I have made purchases at this store before, and each time I am treated like royalty! It is so refreshing to receive great customer service. This family business is AMAZING!!! All the way from the service to, delivery to sales, to on phone customer service departments. I have had to use their services in the past 3 years ranging from servicing a second hand scooter, to repairing a lift chair purchased from a DiFFERENT family owned business to purchasing a NEW lift chair recliner from THEIR family business. I am a 33 year retired school teacher with a 93 year old father in assisted living. THIS family owned business has given me a peace of mind with assisting my elderly dad in soooooo many ways and facets of mobility. I have even loaded my dad up (which is not an easy task) just to take him to their show room to select the best chair for him. I have met-talked with 5 different members of the family and ALL have been professional, courteous, helpful, considerate and HONEST no hidden cost etc. not just to me but to my elderly dad too. I think soooo highly of this business, I have asked them to mail me a bulk of their business cards. I will share them 1) at my church (In retirement I am Children s Ministry Coordinator) , 2) at my dads Assisted Living 3) The assisted living and retirement home in the small town I live by 4) Even give some to my daughter who is a nurse in Austin . I have even recommended to friends who have disabled/elderly/relatives out of state. (YES they deliver out of state) If there was a 10 star rating I would give them a twelve . They are truly a God send for anyone or family with a disabled person from walkers to scooters to recliners. RECOMMEND RECOMMEND!! Great great experience ! My family traveled to Gruene and we had plans to go to the San Antonio Zoo and Sea World. However , our elderly grandmother was with us. She wouldn t have been able to come and create memories with the family if it wasn t for John and Corey. John and Corey treated us like family, handled everything as professionals. Affordable and would recommend to anyone. We will be returning customers.

Very impressive store. Skip the insurance and go through the Free Market and own the equipment like I did. Best decision I have made in navigating my Fathers Parkinsons diagnosis. I fought thousands of times on those mats, in those rings, in cages, and beyond. This is the hardest fight ever. Thank you LuAnn, Austin, and Dave for helping me get the equipment I needed. Yall are outstanding. 5 stars big time.

Needed a couple of items to bring my husband home from the hospital. 12/23 closed for the holiday. (Celebrating as many other companies and families.) This place is the best. We headed to Louisiana and in Houston we realized we forgot the charger cord to my husbands scooter. We called them and they found a place in Houston where we could get another one. Well never go anywhere else for any of our equipment.

I have called numerous DME repair places concerning bed rail repair on my hospital bed. Restoring Mobility is the only company that called me back after my leaving a message. And they listened to me. They were very kind. Gave me a price quote up front and scheduled an appointment within reason. They went even further by referring me to another company that might be able to help me. Today I was in distress and I spoke with Austin and told him how somebody broke my Rollator and there s no way I could use it and I can t use a cane anymore and he did the research for me and told me that he could get the items that I needed right away he ll order it today and now I ll have it within a couple of days they need to clone him but I really glad that I found this company because I know in the future if I need help with my other equipment I ll tell everybody about how great they are Joanna H

Called about having my scooter repaired and was told I could take it in immediately. I got there and expected to wait a while, but it was fixed in a matter of minutes! And no charge because it was a simple fix -- so appreciative of that. Everyone, from the phone call forward, was so nice. They even loaded it in my car. I am super happy with the service I received!

Do not buy anything from this company. No one knows if they have inventory or not. They do not return calls. Make promises do not keep them. I am bringing my mother home in 11 days. Ordered a bed from RESTORE on June 30th in plenty of time to get here by the 28th of July. Was told the bed was in stock now the bed is not instock and will not make the date I need the bed by so I am out the $2000+ dont have time to order a different brand bed and it get here in time either. Restore is the 3rd party vendor and I have been so many different things between Journey Health and Lifestyles, just do not believe anything either of them say. Get from somewhere else but do not use Journey Health and Lifestyles or Restore Mobility the 3rd party vendor with no answers they just take your money dont care what lie they have to tell. They lied to me to start with...... NOT HAPPY ONE LITTLE BIT!!!!!

We recently had Restoring Mobility disassemble and move one of their flexible hospital beds to another location. The technicians they sent were on time, extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and fast. We have dealt with restoring mobility on behalf or our parents on numerous occasions and their service and products are outstanding. They have been excellent to work with every time and their product knowledge and advice is the best. I highly recommend them.

I have purchased 4 walkers, all of which are useful and beautiful. Love visiting store to try out great chairs and see new equipment. Am so pleased with products made to make my life easier. They encourage daily mobility and easily integrate with my furnishings. The staff is not only kind and thoughtful but informative. Helping decision making of what I find expensive but necessary (in my case) chairs. Boy are they gorgeous. It must be said... I am more than a little rough handling my equipment, thus visits to the repair shop are not infrequent. However I love going there too... Their so nice and sometimes I get to see their beautiful dog. Yeah I take my walker on the sands of Maui and South Beach in Miami. I can say no more than my quality of life has improved. Thanks R.S Victoria Hinton

So I am out of state, 22 years in a power chair, and in desperate need of a technician to readjust arm rests and other parts after surgery. Restoring Mobility to the rescue! Richard could not have been more pleasant. He actually listened to my needs and concerns. And sent his notes so I can have my provider back home order and replace screws that have been stripped, etc. At least I am safe until then. What a find!!! Sorry Richard, but its like having a Fairy Godmother in Texas.

Stopped into today to have a new Foot attached to my Mother s Cane. I ve come here several times before. I had never seen so many people come in at once! But everyone was well received & greeted with a smile by LuAnn. (Wouldn t you know, she was all by herself) They sell everything for Mobility & custom orders(w/delivery). My wife has a ewheels folding electric wheelchair. We needed to replace one of the wheel motors which the company sent us; however, the company they use to do repairs could not repair it because they had no one in our area to do so. I called Restoring Mobility and they said they would be glad to repair it if they could. I dropped off the chair with the understanding that it could be the next day before the repair was done. Within 2 hours of dropping it off, Restoring Mobility called me back to say the repair was done. I recommend this place and intend to call the manufacturer of the wheelchair to suggest they list them as a repair shop for the San Antonio and New Braunfels area.

There are a lot of helpful items in this store, and a lot more that can be ordered. The staff will diligently search for items you need to care for your loved one down to something I call shampoo shower caps to nearly all you can expect for mobility. Just ask them. They will order to fulfill you needs if they dont regularly carry it and they are so good about letting you know when it arrives. The store is close to a physical rehab location also.

My wife tripped in the backyard and broke 4 ribs. She had to be hospitalized for a few days just to control pain. I called Restoring Mobility looking for a hospital bed to rent. While they had them they suggested an electric easy chair instead saying it would help stand her up which is where she encounters most pain. It was even less expensive to rent. The recliner was a god send. It kept my wife comfortable and out of pain. Thank you so much

We ended up purchasing two electric wheel chairs for two family members, a vehicle lift and a power recliner. We wanted to do business locally and were glad we chose this shop. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I thank God, Cory and Leon for all they did for my daughter. She was flying from Denver to Austin and as she was going through security in Denver a cord on her wheelchair got spliced. You might not believe this, but even though she cant walk, she went ahead and got on the plane and flew to Austin (she, my niece, and my mom, that she was with, are fearless when it comes to not letting her disability stop her). While she was on the airplane I called Cory and asked him if he had the Golden electric wheelchair in stock (that is the brand my daughter uses when she travels, and we had been thinking about getting a new one for a while anyway). He did, so I asked him if I could buy it, AND if he could take it to the airport in Austin and meet my daughter. Cory was the only one in the store that day, but he bent over backward and got Leon to drive to the airport and deliver it to my daughter. Now that is service above and beyond what anyone should expect! Then Leon continued to go above and beyond the call of duty. He called the airport to find out where he should meet her, called me to follow up with me so I that I knew he would be there to help her. He was there by the time she landed!!! It was just so incredible that these guys cared so much about someone that they have never met, and doesnt live in the area, so wont even be a future customer. Thank you so much you guys! You saved us a ton of stress! God bless you!

I feel like my 93 year old mother was taken advantage of because they kept selling her equipment they had to have known see would not be able to use. I was with her a couple of times and so for myself how they buttered her up knowing she enjoyed the attention and had the funds to buy! She has now passed and our family os finding out she not completely thing straight at 93! Also I went in there for her recently and was treated rudely by the young man working there.

This place was amazing! Corey was a huge help with everything we needed. Followed up promptly throughout my wifes recovery from a broken ankle. Supreme customer service from the first day to the last. We needed to extend our rental multiple times and it was always as easy as a quick phone call. I am so impressed with the customer service and level of care with this company! I needed a portable wheelchair quickly and everyone I called said: sorry, nothing in stock, but we can order one. However, when I called Restoring Mobility and explained my situation, LuAnne took amazing care of me. They didnt have anything in stock, but she called around and found me one! I can not express what a blessing she was! I will make all my purchases through them and highly recommend them to everyone!
