Really fresh, delicious food. So much variety. Friendly staff that let me try the sauces and answered all my questions. Very reasonable prices for the quality and portions. The place is much bigger than you would think judging from the outside. Definitely a new favorite spot.

Fun little place to hang out. If you like sushi or even want to try sushi this is a great spot. Sushi burritos, bowls, and salads all available. I like to call it the local Subway of sushi -but better. You can pick one of their popular options or customize your own creation. Great environment to hang out with friends or have a fun little date. Bubble tea/boba is wonderful here. Many options for flavors and the boba has always been good quality. Not hard or super mushy. Popping pearls and other toppings are also available for bubble tea. Employees are friendly and give great service. One of my favorite places in NB! Edit to say that today we visited again and I had to recognize Teagan (if I remember/and am spelling this correctly). She was so wonderful and patient with my indecisive self and made beautiful and delicious bowls for us today. Answered any and all questions politely and I even heard her making some great recommendations to other guests. She is PHENOMENAL! Vegetarian options: Tofu available. I will say first and foremost I did love Ohana and never had any food related issues until today. Now, the poke bowls are usually on point but this was more of a disrespectful service issue that I will not return there after. We have been going there for years and love the food. I do not know where the disconnect is but service and portions are insanely different than they used to be. This the 2nd time it s happened and my first time saying anything. I called them after my daughter went to pick them up for me and she returned home with 2 bowls that were almost $16 each and barely any rice (literally) or anything and you literally could see down to the bottom on all except left side of the bowl where the seaweed salad was plopped. I am not one to complain but I wanted to 1) let them know in case it s someone new to correct it because I know what it usually looks like and 2) give the opportunity to make it right. So when I called I spoke with Jay (the supposed manager/owner). I politely explained myself and that we frequently come there and these were not the normal serving and he said basically your daughter knew before she left and took it anyway (it was in a bag lol). I let him know my daughter doesn t normally pick up but I had surgery and was home so she didnt scope the bag. I gave him 3 times during the conversation to discuss and remake next time or make it right etc. he was extremely unfriendly and uncaring of any dissatisfaction which is honestly what bothered me. I ve never complained there or had any issues but was extremely disappointed. At the end I even told him we visit regularly and normally don t encounter this and just trying to let him know but didn t care nor wanted to make things right I even offered him a photo and he kept saying she should ve looked in the bag. Look these bowls are usually to the fill line so am posting 1 photo from fresh out of the lid, but not yet eaten . The customer service piece is lacking and I m not going to be going back after the horrible attitude he had. I would ve been very understanding things happen and can appreciate that but what I don t appreciate is the way I was treated while just trying to speak. Very sad, and could have definitely been avoided.

Im pretty sure I did a little dance while consuming this amazing poke bowl. The portions are amazing, and the fact that the toppings are unlimited are even better!!! Everything was fresh and cold (nothing worse than warm poke). Cant wait to come back here. Also a side note. I experienced great customer service! I have read a lot of reviews about rude service, but this time around I was lucky enough to have a great service :)

Some of the best poke I ve had in a while. The salmon wasn t fishy at all and was in fact quite buttery tasting. All the toppings were super fresh tasting and the avacado was perfectly ripe. The sriracha aioli was thankfully not super sweet which is big for me. Speaking of big, these portions are MASSIVE! This was the largest poke bowl I ve ever gotten. I would highly recommend this poke place to anyone who s craving it

I don t even eat here. I have picked up DoorDash orders before and every time I come here the staff is condescending. A man was ordering while I was waiting for an order earlier and he asked what sauces there were and the employee responded and said right in front of your face, sir, as well as demanding to see my phone to confirm I pick up the DoorDash order. I promise you I don t want to steal this food.

My husband and I love Ohana but today was especially great. Theo helped us and made us fantastic bowls.. was very helpful and friendly! Unfortunately gluten causes me really bad flares of my autoimmune disease. They were very considerate while making my bowl, and when they noticed the gluten free soy sauce they have at the end of the counter was not there, another guy working was quick to search for it and make sure I got some gluten free soy sauce to go. It was a great experience! Highly recommend!

Ordered take out from here a few times, love how you can custom build your poke bowl, most places it s just pick one and that s it, here you can mix and match as much as you want. I also love how you don t just have to have rice as a base, they offer noodles, lettuce etc. boba is good just make sure you ask for the boba to be added, sometimes they forget! But other than that great place for lunch!

Ohana poke is quickly becoming one of my favorite local places for poke. Portion sizes are great, and service was top tier. It s always so peaceful and clean, and the staff is super friendly. The wasabi sauce is delicious too. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a delicious bowl of poke and bubble tea!

Ive been going here for a while i love the build your own bowl aspect they just have so many options it can be kind of overwhelming for new costumers but trust me once you try it you be wanting more I suggest putting there spicy mayo and eel sauce on whatever you get cause it be busssin. Also seems healthy tastes like candy i swear after one bite its hard to stop. Vegetarian options: You can pick what you want on whatever so theres plenty of vegetarian options.

I am a fan of Boba tea and I got classic milk tea boba, its the worst boba tea I tasted. This didnt taste like milk tea. They put milk powder instead of milk and the person who made the drink put too little milk powder and it tasted like tea water. Boba is rubbery and not cooked well. Wouldn t recommend this place to get Boba Tea. My friend ate the poke bowl and he seemed to enjoy it, definitely not the place to get your boba drink.

We picked this place based on reviews. When we walked in the employee(s) were sitting in the corner, no one behind the counter. She was very nice, so points for that portion. As we stood there waiting for the base rice to be added we looked around the preparation area, we noticed how messy everything was behind the counter. There were chunks of sushi grade salmon and tuna spilled over onto the prep counter, food spilled on the floor and every visible kitchen counter top. It also didn t smell clean. At this point we decided not to continue with the order and left. Big let down, as I was looking forward to Poke.

The rice was half hard as a rock and the other half mushy and nearly melded together. I m not sure how that happened. Customer service was lacking and the process was rushed by annoyed looks. I used to love this place but it has failed to meet basic expectations the last couple of times I ve taken my family. Unfortunately we won t be back to this location.

So the food is great but it bothers me that when the place is relatively empty and you even have employees just sit and chat and they call your name to get your own food instead of bringing it to the table. This happens with the spring rolls as of course they take longer but how hard would it be to bring them when there is clearly nothing else going on. Poor customer service. I love how inexpensive a sushi burrito and slush with popping bubbles is! Around $25 with tax and the atmosphere is also worth the price. A table and chairs for board games, free cucumber and lemon water on a side table, and clean wooden tables with beautiful flowers. Havent been here in awhile and now Im not going back... Went in for lunch on 7/15/22. About 2oclock no one in line 3 people behind the counter just looked at me not one word to acknowledge my presence there was 2 guys and a girl one of the guys looked at me without a word while he made himself a drink then walked off the other 2 just continued their convo without saying anything. Not a how are u or be right with u nothing... I was looking forward to a sushi burrito but not gonna spend my money with people that cant even do their job Im sorry its just rude...at least say well be right with but the fact that they didnt even acknowledge me made me walk out... So many great things to say, I ll start with the staff! Love em! They really look like they re having a good time, they play cool music and like talking about it. I was vibing heavily through my whole poke bowl, almost stopped to sing along to weezer with the rest of the room. I really hope this reaches the staff, they deserve to know how much my mood was boosted by them today. Poke is delicious too! Place is always clean with courtesy infused water (big chefs kiss for that*) with lots of room and big tables to bring a whole group!

Went for dinner with family to try a new place. Seemed to be run by a bunch of chatty girls which is not bad in and of itself, I just think they need some adult supervision and customer service training. The place is called Ohana but there was not a lot of Aloha going on. That said, the restaurant interior was fine and I like that you can customize your order. My sushi burrito was quite good, but my son did not care for his poke bowl and wife was not impressed with her salad either. Otherwise I thought it was slightly overpriced. Mahalo.

Mold everywhere behind counters and in back where food is prepared, dirty and unsanitary, old food reused more times than it should be and food kept at unsafe temperatures. Most (if not all) employees lack updated food handlers licenses, underpaid staff and unprofessional management, employees themselves are sweet but that s the only good thing. DO NOT EAT HERE !!

Very clean and extravagant restaurant. Very different from what Ive had before when it comes to Asian cuisine. Its sort of set up like Chipotle. Menu is kind of confusing at start, but the employees were patient and were helpful. Its all pretty much raw/cold food. So if you like cooked/warm food. Steer clear.

The water tasted like it was straight out of the river. Please get a better water purifier. The carnitas was mid with no taste for a 30 buck plate. Don t recommend getting the pork carnitas meal. The server said he gets it Everytime but I doubt it since it s the most expensive thing on the menu.

We love the bubble teas and they use to have great aptitizers here, and it was a good hang out, even though the staff has never been really friendly. They recently quite doing the happy hour buy one get one drink & the half price at closing!!! :( unfortunately I think this is a bad decision on their part since thats what really set them apart from all the other numerous boba tea places around town. There food is good but way over priced so the boba tea is really why I came as offten as I did. Im sad. that im gonna have to find a new favorite hang out and boba teas place. We have been here a few times and think its a good option for our poke cravings. I think its a little on the expensive side for the portions of their bowls. The scoops of meat are small in my opinion. They do offer a great variety of toppings tho. We also got some boba drinks. Prices wernt too bad. But the flavors seemed bland. Not sweet at all... dont know if they forgot to add sugar, but wish it was sweeter (in our opinion). And the person making it kept rubbing their nose and face, and doing something with their mouth...and continued making our drinks without washing their hands. We still paid for them (felt bad because they started getting busy), we took a few sips and didnt finish them Customer service was nice and welcoming. And place was kept clean.

The food wasn t terrible but the counter where the food is made was filthy!! I think we would ve walked out if it wouldn t have seemed rude Not sure if management comes to check but it would be a good idea. Customer service could use some training as well. That is what keeps repeat business. Unfortunately... we won t be back.

My family always stops by when we go to San Antonio or San Marcos... Great poke bowls, great service, and great food. Been coming here for years and the quality is always the same. I never feel fat or heavy after eating here and my wallet doesnt cry They just added Boba tea and it doesnt disappoint. The Green tea and Strawberry Mango are the bomb! Give this place a try!!

Absolutely delicious bowls that are full of flavor and fresh ingredients. I love that you can customize or pick from what they have. The sushi burritos are great and Boba is also available (wish they had more flavors.) Inside has ample space to dine with cozy decor. Outside area also available. My new favorite spot!

Super lame. Ordered with door dash and they wait an hour to cancel to my order after the driver sat there for 45 minutes. Super inconsiderate to both the driver. I get being too busy, dont accept the order or cancel it before an hour which was the eta on the food.

Food was Fresh, Tasted wonderful, and filled my larger than average appetite! I had brown rice, Chicken, Shrimp, with Cucumber, Lima bean, Corn, Broccoli, and Spinach, topped with the Wasabi Agioli sauce! DELICIOUS!! Will definitely be back!

To die for!! Love it and will make this my go- to spot for super fresh and very filling food! Sweet chili sauce for the win tried the peach tea with boba and it was so delicious. Just try it one time. Go with ingredients youve maybe tried before or heard good things about before you dive into the uncertain and mess up your first experience. Youll love it.

Food-GREAT! Customer Service- Not so great. Employees on phone the whole time and didnt act like they wanted to help at all. I understand being on phone while no one is in store but when someone walks in you would think think you would be greeted and then promptly get off the phone but that is not what happened. I had to talk to get their attention as they looked back down at their phones as soon as I walked in. I get that its hard to find workers now with the pandemic and all but it doesnt take much to greet customers and give them your attention and answer questions. I will still continue to come here however as I do enjoy the food. I am more so leaving this for management to see something that may deter people from coming again. I will still give 5 stars because I am rating it based on the food and I dont like to make peoples ratings go down based on something that can easily change. It has also been a rough year for so many small businesses and I want the best for our small restaurants.

Really bad experience. Its not so much the food, but the customer service. It was my first time so I was unsure what to get and I could not have had a more uninviting time. The vibe was very much leave and I didnt feel comfortable asking questions and didnt feel like I had enough time to think. The person I was with was told they dont need to add anything when they were thinking about what to add which obviously was told to hurry us out of there. I didnt even want to ask for a straw at the end of it, it was so awkward. I understand everyone has bad days, but you shouldnt let that frustration out on innocent customers and it was definitely felt. Will never come back, it just made me feel like I was I was a burden for coming in and I spent almost $40 on food when I couldve been treated nicely somewhere else.

This place was amazing! I live sushi, and this was by far the yummiest poke bowl Ive ever had. I got the 3 protein, shrimp, spicy tuna, and eel with sushi rice, carrots, crunchy garlic, cucumber, and edamame topped with spicy mayo and eel sauce. 10/10. Also the staff was so sweet and friendly, the place is so cute and they have board games in the back. Ill definitely be coming back to this place!

Seemed like a bunch of high school kids who didnt know what they were doing. A customer before us ordered a pick-up and his order wasnt ready when he got there so he had to wait while they made it. We waited patiently for 5 minutes while they were tied up with his order. When they finally took our order, they were very skimpy with the rice and protein in the poke bowl, especially for the price. Also, I ordered my poke bowl with soba noodles and they put ramen noodles in my container. WHERES THE SOBA NOODLES?? False advertisement! My daughter ordered miso soup...it was bland and there were NO TOFU in it!! WHAT?!? I had ordered eggrolls and we sat down to eat our poke bowls and waited and waited. They never called us or brought it to us (it wasnt busy and the guy knew who ordered them). When my hubby went up there, it was sitting under a heat lamp. Again, bland with no flavor except for the dipping sauce. Will not go back and would not recommend. Find another poke bowl place, it cant be worse than this. OH, and they didnt have any tapioca boba for the boba tea drinks - STRIKE THREE!!!

The hostess was very friendly and easy to talk too. I was able to sample some of the items Ive never tried before. Everything looked fresh. It seemed a bit pricey in my opinion. For two people two bowls and two drinks was over $30. My friend had three scoops of salmon in his bowl and for mine I had a chicken and beef.

I typically love this place their food is very good but today the customer service was just Not good at all I watched the employee takeoff his gloves to touch my food after telling me that it s hard to get them on because of his hands being sweaty and then touched my food he also forgot the milk in my Thai tea and corrected me saying I said it wrong because I just asked for a Thai tea with Boba without clearly specifying with milk and didn t inform me that there was an up charge for the avocado he might ve been new but still Seeing him touch my food made me wanna throw up
