Ashley gives my friends and I awesome service every time we come on the weekends. Big shoutout to her for the amazing hospitality she shows us each and every time! Frank Greer, the magician that performs for individual people on Saturdays, made our groups time unforgettable. A special novelty to Kennedy s to have such a talented performer be willing to perform such an elaborate and engaging magic routine to a small group. It made my birthday very memorable, and I look forward to the next time we make it out on a Saturday evening. Thanks again to Frank! I look forward to seeing you on Penn and Teller

This is an absolutely fabulous neighborhood bar. We used to stop in to have a drink on the way to the grocery store. One Saturday, we ended up joining a group of mighty Bison NDSU supporters and came back every NDSU game day to watch the game with a fantastic group of people ... for years! These people are amazing. This ended up being one of our absolute favorite hangouts. Wed bring the kids (adults) when they were visiting. Its a colorful, friendly and lively place! We moved away a year ago and Kennedys is one of the places we miss the most in the state of Texas! PS get the tots. Holy wow. Soooo delicious.

For Daddy-Daughter dinner tonight, we stayed within the Stone Oak area. I thought to check out @kennedysirishbar. Ashley was the bartender and server who took care of us. Shiner draft was on happy hour for $3. Dad had Sprite. Dad and I shared both the Fried Green Tomatoes, and Fish and Chips. I really liked the tomatoes. It had the perfect breading. The fish was decent. Jameson was also on happy hour but I didnt get to try that. Ashley had suggested Jameson Orange. Im curious to try next time.

Every time that Ive come here with friends, theyre impressed by the cocktails, the service, the atmosphere, and the food. Last night, January 11th, was my birthday and we were served by Crystal. Stumbled into Kennedy s last night and mad we haven t been in sooner! They had kareoke going, which was really fun, but what kept us there was the service. The bartenders were on it! Crystal was super friendly and informative. She made us feel welcome. We didn t make it in time to try the food but she suggested the wings and fish&chips for next time. So we have to take her up on that. I think we found our new hangout spot!

Great bar but and not a one star but it will get noticed this way. WARNING! Unfortunately there is an issue where if you pay cash certain bartenders keep the cash and don t close your tab. It has happened multiple times. I even called one out on it and she corrected it, never apologized or even acknowledge me. Pay with Credit Card if Ashley is working. Not their best day today. Normally love the place. Service was nonexistent today. Very disappointed but Ill be back eventually. Update...6 Feb 2022..they need to decide if they are a bar or a bar and grill. Went in for drinks and some food. Their food is terrific when you can get service. Bartender walked by us 4 times and didnt even acknowledge us. Cook did the same. Had a great chat with the owner the first time we went in and I am certain he would appreciate repeat customers. This is the third time this has happened. If they would have at least said hello, please come to the bar to order...or anything. Nothing...literally just sat their awkwardly deciding if we should stay or leave. The bartenders were not that busy. It was a conscious decision to blow us off. Left to the Anchorbar (Kennedys owner told me about this place when we spoke during my first visit). Much more organized venue and doesnt feel like Cheers where if you arent a regular you arent welcomed. Sadly, will not be back and I live right down the road.

Absolutely love this place, bar staff is amazing and has really good food. Always a clean atmosphere, and the owner Chuck is a really nice guy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and chill bar.

Kennedys decor is really reminiscent of an old Irish pub... Too cute in there! Staff is above friendly and courteous and drinks were very good and reasonably priced. Good music... Nice crowd... Well definitely go back!
