I love, love, love <3 Chick-fil-a. The only thing I don t like is that they re closed on Sundays because I always seem to get a hankering for chicken, then remember & have to console myself. ;)- This Chick-fil-a has always had light speed drive-through & curbside. The orders are pretty much 99.9% correct (I had to leave a little room for error ;)- and freshly made. And the staff members are genuinely polite and upbeat. This is why Chick-fil-a will always be my go-to!

What is going on with Chick-fil-a Stopped in this morning to this location through the drive thru. Food was horrible. Potato rounds tasted like they had been fried in 4 day old McDonalds grease. They were super greasy. The chicken on my biscuit what dry and practically flavorless. The recent quality of Chick-fil-a food since their change in chicken supplier is getting real bad. Back to my drive thru experience. The manager at the window was very unhappy, no smile, no greeting, not the norm for Chick-fil-a. Really getting to the point where I dont even want to give them any business. Whatever happened to Gods Chicken.

So this review is for the manager, Carly! She is absolutely rude as I was complaining about her to the manager for the type of service I received. She had the audacity to look at me and then literally walk away and honestly, I think when you re in customer service, whether you re having a bad day or a good day you re supposed to treat every customer the same. It was very clear that I was a person of color compared to everybody else in there and I just didn t agree with the service that I got. I d leave zero stars if I could.

I only go through the drive thru and they used to always get my order perfect. But for the last maybe 6 months to a year, they NEVER get the condiments right. It s always correct on the receipt but it seriously feels like they intentionally leave out condiments that you ask for. So strange and frustrating. It s not just the sauces that they leave out or mess up, but also the nuts/toppings for salads too.

This is seriously one of the best out there..Went today @ lunch and OMG it was extremely packed for it was the day after Easter and no school everyone and there mother was there lol..However they were doing a great job in directing traffic as I was trying to find a parking space as I walked in there was a very long line but every employee had a rythem going they had a smile on their face and were working really hard..This is great customer service..The food is Im gonna say with one word QUALITY..I wanna say a special thank you to Jerry he is so nice,and a very hard worker..Good job to this location.It was my first time but definitely not my last..Kudos to management and to all the employees who worked today..

This particular Chickfila has down fail, DO BETTER! We have taken my son 6 days a week to eat nuggets for 8 years as it is the only food he eats. I can not wait for the Walnut location to reopen. Please take note on how they operate. We have traveled to almost every location within the San Antonio and metro area. This location is a joke. They do not sell jalapenos, the staff is not friendly, and the food is always wrong after waiting forever. Its dirty or not as clean as other locations. The Mac and Chees is always cold, I have to ask them to reheat it because the cheese is not cheesy when cold. The parking lot is a mess as I understand they are tending to the whole city ,but the people do not know how direct traffic. Please Please get your employees trained as I know this company is all about customer satisfaction but in this time in age alot of people in general do not want to work, please get this operation going smoother. As I HAVE to continue to go because my son needs his nuggets I will continue to go if I dont have to travel further but like I said I can not wait til the Walnut location opens back up. Food was good but service in drive-thru was not great. As the food sat on the drive-thru counter, the two girls outside stood at the window chatting, handing food to cars as they pulled up instead of walking food up the line when it was ready. May be the reason for the slower service and back-up. Additionally, had to ask for napkins twice as they only gave 1 napkin for 3 meals which seemed to really annoy them. Upon leaving and handing out food, found they didnt even provide the number of condiments we ordered.

I arrived to the restaurant and when I was waiting, I could hear the staff all openly complaining about the order as I sat and waited for everything to be done. I have no clue what s up with Chick-fil-A the fast food chain used to be very pleasant to order from now it s like I avoid Chick-fil-A now. I ordered my free coffee today and I waited like 10 minutes while all the other curbside orders received what they ordered I had to get off and get my coffee. The female employee didn t even care when I went to ask her about my coffee she just pointed at my coffee and it was just sitting on the countertop just sitting there. She didn t even care I had to get off I mean why would she I did her job for her. Chick-fil-A employees act like asking for more condiments is personally coming out of their paycheck forbid I ask for extra coffee creamer and sugar they want to give me attitude. Chick-fil-A is not what it used to be. Seems like they re all slowly going downhill. I am writing to clarify my review of your location. I waited curbside for around 10 to 15 minutes before I had to get off my car and ask for my coffee. While other curbside orders were being served promptly, I received semi-cold coffee with no sugar or creamer. When I requested creamers, I had to deal with an employees bad attitude. Your response to my review was rude and unnecessary. I believe as the owner you should manage your store and not be dismissive of feedback. My other Chick-fil-A review that was mentioned was about the lack of condiments the food is always up to par. It is disappointing that you chose to focus on that aspect instead of addressing the issues I raised about my overall poor experience at your location. Ill make sure to add this poor response on my social media. Thank you

Ill tell yah....its not Chick-fil-As fault, but that is the worst drive through during peak times. People obviously have a hard time reading the very bold and large direction signs on how to navigate the (very terrible and small) parking lot to get in the drive through, often causing more delays than just going through correctly. That being said, food is always great and the inside is always very clean. Just maybe go at 2pm...or 8pm?

The drive thru is confusing!!! This is the only chick fil-A that is complicated. Theres no cones, signs or employees directing you where to go. Im not a regular customer at this particular location.... And supposedly I cut in line and drivers were upset. I ordered and paid for my meal and when I got to drive thru employee asked me to pull forward due to a wait on chicken. (At 12:30pm and a wait on chicken sounded ridiculous) but I went head and pull forward anyway. We love Chick-fil-a but this location consistently disappoints. This location is well Staffed. The only problem is the Staff. They seem to be zipping around talking to each other but not work-related. Always out of something but this time it was a double whammy. Ice cream machine was broken and they were Out of the Spicy chicken salad but they had one cobb salad left. Opened that to have a moldy taste The horrible part was my fries. I got 3 decent-sized waffles fries and the rest were the broken-off tiny pieces at the bottom of the tray. How do you give this to a customer? I usually am in a pinch so driving to the Walnut location is not ideal. We decided as a family we will give this location one more chance. I hope they were just having another bad day. Management/Ownership, please be aware of the staff in the evening shifts and the way they represent the Franchise. I rarely leave bad reviews but when you deserve it, I leave it. Every bad experience at this location (3 times) has occurred in the evening hours around 7pm-9pm. Vegetarian options: Salads, French fries, ice cream and drinks. Customer service is above and beyond! While we were waiting for our drinks to the side of the registers, my little niece was talking about how she had never tried the tenders or the grilled nuggets and didnt even know they were on the menu. Great quick lunch break spot. Was able to grab a quick bite to eat before having to go back to work. I can recommend this location.

Food is fine, although they need to cook their fries longer. Nobody likes undercooked soggy fries. My issue is how they handle the drive through. I received my food while two other cars were still ahead of me. I then waited over 10 minutes on those two cars to get their stuff just so I could leave. Ridiculous.
