First time we have had UBP Burgers. We will definitely be back! Great food, burger was juicy and tasty! Great portions! Dietary restrictions: I have celiac and have been gluten free for years. This is hands down the best gluten free bun have had from a burger place!! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Im ashamed that Ive not eaten here before. For some reason, Ive been on the hunt for an absolute fantastic burger, and today, I found it! Juicy, fresh, everything on it done to what I look for! We had the Classic with cheese and onion rings. Next time now that I know how great they are, Ill go crazy with other toppings on it. Didnt have my phone to take a photo showing its awesomeness!

Took my dad here, we both got classic burgers and added cheese, bacon, jalapeños and grilled onions. The add ons were a little pricy but a super good final product. Very juicy burgers with a lot of flavor! We also got the loaded fries that we split between two people and I d say was enough for us to be full after the fact. Definitely worth the stop and will likely be back!

SO GOOD thought itd be just a regular ol burger, NO. ITS SO YUMMY. Pkease go stop by, the guy at the window was so kind and informative about the burgers as it was our first time trying. Did not dissappoint! We got the Original Burger and the Ultimate Burger, and the Loaded fries. Couldnt have been happier. They have a cute covered seating area with a fan and shade. We ordered via Ubereats. Our uber driver took almost an hr, we anticipated a soggy gross burger. Upon delivery, this burger was amazing!!! It was still soggy but no one is at fault. This burger and fries had so much flavor, so much meat, the veggies were fresh!! We will definitely be returning!! Amazing burger!!!

Just got back from ordering an original burger from here for the first time. OMG it was one of the tastiest burgers I ve had around here for a while! The buns were fresh, burger juicy and cooked to perfection. Such great flavor. Also had the tots which were deliciously crunchy! Will return and bring friends back too!

Coming from a UBP patron for nearly 2 years, the last couple of orders have not been up to UBP standards. The quality of toppings has greatly diminished. Instead of a green leafy lettuce I received two pieces of iceberg lettuce stems, a spoonful of mushrooms, and a crumble of bacon. This is the second time in as many visits Ive noticed a decline in quality. Considering the cost per burger, thats unacceptable and certainly out of character. Hopefully, UBP will invest more time in quality control.

This was not my first time trying UBP, but sadly, I doubt I will be back. The service was terrific, with no wait & the order was done quickly. The problem was the actual burgers. The meat was so heavily peppered that they were just not good. I don t have a problem with spicy, but this was overkill. A burger should be juicy, these were so greasy, they made the buns soggy. I expect better when each burger is over $10 with no sides or drinks. Parking: Parking is behind the food trucks. It s a tiny parking lot, especially with a strip center & 4 different food trucks all in one area.

For a business that specializes in burgers, this was only average at best. Not particularly tasty, condiments average. The fries had the taste of Sysco frozen fries, they did not impress at all. For the close to $20 for one burger, fries and a drink, it deems one would expect a whole lot more. Parking: Parking is limited, eating in your car is about the only choice. No defined spots to park, you are at the mercy of how others parked first. Disappointed at the lack of having a tasty burger to remember.

terrible place to work, you can do everything right and they re still gonna say you re doing it wrong you can do everything on time and somehow you re still not good enough. never once did I have a bad time or cause a bad time but I guess based off for three or four days they figured that s enough to say let s fire this guy. This place absolutely rocks! The chili queso fries are out of this world! I dont normally like spicy stuff, but there is just enough of a kick on these fries to have you craving more. When I am out and about and need a quick bite to eat, this is my go to spot. The staff is super friendly and service is quick. Super convenient location too. We live in Cibolo & dont travel out of our bubble too much, but drove to New Braunfels on a Saturday afternoon just to go try UBP Burgers after seeing photos on Facebook & IT. WAS. DELICIOUS!! This one is a hard one. It is hard to find a big juicy burger nowadays. Friendly staff. One disappointment is the chili. $5 for a 3oz topping which the person said it homemade...it is more like Wolf brand with extra ingredients in it. I cant describe the meat texture. Well its the same texture of canned chili. The burger was made great. The person on the grill knew their job. The meat has alot of gristle in it than I would like. It had big pieces too. The fries are good just needs ventilation in container to stop fries from getting soggy. I feel this place has a mountain of potential.

We have been a customer of UBP several times, both through Dooor Dash and purchasing the truck. Last night we ordered two burgers from Door Dash. They were seasoned with something, I do not know what, that made them inedible because they were so salty they tasted terrible. We contacted the store and their only response was that they did not use salt. I dont know what was on those burgers, but there was definitely SOMETHING that was salty such that $30.00+ worth of burgers were just not edible at all. Instead of doing anything to make it right, they made it seem like we were just either imagining it or making it up. But we werent. As I said, we have had UBP burgers many times before and NEVER had this flavor before. Something was messed up, and they chose to just deny it. So, because they chose to refuse to give any kind of relief, I will never do business with them again. That is not good customer service and I dont deal with businesses that dont treat repeat customers with more respect. There are plenty of great burgers out there, it was just UBP was close and delivery was fast.

Wow. I ve driven by this food truck many times and just happened to be by during lunch time so I stopped. Nice big menu board, easy to read. Staff is super friendly and helpful with any questions while ordering. They were fast. I got the regular burger with lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo, and added cheese, a fried egg, and mushrooms. I also ordered the beer battered onion rings. I was warned with ordering that I this is not a burger to eat while driving, so plan on sitting down to enjoy my lunch. There is a covered area with picnic tables right by their spot to do so. Big burger. And I didn t order their large one. Just the normal . I was amazed as I have had a juicy burger before, but this one surprised me. It was delicious and super juicy. Surprise came when I noticed the puddle of juices that were accumulating in the tray. The bottom bun was not soaked at all. Normally when having a juicy burger the bottom bun is soggy and it s a heck of a mess. It this one. My bun stayed dry the entire time eating it as the juices held until I bit into the meat. Crazy. The onion rings were excellent as well. I highly recommend this spot as they are not offering just the average every day experience that most burger places serve. Parking: Small area, but there are places to park. Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: It s an open parking lot and able to access tent and picnic table area easily.

It s not that great. I personally will not go back. The burger is good, but it s just a normal big burger there is nothing special about it, not one thing. The fries are okay, but 100% frozen fries they get from H E B next door, and then mark them up 8x per serving. That s my issue, a burger, fries and a coke is $28. That is WAY too expensive!! And for the people thinking to try it, go somewhere else. There is nothing special about their food. Just ridiculously overpriced, because they re in a food truck .

There is no combo, you pay for each individual item. The burger is SO worth the money. Juicy, well seasoned. The onion rings however where not. Good but way over priced. 2 burgers and one onion ring... 25.00 The service was ok, but the boys were interested in talking to a friend that showed up. Over all... would purchase the burger again, but thats it. Parking: Somewhat difficult to get in and out if there is several cars.

My wife and I were looking forward to trying this highly rated place. Sadly, when we called to pre order they left us on hold for close to 20 minutes. We drove to the food truck and asked what oil they used since we have a peanut allergy. We were told they did not know what kind of oil they used. Although they were sure it wasn t peanut oil they said they were unable to find out what kind of oil they used. So we left. Bummer, because we genuinely wanted to try it out.

This is now my #1 place to have a nice juicy hamburger and I have tried many places to have a burger, plus it had a nice little kick to it. The fries were also crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, next time I will try the onion rings.

UBP is a walk-up food truck located south of NB, Tx The service was great and inviting. The menu was explained very well, as to what we may like to order. I m a huge fan of Krinkle fries, so my eyes lit up to see they offered them. Their loaded loaded queso-bacon fries were delicious! As well as their Crispy Chicken loaded fries. I also had their Classic burger, which is the smaller burger (1/3). The burger itself was good, but was somewhat bland to my taste buds. However, in all fairness Chemo has affected my taste buds and I like my burgers on the saltier side. Overall I would recommend this place and I would definitely go back to get their loaded fries or just the regular fries.

Absolutely amazing. Definitely worth the price. Quality ingredients The lettuce tomato and everything else taste very fresh. When I ordered I asked them to cook it well done with no pink. They did an amazing job. For those that are giving less stars its because they didnt read the sign. Its stated on the menu. Next time just ask them to cook it well done. Very respectful individuals. This was my first time but wont be my last. Well worth every penny. Plus Im full now lol.

Great burgers but terrible customer service. They had their catering truck at our apartments. I ordered online and wanted to walk up to the truck and pickup order. I called them to let them now I was going to walk up to pick up order. I was told that the order would be at the truck on Elliot Knox. I asked if they could call and have it done at the catering truck and they said no. Guess I should go to Wataburger.

The company I work for hired this food truck for our workers (we have 100+ workers in the building) & he came super early at like 10 am & left at 12pm when he was supposed to stay until 2pm because no one was coming to the food truck No one even goes to lunch until 12!! We re not eating burgers for breakfast. If he would have stayed an hour or 2 longer he would have gotten everybody in the work place to come get food but he was impatient & rude & left. Terrible service.

UBS BURGERS IS IMPATIENT!!! My job brings food trucks on fridays and they came out and left at noon because we were not going out and getting food however we are working and all go out during sporadic times and are on the clock looking forward to our break and lunch to try them out. Do not get this food truck for any reason. They showed up at 9am at the company I work for wanting everyone to come out and order around 10am well before their lunch. Food truck guy got upset cause it was 1030 am and he was not making money due to agents working, argued and left well before lunch and ppl could order. Terrible customer service.
