They were kind, courteous and they seemed to genuinely care about my dental/oral health. I went in to have a tooth pulled because I simply cant afford to have a root canal and the tooth had been bothering me for years. They were adamant about not pulling my tooth for the sake of what that may cause for me in the future. They actually opted for a different procure (they called it an onlay..not sure if thats how its spelled) which I told them I also could not afford. They came back and told me that they would just charge me the deductible from my insurance which was 50 bucks, and they had a way to write off the rest of it. Ive never been to a dentist that cared so much about saving my tooth. The procedure was painless. They made sure that I was very comfortable. Literally the best dentist Ive ever been to in my entire life. Would highly highly recommend them. From the scheduling to walking in the front door to the end of my procedure, everybody was kind and understanding and empathetic. Courtney K.

Had the most wonderful experience! I can call myself Blessed, to have come across a Dental Office that makes me feel so comfortable. I absolutely loved that DR. GOMEZ met with me as a new patient prior to any treatment/procedure. He matched me up with MEAGAN. Which was a perfect fit. She is a great hygienist and helped me with some tips and tricks.. When I had to go back for fillings, JAY did an absolute wonderful job explaining procedures and keeping me calm and comfortable. And once Again, DR. GOMEZ did a great job with my procedure. I think I finally found my forever Dental Office. I m actually looking forward to my 6 month follow up.

I had a wonderful first visit today! I immediately felt welcomed and appreciated Dr. Gomez for taking the time to get to know me as a patient at the beginning of the appt. My hygienist, Cheyanne was very sweet, gentle, and very thorough with her cleaning. She noticed and removed old cement from previous orthodontic work which no other hygienist or ortho took the time to fully remove for me! The office is very clean and offered great amenities for comfort. I will be happy to become a regular patient here!

Dr.Gomez has been my dentist for over 12 years. I have moved to 3 different states and Eastern Europe and I still come to get my dental work done because he and his team are that good! If you don t believe me make an appointment and just experience his expertise in the field and how comfortable you are during treatment, from the time you check into your appointment and greeted as family to the end of treatment. Megan the hygienist is so friendly, sweet, and funny. Had her for the first time and will definitely be requesting for her in the future. Dr. Gomez is fantastic as well. Love my visits there, always feels thorough and they explain everything as its happening. Have tv/Netflix on ceiling to watch during treatment. Modern equipment. Clean office. Front desk staff friendly and patient. Bring cash money if you have a copay/deductible as there is a charge for Visa Debit card use.

I needed a wisdom tooth removed, that had been broken by another dentist who refused to extract it because I have a bad gag reflex. Thankfully we found Dr. Gomez, who was very understanding and was able to remove it without too much pain. I highly recommend this practice.

I recently had a new patient exam and cleaning at Sapphire Creek Dental. I called a couple times in advance of my appointment with questions; Diane was extremely helpful and friendly when assisting me. The practice has a modern and clean esthetic, and I was greeted and checked in for my appointment without a wait. Dr. Gomez is friendly and personable. I started the appointment by having a brief meet-and-greet in his office, then I was introduced to my hygienist, Summer, who was also very friendly and accommodating throughout the process of taking my x-rays and performing a thorough cleaning. Lastly, Dr. Gomez completed his exam and discussed any dental concerns I had. The full appointment lasted about 1.5 hours. Overall, I was highly pleased with my experience and look forward to another great visit in six months!

Went in for a basic check up and got 3 small cavities filled. Dentist scraped one of my front incisors with his drill and left a divit, went in after and they shaved it down so it was less noticeable. This did however damage my smile and I wasnt offered a single apology, will not be returning.

Dr. Gomez and his staff are all so friendly and focused on patient care and comfort. I was offered a pillow, blanket, and sat in a massage chair while receiving my filling repairs. The office plays a great selection of music and has in room Netflix on the ceiling to watch while getting your work done. A real dentist again, woot! My last dentist sold their practice to a Corp. and the difference was immediate. Checkups were just a clean and quick peek and then out the door. At Sapphire, our first visit started with a sit down and chat with the dentist, then a thorough cleaning and discussion of any possible issues, and when the dentist came in they actually did a real look around checking everything my old dentist used to. I feel like a really saw a dentist again. BTW, we have seen both Dr. Gomez and Dr. Cuddy and both were wonderful, plus all the staff was great, friendly, and helpul.

As for the Dentist that took care of me he is Fantastic I got a tooth pulled out and even after the anesthetic affects went away I truly done even feel sore and don t have any swelling. I also must say they are truly affordable and willing to work with you. I honestly can t thank them enough! From now on they are going to be my Dentist.

Sapphire was recommended to me by a friend and this dental office did not disappoint. I appreciated the front office staff smile as you come in and when you leave. I almost got a cup of coffee before my appointment from the complimentary coffee bar. We had just transferred from a different clinic and Sapphire had already requested and received our previous records so it made this first visit run much more smoothly. Dr. Gomez met with me right before the appointment to address any concerns. Our hygienist Amy was great, very personable and thorough. Super convenient location and easy parking. I love that it s close by the schools.

I had severe tooth pain and the only dentist out of what felt like hundreds was the only one that cared enough to get me in as soon as possible On a Friday night he opened his office to perform a root canal and Im forever grateful.
