I sent a family member over there who was really down on their luck. The staffing specialist there were soooo helpful, considerate and very patient. Great customer service. You can tell when someone just doing a job for a paycheck and when someone really wants to help others because it s their passion! Thanks!

I used nrh location for several years. Always friendly staff. Good job placement. They text you offers until you find something you want. Pay is good for assignments. Always quick to find a start assignment.

Amber at Employee Solutions here in North Richland Hills is Amazing! I was struggling to find a Job because I was working in Oklahoma and just recently had moved to the area but had not left my job in Oklahoma, so I only had so many days of PTO saved up to takeoff to come down for interviews and when I got in contact with Amber-Employee Solutions she literally worked overtime trying to help me out and I cannot express how grateful I am to her for helping me! Amber is so awesome! She puts the E in effort! Employee Solutions needs to have more employees like Amber!

HORRIBLE TEMP AGENCY. STILL HAVE ME IN THE SYSTEM AS ACTIVE FOR SOME REASON. I WILL NEVER GO TO A TEMP SERVICE AFTER THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, GIRL WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE NEVER GIVES YOU THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. THEY SET ME UP WITH A JOB (I WAS WORKING FOR ABOUT 3WKS THERE). EMPLOYEE SOLUTIONS FIRED ME FROM THAT JOB AFTER MISSING ONE DAY. RODRIGO IS A LIAR AND TOLD THE FRONT DESK WOMAN TO LIE ABOUT HIM EVEN WORKING THERE. SHE SAID THERE IS NO RODRIGO AT THIS LOCATION. I CALLED AGAIN TO ASK IF THEY HAD ANOTHER JOB FOR ME AND THE WOMAN TELLS ME OH RODRIGO IS ON A LONG VACATION. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS TEMP AGENCY.

For one when you mess up one time they terminate you for a long time they tell you theyll call you when they have something but never do I think its a race issue because they hired the Mexicans that messed up with the company over again but wouldnt with me because Im not Mexican
