Wings good quality. Svc was slow eventhough they had many people working. Many of the Staff took long breaks. One worker was in the bathroom 20 minutes. While we had to wait to clean our hands before we left Bathrooms were very dirty and looked like they never been professionally cleaned. To the franchise owner, your Place needs a good cleaning! Not blaming the staff but you need to invest your your restaurant or folks are going to get sick. Don t make us send Robert from restaurant impossible your way. Ha ha Parking: Very tight spots to park. Old parking lot.

Would give zero if I could. Waited almost thirty minutes, and food was COLD. Ticket after ticket after ticket of DoorDash and food running services in the window, so you know they were CONSTANTLY cooking new food. And wings and fries were still soggy and cold. Waste of a $15 meal. Would have gone back and complained, but didn t have time to wait another thirty minutes.

Very alarmed at the fact that employees and customers are also being cooked cause of AC issues or no AC in building at all. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable while i waited for an order, so I felt terrible for what employees had to endure. Hopefully, the issue has been corrected by now. Ill be checking back in a few days.

The experience here, including the food, was so horrible that I find it hard to find the words to express how horrible this experience was. The food was not good at all! We had wings and fries. Mild and lemon pepper. I don t know how wings are not made well, but they managed to make it the worst tasting wings I ve ever had. The fries tastes like they went from a freezer straight to the fryer or microwave. The atmosphere was HOT, dirty, and gross. We ordered in, but quickly left. The service was max 3 star. I had to repeat my order 4 times, it took 30 -35 min to even receive our food. With several others who had been waiting just as long and longer. Staff walked around like they didn t know what to do next. HARD PASS on this wing stop and I highly recommend it should be a hard pass for you too!

I was so excited to order here, visiting from out of state and we dont have a Wingstop close to where I live. It has been years since Ive gotten wing stop. Wow, things have changed... I ordered three different sauces for my wings and I cant even tell them apart they have so little sauce on them, why offer different sauces when they dont bother to even add enough sauce for flavor can you guess which sauce one is which in the picture?

First time getting wings at this Wingstop and it will be the last time! I placed a mix & match order (lemon pepper and original hot). The original hot tasted like the lemon pepper. I have a feeling the same mixing bowl was used to mix both favors. And one of my wings had feathers!!! Again, first and last time I ll be going to that place!!

Ordered from DoorDash. Food handed cold like it was left out for an hour, didn t receive a single ranch dip when my order came with 1, plus I ordered an extra dip. Best experience for sure! Friendly service from the beginning i asked the cashier if i was able to get the online deals in store also and she was helpful and helped me determine how many pieces and what deals to get with 5 hungry teens and 2 adults. I was visiting the area and typically only go to the san marcos location on Hwy 80, which is the worse customer service place ever but I would highly recommend this location vs San marcos for sure

Single handedly the worst Wingstop I ve ever been to. No one up front managing orders, lobby is full of people waiting, employees walking out with their own food going home, and several other major flaws. I m all for a good Wingstop order, but this is just tragic. At least 8 people in the kitchen and half of them are just standing around doing nothing. Whoever runs this Wingstop needs to change things. I ve been going here for 10 years and every time I go it get worse and worse every time.

Jacob W. (dark curly hair and mustache) was amazing!!! He made sure our orders were moving even though we were a big group and it was busy. He also immediately bussed our table once we were done. In was Complete chaos and it was only a Wednesday night.I hate to imagine what it would be like on Friday or Saturday. Too many workers but no one doing enough. Waited so long.Good 30 minutes. so I had to buy a drink. It was $6, almost $7 to get 2 mediums. And they were the smallest Medium drinks I guess people like their wings. However because there were a lot of people there I Was door-dashing which caused me to lose money because it took so long. I eat here all the time I love wing stop but this particular location cant figure out how to run an effective business. Every order is always at least a minimum of 35 minutes wait time if you order in store and over an hour if youre ordering over the phone. It doesnt matter what time you order itll be a long wait and everyone at the counter taking your order tells you the wait time like 3 or 4 times trying to get you to reconsider making an order.

We ordered for our family and saw on there web site free delivery on winsday. So we desided to go for it. We wated 45 muinits for the order to arive by door dash. We only reserved 1/2 the order. We called door dash and they said they only gave 1 bag. We then tryed to call the restrunt. Bet keeped getting voice mail not set up. My wif desided to dri e to the store and found the other bag that was not given to the driver. Note the bag has been siting on their shelf for 1 hour by now. She asked them to remakenit. The manager came over and checked the order and stated that they are still Worm. My wife stated she would like them remade. The manager than throw them in trash and walked away. And she wanted another 30 muinits for the order to be ready.

Have to drive back to the store and pick up the missing wings every time. Manager working this evening clearly can t handle the pressure of her job. I walked in to pick up a to go order I placed and she had me fill out a log in sheet because it was busy. It was just about closing time, 30 minutes till, but we sat inside and waited then ate. There was a super friendly waitress that was awesome and made sure we had everything, and she even let us know that things werent to her likings so she re-did them for us. Food and service has always been great here! Reason for the 3 star rating is their website declines online orders during specified times that are honestly right around the times you d expect to receive a solid amount of orders. Which wouldn t be an issue since they have a phone, right? This location NEVER answers their phone. Called 5 times in the span of 30 minutes last month making sure to space it out, assumed they were busy. They never picked up. Happens every time now no matter the day or hour I call. Reviewing now because the same thing is happening on their site and calls are going to an automated system after about 20 seconds of ringing. Not a huge deal, just gotta wait until the website lets you order online. But their site should remove their number or notate that they don t take calls.

Ordered my fiancé and I an order of boneless wings and an order of traditional wings for Mothers Day online through there website with a pickup time hours from the order time. First off my sister made this post on google and it was deleted so idk what happened there. But my sister applied at this location she informed the lady during the interview she had to wear a skirt and that it was for religious reasons the lady interviewing her said that she did not see that as a problem especially because my sister would be working the front counter not in the back. But my sister was asked if she would wear leggings for extra protection and my sister said yes. The lady then called HR to confirm with her there would be no issue and was told by them that they couldn t hire her due to her religious dress. (Wich is illegal btw) I m confused as to what the issue was as I am also religious and wear a skirt and have never had an issue and I ve even worked in the food industry and still do.

I love there food. But Jesus pick up the phone I ll be trying to call them 15 times and they ll NEVER pick up. After that I ll just go to Buffalo Wild Wings. They pick up the phone on the first try.

Did not put the fries in my bag. Doordash drops it off and i call the store and its takes 22 calls to get through. They tell me we are busy and to kick rocks and hang up.

The employees at this location dont seem to want to work. I tried calling in wings to go and called 3 times with no answer. Then I went online and saw the function to order online was shut off for the hour. I assumed they were really busy so I stopped in and they werent busy at all, the employees were just hanging out and would let the phone ring because they didnt want to answer. I decided to order food and while I waited the phone kept ringing and they just wouldnt answer. I would not recommend this location for that reason alone.

They fascinate us... they should only change or filter the oil with which they cook the potatoes often, we ordered a take-out order, we live 10 minutes away and when we arrived the potatoes had a very dark color and the taste at the end was kind of bitter, and It is due to the very burnt oil they had when frying them. Everything else is very good, I wish they would pay attention to that... we love the food at WING STOP...

They do not answer the phone and its very upsetting my dad call them a lot of times which makes us mad they have a phone and they do not answer the damn phone and they do not have a lot of people there only a few and still they do not answer the phone it is so sad that will lose customers if they do answer the phone

I like wing stop and their online ordering is awesome. I love their fries, but on more than one trip they have been pillows of grease. Wish they would drain them a bit more before throwing them in a soggy mess at the bottom of the basket. But the wings are pretty awesome.

When picking up someone who was supposed to get off at 10pm but is now here THREE hours after til now 1:10am is HIGHLY annoying. Do your own jobs and don t stay after that late. Some of us have jobs early in the morning and would like to get some sleep before hand. If you re a manager you should be there to help close and do YOUR job. Not impressed.

Called 4 times in a row and no one would answer. Tried to do an online order and it wouldn t let me complete the order. Drove by, looked in the window and just saw them standing around and 1 person sweeping the floors in the dinner area. I guess if you don t answer the phone you don t have to do anything.

What horrible experience !!! My wife ordered a 20 peice to go when she got home to eat we were shorted wings what a disappointed as some of didnt eat. I will tell friends and family about this experience. Pretty disgusted when you really want wings time to find another place for wings !!!

Wing Stop as a chain is always yummy. But this location is always nice to go to. The staff are always super friendly and they make sure that youre cared for and have everything you need. The wait time is never long, and you always get exactely what you wanted.

Normally its been great. This time, however, my wife ordered online. Its always been twenty minutes or more to get our food so we thought this would save us some time. When we arrived tonight, the food had been ready for some time. They dont seem to have a station to keep the food warm. They re-made the fries and we just ate the, by now, almost room temp chicken. I dont know if theres a place on the app to enter the time you expect to arrive, but that would be a nice help to keep this from happening again. Quality and taste of the food was excellent as always. Temperature was the only thing we had a problem with.

Kid friendly by far, my daughter had left her favorite stuffed animal on the table (brown puppy), and the staff secured it in their personal storage and was eager to greet her with it as soon as we arrived to pick up our order.
