Came for lunch with Co workers and as always the food is delicious and well cooked. The staff is absolutely wonderful and kind. The awesome lady that took my order was so kind abd mindful to even cut my Vegan pizza with a clean cutter and changed gloves. Thabk you so kindly for your continuous professionalism.

Music is way too loud for the quiet person working here to take orders. He talks way too low and had low energy. He was also nosey and asked me why I wanted cauliflower crusted pizza. I had to tell him because I want to try it. Why does that matter. He rushed me through the toppings and I regret even coming here today. I wont be coming to this location in the future.

After a full day at the waterpark. Pizza was the answer. This location was staffed very well and the service was excellent. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. We love MOD at home but they really did an amazing job here.

This is our favorite pizza place because everyone can get all they want or as little as they want on their pizza. The mod size pizza is so much food I always have 2 meals for the price of one. Vegetarian options: You can get all the veggies you want there is an awesome selection of veggies. Dietary restrictions: Since each person chooses their own pizza toppings, you get as little or as much as your diet allows. Parking: Parking is an endless lot of off street parking Kid-friendliness: My grandkids love it because they get to pick their own toppings. Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible and tables labeled for wheelchair height.

We had to wait for the initial person to take our order which was probably 3-5 min. Not horrible. But then he grabbed a pizza tray out of a mini trash can sitting. I don t recommend any of the food here. I ve come in this place a couple of times and every time I come it s always one thing or another. They run out of ingredients frequently the service is horrible today we had to wait 3-5 minutes to order because the guy was making crust. He picked our crust trays up from a little trash can on the floor. The oven guy eventually explained that they wash the pizza tray if you have an allergy but otherwise that s where your tray comes from. Parking: I do t recommend any of the food here. I ve come in this place a couple of times and every time I come it s always one thing or another. Courtney made my pizza. She was sweet, kind and patient. It took me a little while to decide exactly what I wanted, but she took her time and even suggested an alternative selection that I found to be even better. My husband has very particular way he likes his pizza constructed. Courtney was very accommodating and provided superior customer communication with a smile. Mod Pizza in New Braunfels is even better because of Courtney and her excellent service. Vegetarian options: Who knew that cucumber on pizza would be good, but it is fantastic. It enhances the flavor of the cucumber and bring a freshness that is very surprising. N

This location has very good service. The way the pizza was made was great. We have been to other Mods before, and they just pile the ingredients in the middle, but this time, they made sure everything was evenly spread out and cooked to perfect! Employees had a great attitude, even showing up 30 minutes before closing!

The mega isnt usually 2 mods mushed together. But ours were. Part of the pizza didnt even have cheese on it. The whole thing could have been cooked longer to crisp up the crust a little bit. They were out of mushrooms, which was a big disappointment. But coming from TN, where I have not found a good pizza yet, this was a big step up. Def could make improvements, but Id still give it another try.

Went here for lunch with coworkers yesterday. The pizzas are pretty good and tasty, but customer service can be much better. Don t know if it s just this location, but everyone seems to just not care at all. I asked guy at cash register about scanning my QR code for points and got told You can scan receipt barcode and no receipt got printed or given. He seems like he s always high or about to fall asleep. Pizza is good and flavorful (at least for the pepperoni, sauce, and bread texture. Beef tasted a bit like cafeteria food). However, it s pretty pricey for the amount of food you are getting ($11 for a personal size pizza).

This location and the management of it has gone down hill. The staff are rude. I requested extra chicken, the girl making the pizza never looked up. Never acknowledged I said anything. When I repeated myself a little louder as she was walking away, she turned back and scolded me I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME! The guy doing the check out had an attitude and slid the cup across the counter at me instead of handing it to me. I don t think he knows how to smile. The team machine is apparently not working and they don t care and won t refund you if you paid for it then discover there is not tea. And they don t apologize for the inconvenience. The last two times I ordered on line, they made the pizza wrong and I didn t discover till I got home. It s a shame because I occasionally like to have their pizza.

Recently, we visited this restaurant and had a somewhat unusual experience. Our 10-year-old son was excited about the idea of getting a sticker with the restaurants logo and putting it on the wall as a souvenir. When he approached the cashier and asked for a sticker, they handed him one with the LGBT flag. Our son, who is too young to fully grasp the nuances of this flag, felt a bit confused and chose to return it. Politely, he asked the employee if they had one with the companys logo colors instead. However, the employee replied that they only had that design. We want to make it clear that we respect and support diversity and inclusion, and we teach our son to do the same. However, we also believe that its important to respect the values and beliefs of each family and allow children the freedom to choose what makes them feel comfortable. Our son told us that he felt uncomfortable in that situation because he was denied the right to choose a sticker that reflected his own preferences and beliefs. We believe its important for businesses to be aware of these sensitivities and offer diverse options so that all customers feel included and respected. Regarding the food and service at the restaurant, it was good overall, but this experience made us reflect on the importance of inclusion and respect for differences in all aspects of everyday life, even in the smallest things like stickers.

This pizza place was phenomenal. First off the staff was amazing with their service and just really attention to our order. They offered customization how we wanted it. Special thanks to Rida, Marissa, Justice, and Kylee for our first time experience with Mod. They went above and beyond for my family which seemed like the norm for how they interact with all customer. Kid-friendliness: These were very patient with talking to our kids and taking their order. Literally only bad thing I have to say is I was cold in the build lol, luckily there is outside seating! such a quick fix !! The food was outstanding I absolutely love mod pizza but hadn t been in a while, I will definitely be coming more often made me remember how deliciously yummy it is!!! Service was also so great, and the wait went by so fast there was hardly any wait!

Had some great customer service today from Robin! We love the custom pizzas here, and the new cauliflower crust is the best lower calorie and it holds together much better than the thin crust, which we always needed to use utensils to manage. We put lots and lots of the available ingredients on our pizzas, and today it seemed like they were more generous with everything than usual. Delicious! It is such a flavorful pizza. It s our favorite restaurant pizza in New Braunfels!

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the prep people. I mentioned the type of vegetarian pizza I wanted from the Menu. Was asked if I wanted additional toppings which I declined, then asked again if I was sure this time, that I can add additional toppings like sausage and pepperoni etc. I declined again, to which a THIRD time by a different Individual was asked again! Seriously people, I should have walked out right then and there but the Cashier changed my Mood. Pizza was good and so was the tea and free dessert for my troubles. Know when to stop please.

Staff 5 star! This is the most unique pizza place that I have ever been. You get to build your own pizza from a fixings bar. From huge chunks of roasted garlic to various crusts and sauces. I would give this place six stars if possible.
