The restaurant states that they close at 3pm. I went there after 230 and they turned me away and told me they had to get the order in by 230. Fine. Today I tried calling them before 230 to put in my order, but they never answered the phone. I got to the location at 250 and told them I had been trying to call in an order for our office since right before 230 and then they told me I have to call it in by 220. Obviously they are not serious about serving their customers until they close. If they are going to stop taking orders before they close them they should just say they close at 230. They have lost my business for large orders.

Very disappointed. First time here. I got home and was very disappointed.. Smallest tacos I ve ever had. My potato, bacon and cheese taco had only 3 pieces of potato very little egg on the bacon and egg taco!! If you re looking for real tacos this is not the place!!

I went there with my 3 Year old grandson; we ordered rice and beans (for him) and I ordered beef nachos. The place is not fancy, or even very clean, but I thought we would get a quality inexpensive meal at 11:00. The bill was &18.00!!!!! Never again! I felt like I had been robbed!!! Very disappointed with the food! Waste of money. Ordered 4 tacos, potato egg and cheese was good. Country sausage and egg was a joke! More like cheap hot dogs with egg. Carne Guisada tasted bitter, machacado had burnt egg. Also ordered a tamale and that was burnt to the point where it left a burnt aftertaste. Dont waste your money here!

Love this place however they are so hit and miss. I ordered two bean and cheese with bacon tacos and upon getting my food my bean and cheese was in a container no tortillas no bacon had to go back and felt like I was an annoyance. It has been a long time since i have been here. And the food is just how i remember. I ordered the #15 for breakfast. Carne Guisada with 2 eggs, potatoes and beans. The meat was very tender and just the right size pieces. It was pleasantly good. Even the coffee cups were larger than any restaurant i have ever been. It did cost $25 for the both of us to eat. Cant wait to come back and try something from the lunch menu.

I didn t like the service they forgot my two tacos and my two carne guisada had no beans in my taco that I ordered they definitely charged me for it . I went back told them the manager snatched the bag out my hands scratched me . She was rude speaking over me while I was trying to explain to her she was very rude disrespectful . Our 50+ group went . I ordered the crispy chicken tacos. I received beef tacos. The beans were super runny. When she brought my second plate back I picked up my taco and saw a long string hanging from the shell & something black dangling from it. Everyone at the table saw it. I wont be back

We had gone camping outside of New Braunfels and were heading home to San Antonio and stopped to eat breakfast. The lady that wore glasses helped us and was very friendly. There was another lady waitress that was walking around like she didn t want to b there. Frowning when she would walk around. The one that took or ate the cake was the cashier. We sat in the entry section with her to our left. She had a plate of tacos on the small counter and she was taking big mouth fulls and her mouth was so full that she couldn t close her mouth. In between eating she would cash out a customer still chewing. I never once saw her use hand sanitizer while helping customers after eating. She was sitting on a big office chair and she could barely fit behind the counter cuz she was huge. She was answering the phone while eating too! Yuk! After I paid and walked close to the door I leaned toward her and said it didn t look professional to be eating at the counter in front of customers. I also told her to wash her hands! Eewww!!!

I just moved to New Braunfels and I called in an order in hopes of finding a new favorite breakfast place. The woman who answered the phone was rude. She yelled at me for saying I wanted a steak and egg plate instead of saying I wanted a number 4. I apologized and said it was my first time ordering from here but that made no impact on her already established attitude. When I arrived to pick up my order my card was declined- after checking my account it came to my attention a bill of mine auto drafted leaving me with only enough for the meal and not the drink I had ordered. I kindly asked for the drink to be removed and the same woman who initially took my order was checking me out. She rolled her eyes at me when I politely asked that this adjustment be made. Although the food was good I will not be going back soley because I refuse to support a business who does not respect/appreciate their customers.

Never got to even tastes the food. Customer service was TERRIBLE. I put in a Togo order during a short lunch day and arrived to pickup my items that were clearly ready at the register for pickup and every single associate REFUSED TO CHECK ME OUT even after a fellow server pleaded for one of the girls to cash me out in English and Spanish. Service will always outweigh the talent in the kitchen. Skip the trip here not worth it.

Stumbled on this place looking for breakfast one morning. The breakfast tacos are amazing. Theyre big but good! The hot sauce is house made. Personally, I thought the green sauce wasnt that hot but had good flavor. The red sauce is mild with more of a tomato flavor. They also have a habenero sauce if you request it! Give it a try!!

This place impresses me because unlike many places after covid, this place didnt down shift their service in the wake of adversity. They accelerated their business. The food is the best in town for Mexican food. Nothing in new braunfels compares. Their service is much better than what it was precovid. My girlfriend and I visited your restaurant on Easter Sunday Morning. My girlfriend humbly inquired about a menu dish and our server rudely, arrogantly, and hurriedly responded to her with ..what about it. My girlfriend questioned herself afterward. My girlfriends indecision and request for help on the menu was certainly not her fault. Unacceptable. Also, we were waited on too long and were disregarded.
