I would have given a zero star if possible. Here is the advice to new buyers: 1. Get your home inspected before purchase from some reliable companies (preferably Austin or San Antonio area companies). Do ask your inspectors to check framing, roof rafters etc. 2. Always do email communication with them about any issues. See if they respond to any of your concerns with the resolution. My home inspector told me NEVER SAW SUCH A POORLY BUILT HOUSE. Once I started asking them to fix the major roof rafter issues before closing, thats it you will see true colors. Their overall message is everything is done right, inspector is wrong and you have to close the house as is. And god only have to save you if you want to move the closing date by a day or two because of your situations. I feel weekly calls are just a bluff to cover up their poor quality builds. UPDATE: Me and my realtor tried so hard to get the city inspection report from them and we couldnt. Their contracts have so many addendums that will protect them from fixing anything later, it will be at their courtesy. These people are running behind on quantity of homes they sell but completely ignore quality. You should better know what you are getting into before signing. UPDATE2: Final word from them is We wont fix anything in the report, house is built good. We wont return your earnest deposit also. People should understand what kind of business Brohn is doing and should avoid them at all cost. UPDATE3: Same my realtor and me reached out to them asking either to give city inspection report or give the earnest deposit back. Brohn team is adamant in giving both. This is a cheating company, I am also exploring to file a complaint and give the proofs to media so that everyone will know what kind of business Brohn is doing. To all people who are looking to buy get ready to loose your money if you ask them about the build issues.

I ve worked with Ally on several occasions and have sold a hand full of homes with her as my client s sales consultant. Each time she has demonstrated good communication, honesty, and willingness to get the home to the closing table. She has been able to accommodate my out of state clients very well with them buying long distance. I highly recommend any agent or buyers to work with Ally, she will not disappoint!

Great experience with Ally and Denver. Brohns workmanship is second to none as compared to other new home builders that tend to cut corners(DHI). Ally and Denver contacted me on a weekly basis with updates on the progress of the home. Ally always made her self available and answered all questions I had , I highly recommend Brohn Homes .

My experience with Brohn home s was really good. To start Ally Connealy from sales truly understands what the customer needs for a home and helps on recommendations with the right plans. Ally also helped in showing the models and in addition showing the new constructions that were coming up. Ally calls you on a weekly basis to give status update on progress with pictures. David construction manager is great to work and he clearly explained the process and keeps us updated with honest opinion on construction process. Construction with Brohn was very positive and my third party inspections proved that Brohn kept their promise, there were a few small findings and Brohn took the time to fix them before closing. Nathan is the newest addition to Brohn as a construction manager and was really helpful in listening to customer questions and providing clear answers and also helped in walking during closing. Brohn home builders have proved they are great builders and always look on getting things done on time and with great quality. Waw they closed on time as promised. Brohn homes and the entire team, Ally, David, Nathan, Sales team, construction crew, maintenance, closing team all of you rock.
