I had a terrible issue with a tooth that was causing me unbearable pain from the nerve. After scheduling an appointment Sunday, I was in the next morning for my evaluation and by Wednesday had my root canal complete and crown fitting complete. The staff was extremely patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you again!

Dr. Rapanotti helped my daughter out so much. My daughter has a dental condition that makes her teeth very yellow and brittle. Dr.Rapanotti took a look at my daughter and immediately wanted to help her out. They have been so awesome, wonderful, and a blessing to us. They have helped boost my daughter s confidence so much. The whole staff is very friendly, respectful, and always helpful.

I drove to the Rapanotti Dental New Braunfels Clinic from Austin because my sister recommended it. When I got the estimate for the procedure, I was surprised how priced it is Austin versus Rapanotti Dental Clinic. Its really three times cheaper than Austin Dental Clinics. I guess I couldnt find a better price on dental care between Austin, New Braunfels, and San Antonio. The service since I opened the door was super nice, professional, and friendly. Dr. Rapanotti, assistants, and in general, all the staff are so nice, super professional, fast, and friendly. Everybody was always pending on everything. Call to confirm the appointment. Smiling when I was arriving. And ready to work on my needs. I really appreciate it!! I highly recommend Rapanotti Dental New Braunfels Clinic. I came from Austin to Rapanotti Dental New Braunfels Clinic on the recommendation of my sister. When they gave me the estimate for the dental procedure I needed, I was surprised by the affordable prices compared to the high prices in Austin dental clinics. I dont think there are better prices in Austin, New Braunfels or San Antonio than there are at Rapanotti Dental New Braunfels Clinic. If I could I would like to say, I would do no stars They were about to pull a root canal to do a root canal. They have no computers in their office and their payment plan is so wrong. I guess u get what you pay for I went to see my dentist since I was 14 and he told me complete different story I would not come to them ever again..

Rapanotti dental are amazing. My mom started going to them first when they were in San Antonio then I started going. I have soft enamel so they have done many root canals for me! I was very happy when they moved to New Braunfels because I live in San Marcos and don t have to drive as far! Definitely recommend them staff and Dentist are the best. Rapanotti Dental will relieve dental issues very quickly. No excess work or excessive expense. Only fix what needs to be fixed. When my daughters needed excessive dental repairs I took them in when they visited me and was relieved. 1 daughter needed 1 filling and the other daughter needed none! Saved me over $4,000.00!

I have had molars pulled by Dr. Rapanotti, there is no better dentist out there, he talks you through everything as he works. In no time the tooth is out and the toothache gone. It took longer to get numb than it did to remove my tooth.

I wait tables for a living, and needed A LOT of work done when I came in for a consultation. I was self-conscious about some cosmetic things, and had pain with other tooth issues. They worked up a payment plan that fit my budget, and was extremely affordable at that! They worked on the areas of importance first, and efficiently doesn t even seem to be a good enough word for their work! I cannot express how extremely GRATEFUL I am for their SERVICE. He is an honest dentist who won t waste your time, or money.

I did a walk in. Didnt want to schedule an appointment because Im in pain. I was up on Easter Sunday at 3am screaming my head off from that pain in my mouth. I come in at around 10am. Theres like 2 others waiting. I told the receptionist about my insurance. And she said shed look for it...30 minutes later... I go up to her to see if shed found it. She tells me she forgot and will take care of it. She finds it finally. Then I ask her how long the wait will be. She said Im next and itll be around 20 minutes. So I sit down. Waiting. And literally everyone else in the room is taken before me.... that 20 minutes turned out to be another hour. Then I get up and ask her again how long, she tells me I came during a rush. Apologized. So I tell her I can comeback later. She tells me 2pm. 2 hours from that time. Then I ask her if I sat back down and waited longer, would I be sitting there for 2 more hours? She said yes... I dont have any problem with them being busy. What I have a problem with is being told itll be a 20 minute wait when its actually a 4 hour wait. I have other things I need to take care of. Time is a valuable. More valuable than money. Money can be made back. But once time is gone, its gone... and 4 hours was wasted. This isnt a complaint against dr elva. This is a complaint against the receptionist

She ruined my teeth, I went to her years back when I was younger and she talked me into a bridge without completely providing education. Still dealing with the aftermath of all the damage done, 15 years later. She was available for expensive and extensive work but almost never had availablity for scheduling preventative maintenance. Im posting my first review of Dr Raponott and his staff, in particular (Brenda). IVE see Mario as my Dentist since 2012. I followed him to New Braunfels, not only because I appreciate their prices, (hes not trying to get rich off of 1 patient )but his mannerism and how he and Brenda, treat everyone as a special client every single time. Dr.R goes the extra mile, so I did the same driving from San Antonio to New Braunfels. I recommned Dr. R to anyone because lets face it, going to Dentist is that one thing that the most of us wait till the last minute. These guy will treat you as if you been going forever.

I found Dr. Rapanotti because another dentist wanted $30,000 to fix my teeth. My teeth are messed up and I know dental work isnt cheap, but dang! Hes fast & he does good work. Ive never waited over 30 min, plus his prices are reasonable. Dr. Raponotti also seems to be offended at what dental care costs these days. Hes able to charge less, he will propose expensive & less expensive options, & he will work with you financially. I did not say cheap (he isnt cheap), but a crown costs about $650 not $1000+ (reasonable). I still have to spend a lot of money, but it will probably be $10-12k spread over several years. I can handle that.

I am major disappointed and majorly set back from having a root canal done by Dr. Mario Rappanotti. Since early April 2017 the root canal continued to cause me pain and discomfort. Dr. Mario Rappanotti would not and did not send me forward to the next level of dental care that I severely required. Im in the process of having a dental implant that is costing out of pocket around 7K. They dont seem concerned with patient comfort either if you are anxious at the dentist office.

The few times Ive been, Ive never had any issues with overbooking. Maybe Ive just had really bad experiences at past dentists (Ive spent 3-4 hours at dentists before due to waiting). Ive always been seen within 10 min of appmt time, and he rarely leaves me on the chair to work on someone else. Dentist experiences are never good IMO, but this is about as good as it gets.

My boyfriend and I go in for a 9 oclock appointment early, then we go in the back and they tend to the lady there after him. When I ask one of the hygenists she says she had a 9 oclock appointment as well, its currently 9:30 and have yet to be even acknowledged. Dont come here if you have something to do after.

The doctor was great, however they are running a mad house with over bookings and long wait times. It doesnt make sense why they have such rude staff, the nurse at the front had no smile on her face and answered such vague questions in such a rude manner. I never review but I was so upset with the lack of service from the front staff. Dont fire her but train her to leave her bad day at the front door and learn to forecast your appt better. I guess they have to take so many patients crammed due to the low prices.
