Brenda s Cleaning is fantastic! We love how their online form makes it so easy to request service, and they respond with an estimated quote. We ve worked with them twice: first when we were moving (they did a move-out and move-in clean for us), and again recently when we needed our windows cleaned. Both times, their staff was professional, kind, and wonderful! We were grateful for their work, and will definitely call them again in the future! Thank you!

We used Brenda s Cleaning for my daughter and son-in-law s home they just purchased in Fort Worth and they were so awesome to work with! This was an older very used home that was filthy and poorly maintained. Brenda s came in and did a deep clean including tile/grout cleaning and carpet replacement. It looked amazing after they finished! They also have another company that did some painting for them. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, helpful, reliable and just overall very nice people! I highly recommend Brenda s for all your cleaning/painting needs!

When my previous house cleaner had to retire due to health issues, I wasn t sure where to go. I took a chance on a ad I saw on a nice truck. I have never regretted hiring them. Always pleased when they finish.

The gentleman that came to my house for a quote was curt, made me feel like my house was the worst he has seen, and told me that a bathroom cannot be cleaned without bleach. This came as a surprise to me since the website states that you use green products Overall my experience with him was very unpleasant. I will not be using this company to clean my home. I recommend they decide if they want to be a Green clean company or not and find a new person to do quotes.

The initial quote was good. We had never had a cleaning service so the $500+ quote we were okay with. The 1st service was great, two ladies spent 4+hours cleaning. We opt in by the Bi-weekly service once a month the entire home for $230 & once a month just our main living areas at $180. This was good until it wasn t. Then our summer travel season started we put the service on pause until mid-September I was told no problem. Until we called for a one-time cleaning mid-season. They came cleaned & then the bill came where we were charged $350. This was never communicated/explained that they were charging by the hour. I was home and watched theses ladies waste time doing nothing on their phones, having conversations about everything but the work & it didn t bother me until I was told that I was charged by the hour! I would have kept using the service but I hate feeling like I was taking advantage of!

BEWARE of using this company their services for the prices are just not comparable as to other cleaning companies. Their cleaning work is subpar and we hired them to do a job for one of my customers and they simply did not finish the job, the customer was extremely upset at their services, Javier refused to go back out and make it right. Then the best part Javier called our company and charged us the full rate after he knew the customer was not going to not pay the full dollar amount for poor services, services not received and hours that were not worked on the job in accordance to the estimate they provided. So the customer shorted the total in the sum of $2,000.00. I called Javier and to discuss the situation and his comment to me was well what did you expect me to do I had to make payroll for the week. Very very very poor company not to do the right thing. I have attached the email from the customer to us that shows Javiers story is NOT consistent with mine or the customer.

They came and did a make-ready cleaning and steam carpet cleaning on very short notice when I was moving out of my house. They were on-time, thorough, and they even came back afterwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had to move out with very little notice and Brendas cleaning made the last steps of that process completely stress-free.
