I had an issue with my online order the cashier just told me that they didn t get the order and proceeded to go back to what he was doing instead of asking me if I wanted to order on a side not I was the only person inside the restaurant and they had maybe two orders on their screen I waited for about a minute but since I was ignored I decided to leave. People don t stop going places because of the food it s the bad customers service that turns people away Needless to say I will not be retuning to this location.

Rude staff ! Even the management. If you can t handled a small rush on Friday night probably just quit the fast food business altogether it s not for you. The fish & chicken was not being made to order. Only taking orders at the drive thru window register is just lazy when the dinning room is open. If you re short staffed and can t do the job politely and correctly then just close shop

This store is usually one point ! But they really messed up bad today! Placed an order through online ordering . Was charged for it but never got confirmation email . Called the store and they said they didnt have the order . And that they couldnt do anything about the charge. Thats theft straight up ! Placed an order at another location they had my order . So WTH! . Never come back to this location until they fix it.

Food was greasy, just not fresh. But the worst was the man at the window. First time ever I had some one at the rude snow location be so rude and just wanting to continue it. I asked a simple question about hush puppies and he just went all on some rant. I even said at one point its ok nevermind, please just let me wait quietly for my food. He just wouldnt give it up. I wish I could have gotten his name but I just wanted him to leave me alone.

Do NOT go to this place. Service is TERRIBLE and the employees are dumber than a box of AOCs. Typical Ruff Snow service. The fish was old, they mixed up our orders and they left a fish out. The fish I paid for was under cooked. Had white stuff oozing out like wth. I paid for an extra piece of fish and I was given chicken. Called back and the phone says hello goodbye and hangs up. Smh Horrible experience. Will never go back For 20 dollar meal to be undercooked and no way to contact them. Unacceptable. Management needs to contact me asap.

Usually I go through the drive. Tonight my hubby and I went in. I got my usual 5 piece chicken plater(no fish yuck). Hubby plstter with shrimp. The guy was on the ball one working front two in back. They didnt give me extra crunchies as I asked. There wasnt any even on the plate. One of my Chicks was removed from the fryer to early, still eat able. Just not perfection as the others. Green beans always taste the same. They have benches that need replaced. They need a little more then just a touch up. The ladies rest room need some lovin the lights kept blinking while I was in there. I think the fountain drink thing is on the frits cause it gets really loud. Not constantly only while in use. Mainly because I didnt hv crumbs on my plate and I had to ask for crumbs again. (I still got only a little bit.) Is the reason for the complaint. Staff again great!!

It s hard to believe this grilled salmon meal is from Long John Silvers. We all know it as a fried fish place with their famous coleslaw & hush puppies. Their fried fish is too greasy for me personally, which is why I rarely come here. But this grilled salmon on a bed of rice is a game changer and I will now probably come at least once a week. They also now serve the original and chocolate cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. It s half the size and half the price as the actual restaurant with the namesake, which is perfect for me.

Always a good place to have some fish and chips, memories of my childhood, and great to know that the recipe has not changed. Coleslaw is one of the best out there in the fast food chain market, and the hush puppies are really good as well. I don t like seafood or even fish, yet, this cod from Long John Silver s I can eat along with its tartar sauce, really good. I had the fish, fries, coke slaw and hush puppies platter, along with a drink. Another plate we had was one piece of codfish, three shrimp with coleslaw. Everything was really good. Kid-friendliness: Good option to take kids, these are the memories I have of when I was a kid. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair seating available.

A usual stop on Friday for my family about twice a month for fish. A good amount of food for the money and consistently good. The food isnt fancy, but it is filling and good for a family meal at a reasonable price. You can spend a LOT more money for less fish at other places. If you want fancy, pay more elsewhere, but if you want good fish reasonably priced, this works!

Was craving fish. Ordered the fish Sammy that, according to the cashier, has tartar sauce on it, so I didnt order extra tartar. I should have because it was a negligible 1/4 spot of sauce on the bread. Ugh, the 3 star food rating is for this sandwich only. The bun was a tad stale. The fish was what i wanted. Oh well, its a sad day when your only viable fish option in the area is LJS because I absolutely detest the all too common catfish or tilapia you can get literally every...where. so yes, I know I can count on a well fried cod or pollock for a reasonable price at Long John Slivers.

I wish the company would invest in the building. It looks like everything in here was here since its inception. The smoke detector is hanging by a thread and when you look around, a renovation is needed. I would come back only because the service was very genuine and friendly. Im sure these concerns have been raised before by the employees. I believe they are doing the best they can do. My one thing I would like changed is the fish and chicken was very salty. The hush puppies were actually perfect. The fries were regular. The sauces were good. Dont have too much tarter sauce because of the HFCS ingredient.

We were greeted and welcomed upon arrival and ordered our food. The food was hot, fresh, and didn t have to wait too long. LJS is my favorite fast food for fish and shrimp. Love their coleslaw and hush puppies too. The restaurant was clean, neat and in order, but it sure could use an update in here. Looks the same as it did in 1982. So on google maps I clicked on the menu and there are 2 family meals A 12 piece chicken or fish with 3 sides a dozen hush puppies for 22.99 and a free cake it says. We go to order this and wait in line while the cashier argues with the customer in front of us that their order is right while the customer says it s not for 15 minutes then she tells us that the price advertised is wrong that it s 42$ and claims it isn t on their website if I could copy and paste it I would but this app will not let me And she refused to look. As slow as your business is Id think you wouldn t be trying to actively run off customers but apparently that s not their policy

Dont eat here. The food is not safe. 1st) They missed on fulfilling the order. I ordered a family meal and they forgot one of the sides. 2nd) They also shorted me one fish and one chicken. 3rd) I found plastic inside one of the shrimp. Like a rolled up inch square of thick blue plastic bag. Dark blue. How did that get missed? Fortunately you could see it inside the breading so it never made it into my mouth. Long wait for food, was the only one in drive thru line. Had fish and shrimp. Really greasy. Made my stomach upset and I felt ill for several hours.

Service was great by the man working both front counter, druve thru, taking orders to tables, had to supply us with tea because its behind the counter and had to also refill tarter sauce pump in dining room. Excellent Employee. I just want to add that this location is loooong overdue for a remodel!!!!
