and sauce and all the toppings tasted fresh. It took about 15 minutes for a food to be prepared. They do have a dining room although its not very large, so I would recommend take out. The staff was courteous and attentive. Quick, tasty and adorable, Giovannis is exactly what I hoped it would be.

A great hole in a wall pizza place! While the resturant itself is smaller than it looks, they make up for with stellar pizza. Our little slice of heaven during the pandemic. We found this little Italian gem during the pandemic shelter in place. We had it delivered and were blown away. Ever since we had it we started a ritual of Friday night pizza from Giovannis. Everything we have gotten has been great! Some of our favorites....margarita cheese bread, supreme pizza and the homemade ranch (made fresh daily). Not only is the food delicious, the staff has always been so nice and want the best experience for their customers. This may be one of the best things to come out of the pandemic for us.

I don t understand how you can stay in business serving food of this type? Burnt crispy edges actually looked promising until you see the soft, mushy, and obviously frozen pizza dough bottom. You can see and taste the processed garbage that went into making this pizza, especially the cheap cheese and tasteless sauce. Really needed a pizza fix tonight and should have probably known better then to try someplace new. Back to Joe s in Keller for proper pizza.

Tried Giovannis the first time last Saturday. From now on this will be my go-to pizza place. Crust not too thin, not too thick. Just the right amount of cheese, and the sauce was tangy, not sweet. (Sweet sauce is a real deal-breaker for me.) My only quibble was the fresh basil topping, which was very scant. Next time if I want basil, Ill add my own. Otherwise, great pizza!

Giovannis is by far one of my new favorite places to eat. The staff and service was outstanding! We had the subs and a pizza, loved it. I highly recommend them!! I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. This is the place to eat!!

Now this is a go to spot! The cheese on the pizza is amazing the fresh veggies the dough everything is perfect about it. You must try the cinnamon rolls they are to die for! They have a loyal customer here
