Grayson was the highlight of the day here! I am newly diagnosed as needing to eat gluten free and Chipotle is now even more often a staple for when I m out and about and hungry, thanks to the menu being largely gluten free. (THANK YOU!!!) I came to this Chipotle about 6:30 on a Sunday, and while it looked like it had been busy busy and there wasn t any Chipotle Tabasco (lol), Grayson was kind and hospitable. He double checked one menu items and even was proactive in saying Let me change my gloves without having to be asked. Moreover, I saw him interact with some other customers and his demeanor was just fantastic no matter the customer or request. Very rare to find someone so genuinely kind and smart in a way that showcases service to another, in one who is also so young. Tho I m sure he s got potential for much more than managing a Chipotle his whole life, maybe he could come to SATX where I live, and train other Chipotle employees in this surround area! The girl ringing orders was also very sweet, I didn t catch her name, but went the extra mile to anticipate customer needs whether asking are you here for pickup? when I first walked in and looked for the bathroom to wash my hands, or actually looking in stock areas before telling us the Chipotle Tabasco was out. I put a lower rating for the food only because I ordered the more expensive brisket, and between the flavor, the portion, and the fat IN the portion I was given, it just wasn t good. I don t get why it s more than steak because brisket is a cheaper cut, but if Chipotle is going to offer brisket and being the quality we re used to in all the other ingredients, maybe try getting lean brisket that s smoked well, over this huge-chunks-of-all-fat we have to spit out? Dietary restrictions: Chipotle has an entire little menu card for multiple kinds of diets; in gluten free and can eat literally everything except tortillas. Paleo, dairy free, vegan just some of the diets they cater to depending how you order Parking: Parking is tight and shared with many other little businesses; more parking in the back apparently

Last night will be the last time I come to this chipotle. I got a bowl to go and on the way home it soaked through the bowl and bag. By the time I got home my pants were SOAKING WET with whatever juice was overflowing the bowl. I take the lid off and the rice is on top because I m guessing it floated to the top. The sour cream in the middle was curdled and looked like cottage cheese. There was about two inches of juice still on the bottom of the bowl and I m sure at least that much ended up soaking my entire lap. It looked like a bowl of vomit. So I m good and will eat anywhere else but here. I was refunded after finally getting a person through customer service which I do appreciate.

Chipotle, Michigan grill 156 TX - 46 Suite A, New Braunfels, TX 78130 Review of Employee conduct regarding food safety on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024 at about 1:10 pm in Chipotle establishment. A male employee attending to pieces of meat on the grill without wearing gloves and observed a female employee replacing several containers of food, including Pico de Gallo.The old container of Pico de Gallo was dumped into the new container. Old food should never be mixed with fresh food to prevent potential contamination. However, the experience was disappointing I question the level of care being taken in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.

The last few times we have been in here it has been a disappointing experience. However last night, was the last straw. The girl was extremely rude, slamming things on the counters, rolling her eyes, very rude to everyone that went through the line. Had we of not just gotten home from out of town, and overly tired, we would have left. I was so irritated, I emailed support, and they did nothing but apologize and offer a free drink. What good is to come out of that? I highly recommend finding another place to eat, as clearly they don t value their customers.

The last 3 times I order pickup from the app theres been whole parts of the order missing. This last time I ordered a chicken bowl, quesadilla, rice, a fountain drink, and a mexican coke. The fountain drink wasnt on the receipt so I showed my order on the app as proof. I opened the bag to check everything else and found that the mexican coke was missing. Finally, once I got home, I opened up my quesadilla to find that the side rice I ordered was missing. This is a place where you must check every part of your order before leaving the store. For the price paid, Im fine with small errors, but to repeatedly miss listed items off the order is unacceptable.

The service here is terrible. All of the employees are rude. No one welcomed me in. No one even acknowledged me until after a few minutes of standing there. Everyone looked mad barely said a word. The tables were ALL dirty and so was the floor. Unfortunately I had to dine in and it just felt disgusting in there . The food was alright the guacamole was watery and the mild salsa had a weird flavor. My major complaints are the employees. Everyone had an attitude. my roommates and I have ordered from this chipotle on quite a few occasions and each time is more disappointing than the last. This time, not only did I not get the extra portions that I paid for, but the portions are significantly smaller than a regular scoop. You can see that you can fit way more food in the bowl, I even tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by mixing up the bowl first. I m so frustrated, I paid more than $20 for my bowl, I should get my moneys worth.

The last 4 times Ive visited this location it has been trashed!!!!!! This location does great business meaning tons of people go here. There is not been one time Ive come here that its not a long line of people. The tables are always dirty. The floors always need to be swept. Chipotle always hits the spot but this time was great ! Great portions the staff was great and professional. The young lady with the dark hair working the night shift Samantha was super sweet and kind we were super hungry and got our fix! We will definitely be back! We had a chicken Al pastor bowl a barbacoa burrito my go to every single time and a children s meal. Upon entering there was a wait no big deal it s chipotle and normally it s good food good quality why wouldn t it be. But the recent time I went there was no rice no beans they had nothing stocked up at 8:30 pm you would say peak dining time since I also worked in food industry for over 10 years. There was plastic right on top of the black beans they had just brought Out it s no shock or surprise they have bagged food items literally every restaurant on earth uses some sort of bagged product but there was plastic in the food so much it was sticking straight out I told the young man and after trying to get his attention he finally saw it and took it out and threw it away the same beans were served to other guests. the couple behind me looked and shook their heads I should have walked out right then and there but did not have the time to find another restaurant and they were halfway done with our order. I was hoping to God that no other plastic was in our food since I had no idea if these people even cared at this point. Sure enough we get home and there s another piece of plastic in our food I called the store talked to HALEY the manager who was POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, and completely understanding I have a 4 yo had she eaten that plastic and choked we would have had to go to the ER and had a lawsuit not sure what s more important to this store as I was reassured by the kind manager to give them her name the next time and they would remake my food for me. Tonight I call the store before I go in just to make sure and as a courtesy I gave the manager the other managers name right away she said Who? I said Haley she s a manager she said she s not in so what do you want? I explained that my order should have been put into the remake list or whatever they use to keep track she kept being rude and hesitant saying she needs to talk to the GM I said that s fine I now want to talk to him as well because when I arrived she ignored me I needed to show her my recent I had it online asked twice to have her see my Phone as proof before it died she hesitantly came she barely spoke I said if you want I can come In another day when the GM is there is it s this much of a problem. She kept making rude comments and the Icing on the cake was she said we didn t have pastor 2 weeks ago so there s no way that happened. This manager accused me of lying she was rude I told her to look up the receipt. I was appalled that this is who runs the store when a month ago literally a month ago the sweetest crew was so kind and professional whoever does the hiring has it completely messed up this lady clearly hates her job and maybe life because she was so rude when I asked for her name she said it very Loud making a scene yelling it out each letter G R I S E L D A that s how it s spelled! Stop here to visit family and while we were ordering the girl said no white rice when we could see it. Then another co worker said is only for online ordering. If you want good food and friendly service dont bother coming here. I thought I would give them another try. I wont be back. Walked in at dinner time around 645 and they had almost no meat ready. I asked if they would be making any more (I was willing to wait for fresh steak no problem) and I was told they didnt know if they would be making anymore. The grills were empty except for vegetables. Other items werent an option either as they were at the bottom of of every kind of meat.there were at least 6 people behind us so I am not sure how they were planning of filling their orders. Maybe they had a rush who knows, but very poor planning and they were very rude when they answered which topped off the experience. Placed a mobile order from the app. Arrive a bit later than I had planned for pickup which is my own fault so maybe that is why they had my order in the back and not in the pick up shelves? Not sure. For the service, it seemed like the employees didnt want to be there, and when we asked for toilet paper that was out when my daughter used the bathroom, they made it seem as if we inconvenienced them. Food is alright. Service is terrible. The short hair manager or team lead charged me for requesting salsa, corn, and sour cream on the side instead on top of my bowl. It is not extra and I dont ask for extra, why do I have to pay extra? It is included in the price that I paid for the bowl, if I want it on the side instead of on top, I have the right to do that without paying extra. August 25 2023. My wife and I arrived at this location at 9pm we did not even place our order until 9:20 pm. They appear to be extremely understaffed. I understand that part. The entire staff has an extremely poor attitude. Along with the fact that they are all moving extremely slow. The lead is in the back washing pans and swapping out empty trays up front. Washing pans is not important when you are understaffed and you have a line out the door. Along with the fact it does not appear she is speaking to the team giving them any kind of encouragement to pick up the pace or even stepping in to help move things along. They ran out of steak, prior to my order the girl at the serving station then proceeded to tell us that they did not have anymore and would not be cooking anymore. This location still has an hour and a half left of operation for the night. Completely unacceptable answer. Someone seriously dropped the ball. If night shift is short staffed make the last hour of day shift cook up extra meats or see if anyone wants to work a double do SOMETHING. Being short staffed is not an appropriate answer for running out of food. THE LAST FEW MONTHS THIS STORE HAS DRASTICALLY DECLINED!!!! Extremely disappointing for the prices you pay for food here.

The consistency of food quality and freshness remains consistent across various Chipotle locations. However, its worth noting that the staffs level of enthusiasm is akin to that of a dampened sock. Furthermore, the state of the dining area is rather disorderly and lacking in cleanliness. The attention to detail when wrapping my burrito was noticeably deficient; it appeared as though minimal effort was invested. Regrettably, the wrap was carelessly bundled and then haphazardly encased in foil, resulting in a rather chaotic presentation. My order consisted of a barbacoa burrito with white rice, black beans, queso, shredded cheese, and hot sauce. Despite the elements mentioned, the burritos size was not substantial, nor was it excessively filled. This experience left me greatly disheartened by the substandard quality of the burrito that was served to me.

Sitting area taken up by to-go order customers. It says they open at 10:45 yet me and 7 other people are left standing in the heat for 20 minutes. They didn t seem understaffed at all. They could ve let us wait in line in the AC you know because it s 100 degrees everyday in Texas. They finally open the doors and they have no sides at all. I don t understand how a business can be out of the only thing they sell. It s obviously not just the employees fault, besides making us stand in the heat it s people above that.

The quality of staff has gone way down. The last few times I ve been to this location I haven t been greeted. Just starred at until I started ordering. If I could I give this place zero stars! I would! The service here is horrible!!! Completely unsanitary. The girl who was working the register lacked customer services skills. She was rude and would be better suited to cleaning toilets and not dealing with the general public. Seriously, she gives more attitude than a 13 year old. There s food on the floor everywhere, and someone managed to spill something on the floor which was clearly being ignored by the staff. If you want food poisoning and need an excuse to get out of work please come eat here because they got you!

I dont know why Im giving two stars. Maybe because they can improve. Stopped in for dinner around 8ish decent crowd ahead of me, employee seemed new. Asked for a burrito and kind of got a disheveled one, then got about two tablespoons of rice because they were running low on white apparently, so I asked for more nicely. There was a confusing moment and my burrito was escorted off to the back. I understand they may have been getting more rice or something but that defeats the entire purpose of Chipotle. I like to see my food prepared in front of me. I asked for a new burrito because I was starting to get a bit irritated at this point. I was ignored and they shoved me down the line. When I got to the end it was rolled horribly, I just sat and stared at it and looked at the cashier and simply stated, I dont want it. And that was that. Wouldnt mind some answers.

The inside of the restaurant is dirty. I picked up my order, I ordered a quesadilla with sofritas and fajita veggies on it online. When I got home, I saw that my quesadilla did not even have any cheese ?? It also didn t have fajita veggies. Only a super thin layer of sofritas. When I reached out to customer support, they offered me a free drink that expires in less than a month. Very unfortunate, chipotle used to be great!

SLOW service & no concern to make it right by the customer Last night I placed a pickup order thru the app. I live 30 minutes away from the location I ordered, bc I was heading to my in-laws for a game night. I set the pickup time for 20 minutes bc I know chipotle is notoriously slow at pickup orders & I wanted it ready upon arrival. I arrive 6 minutes after my designated pickup time & my food wasn t there annoying but no biggie. I proceed to wait 15 minutes, an employee asks for my name tells the people in the back and I continue to wait. Several others are waiting, but they come and go. 5-10 minutes later the employee tells me they never got my order in the back but they ll make it soon. Meanwhile the in-person line has served ~20 people & still would ve been faster. 5-10 minutes later I finally get my order, kindly ask hey can I get some free chips & queso for the 30+ minute wait? Get a hard NO and the employee turns away. Now I understand that I m not entitled to free chips & queso, but I m incredibly disappointed in the speed of service I received and the lack of interest in customer service to make it right. Note: the food was good & serving size was plentiful Note 2: the front where the in-person orders were being made was out of nearly everything ~2 hours before closing. make more??? There s a line out the door, it won t go to waste.

The food is your standard Chipotle quality. Where they fail consistently is their service. From slow service by employees who appear to hate working there, to prioritizing mobile orders, pausing all progress on the line of people standing there to shift focus over to a mobile order for 10 burritos, they couldnt care less about the customers in the store. On my most recent visit, the employee stood there, staring at me, saying nothing, not asking what I would like (a bowl) or what I want in it. Just stood there, forcing me to say it, then sliding down the line to the next area where he again empty stared at me until I dictated what I wanted. Literally as if he were a mute (he wasnt, he spoke to coworkers, just couldnt be bothered to speak to customers). The lobby rarely is cleaned up after customers leave, forcing you to wipe your own table down. Customer service has become a lost art, exacerbated by the pandemic and a move to faceless, contactless mobile orders. Is it that hard to encourage your employees to appreciate the customers coming in that ultimately keep them employed? My guess is yes, its too hard. So thanks, Chipotle, for making me and my money feel unwelcome.

Avoid this location!! I went in today and while standing in line, one of the workers approached the line and without saying, excuse me, I need to clean the windows , or giving me a second to set back, just started spraying chemicals not even a foot away from my INFANT in her stroller!! He was literally close enough to damn near get overspray on her!!! Then he went around to the other side with the food and without covering anything, he was fully reached over cleaning the windows, he did not have sleeves on and was fully extended over the food. Gross! I left without ordering! Will not be going back to this location! Seriously Chipotle, train your employees better!

I walk in at 9:40, walked up to the counter and all of the employees looked at me like I wasn t supposed to be there and that I somehow snuck in even though the door was unlocked. They told me that they were closed even though I literally showed them on my phone that they close at 10. They told me all the food was cold even though I saw an employee making themselves a burrito. Then I proceeded to look at the other reviews and could tell that this location has the poorest management and/or employees.
