Finding a home that is perfect for your family can be overwhelming. It is hard for me personally to choose what I want to eat for dinner, let alone find a long term home for our children to grow up in. Jeff helped us buy our home 11 years ago and is now helping us sell it. He also helped us buy our new home. Jeff has always been a straight shooter with us but professional while doing so. It does not get any better than Bulman! We have used Jeff Bulman to both sell a home and to purchase a home. Hands down, the best experience both times. Jeff is a leader in real estate and knows his markets like no other. Jeff is a true professional and treats your investment like his own. No smoke and mirrors like some. The most unprofessional realtor! Do NOT hire him. After reviewing multiple properties and responding to them, I received a call after working hours. He had mentioned that I responded to his ad on Instagram. I didnt recall the exact property at the moment and asked if he wouldnt mind telling me which one it was exactly. He hung up abruptly. I will be filing a complaint with Trec! Disgraceful.

Jeff is extremely professional, passionate, and knowledgeable about the local market and all things with real estate. My wife and I used him when we moved to the area and Jeff was extremely helpful with negotiating, inspections, what to expect with closings, etc. The best thing about Jeff is that he isn t transactional and treats his clients like they are part of his family and cares about his clients more than the deals being made. Mr. Bulman has assisted me with both buying a home as well as selling one. When I was looking for a home to purchase Mr. Bulman was extremely patient, professional, and he took the time to find a home that perfectly fit my familys needs. Also, when I was selling my house Mr. Bulman took high quality photos, created an amazing listing, and he had a very thorough approach in order to quickly sell my home.
