Food was all super dark and crispy like the oil hadn t been changed in a while. Drinks are good when you can get a waitress to come to your table while they re not just talking standing by the drink fountain talking.

Worst place I have ever been too! I went and sat at the bar around 4 there was only a few customers here. The bartenders just ate at the bar and gossiped as well as playing on their phones. It toke me 15 minutes to get a drink. They never offered me a menu so I had to look it up on my phone. I then waited 10 minutes just to get another drink and for them to finally take my take my order. The 2 girls working had horrible attitude and just cared about talking about their problems to each other very loud. I m not usually a Karen but this was the worst service in my life!

Finally, I had the chance to visit Wing Daddy s in New Braunfels and I will have to say that it was definitely worth the visit most especially with our host/Server Sky.. Sky was amazing and definitely the perfect example of 5 star customer service attitude. She was very attentive and polite and made sure our table was good with everything. With Sky s ethics and attitude and the vibe with a positive family atmosphere I give this place a 5 star for sure. Thanks to Sky.. She was phenomenal!

These were the worse wings and fries ever; asked for crispy, and they were under cooked. The French fries had to be cooked in the same oil as the chicken disgusting. Who is the manager, and is the manager aware of the poor quality of food. No picture to show; it went where it belongs, in the garbage. I kept my receipt; may contact Wing Daddy s corporate office.

This restaurant is mediocre at best. Ordered to go Bar was dirty. We ordered a sample platter. Wing sauce was hot but no flavor. Fried pickles were salty and lemon pepper bites were okay. Mozzarella was okay as well. I do not recommend this place.

Y all know how to take care of your customers so they keep coming back. I had to come check yall out! Ive heard nothing but good things about yall . You didnt disappoint! I just wanted to come give yall ALL a much well deserved shout out! Becareful of scammers tryna get a free meal. Lady was in there making fake pics and all . I seen her put her own hair in her food and had enough ! Told her while she was busy skeemin i was recording her . Told her she best be on her way cause she wasnt getting a free meal . My wife and I stopped by for a quick beer before going to our function. We frequent Wing Daddys in San Antonio quite a bit, so we thought it would be great to stop at the one at New Braunfels. We walked in to the bar and sat there about 10-15 minutes with no one acknowledging us or attending us. When we first sat there, we had to clean up the sitting area, crumbs and liquid on the bar. As we sat there waiting we noticed behind the bar looked cluttery and dirty. Glasses were overflowing not washed, looked like trash on the floor, just looked unkept. We noticed a server walk behind the counter and get a dirty glass rinse it like 1 second in im assuming water, and pour a draft beer into it. I know the glass could not have been clean, and the residue water still there and just poured beer right in there. No drying of the glass or even a second look to see if it was clean. Needless to say, we walked out. At the time we walked out, still no acknowledgement of our presence.

We walked in sat in bar area. Waited 15 minutes before waitress came over. Ordered drinks waited another 15 minutes, ordered food and drinks waited 15 mins then was told kitchen was backed up and would be another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, we can see our drinks sitting on the bar while the waitress is playing a vital role of holding up the wall. Wont be coming back here again.

We sat down and ordered our drinks. A beer and a bomb pop margarita. It sat at the bar for a while watching the beer get hot the margarita melt. the bartender talked to her co-workers and a little t I ddler boy sitting at the bar. We asked the bartender if we could take our drinks, and she said it has to be staff. But yet the little boy could sit at the bar. We got our wings, and OMG, they are greasy as hell l. I almost used the whole rill to get the grease off. Then we told the waitress twice about our fries. There wasnt t even that many people in there, and now I know why. On top of that, people were going in the kitchen with their babes. Plus, the kitchen staff was not wearing rheir hair nets or beard nets.

My experience at Wing Daddys, or should I say Wings Crappys, was absolutely horrendous. The food was beyond disgusting, and to top it off, one of my family members fell sick as soon as we got home. It took an eternity to get our food, and when it finally arrived, I wished it never did. The nachos were a disaster, the garlic parmesan wings were inedible, and the shrimp covered in sauce still had half the shell on them. Its mind-boggling how a restaurant can mess up such basic dishes. I wont blame the waiter for this disaster, but I will definitely blame the kitchen staff. Wing Daddys should seriously reconsider their entire operation because the quality of food they are serving is beyond unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. It was a waste of time, money, and stomach space. I even had to order pizza to be delivered to my home while waiting for the check. Thats how bad it was. Wing Daddys, its time to shut down.

Food was really great I m not exaggerating these are by far better wings than Wingstop, Wingit, Anchor Bar or the multitude of smaller places I have gone to try the wings Wings are my kryptonite love them! I did have to pay for dipping sauce so yeah that was a bit disappointing) the service was great and the overall bill was very reasonable (PS try the sweet potato fries! Really good too) atmosphere was ok dirty napkins left on tables.

I havent gotten a menu and she said I need to scan a QR code to do so? Guess what, zero service in the building, AND NO I DONT WANT TO CONNECT TO YOUR WIFI JUST TO ORDER. So when we entered you had to wait to be seated. A host came and told us they only had 2 waitresses ( which was not true, they only had 1 waitress) and it would be 15 minutes before they could wait on us. There was only 2 tables with patrons already there. We had to ask someone if we were going to be waited on. We didn t even have someone ask us for our drink order. Where is management at this establishment???? And for you too have 3 stars and still have bad service which means that the manager isn t at the establishment or they don t care about their business. Upper manager needs to be aware of how this business is being ran, regardless if this is a collage area or not. Who ever owned this establishment needs to spend time with their employees and establishment.

First off, I walk in and two employees are chit chat and giggling. They make eye contact with me and then it takes them a full 5min to actually come up to me to tell me where I can order my Togo food. ( there was a janky sign that says please do not seat yourself an employee will seat you or something along those lines) Then I realized the place was filthy. Squashed fries on the floor, sticky bar with visible debris. $8 for 5 under cooked mozzarella sticks that are the size of my index finger. what a joke. No where on the menu does it say how many you ll get or even a picture of it. Then I ordered lemon pepper chicken tenders extra wet. 3 of them $8.50. Not to mention $.79 a dang ranch. Idk why they charged me for one of them when the photo clearly shows the tenders come with a dipping sauce. I got a draft beer to have while I waited for my food and the glass was dirty. So for a grand total of $27.69 you can be disappointed too. My first clue should have been the dirty atmosphere but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it s Saturday and I assumed they were slammed earlier.

I ordered online tacos for pick up and it was late and I ordered what I thought was three different types, but I ended up with the shrimp ones which they gave me seven pieces of shrimp and my tacos were in. There was nothing on them. They were plain it was awful, and I am highly disappointed I would post a photo, but apparently it won t let me, but this is so disappointing

I give 4 stars since the food was good and service aswell. Understaffed, 1 waiter for the whole place. We understand someone called in sick but what startet as a quick bite became quickly a 1hour + stay because all took so long. Hopefully they can sort their staffing issues out in the future. 30 minutes for the drinks is to long for not being overly busy. As mentioned 1 waiter had to run the whole place alone so I dont hold it against her she did an awesome job giving the situation. Kudos.

Mmmm so delicious! I love wings. I had the bbq chicken wings bone in. Heads up the bbq sauce is added at the end and is super saucy. It will be messy but is good. Our waitress was good and very nice but the food was gross. We got our food and then never got checked on or else we would ve sent our food back. The chicken was rubbery and the bone in wings were over battered. And one cup of lemonade was almost $4. We never received our fries and had to tell them to take it off the bill. The sauces (garlic parm, honey bbq, & honey hot) were gritty, salty, and down right gross. The fries were greasy. The wings had a yellow slime coming out of them and were not fully cooked. Got food poisoning the next morning. The bathrooms were gross as was the dining room. First time trying this place. Worst service I ve ever experienced. Waitress never checked on us, we had to go to the bartender for a water refill. The bartender looked like she hated her job with a passion so rude. She never smiled once while waiting on customers. Our waitress was too busy trying to hang out with the cook at the window we literally had to waive her down just to get our ticket. Update: While Wing Daddys did reach out, nothing was done and they never responded after our reply. Weve not been back. Our waitress Violet was absolutely great. Our issue was when my husband tried to put salt on his food and it didnt come out, we opened ours to find rust mixed with the salt. I grabbed 3 off of other tables around us and they had the same thing. The woman managing on duty already seemed to know about the issue and even seemed upset we brought it up, which is absolutely disgusting and completely negligent. The man who came to speak to us after actually seemed to show remorse and concern. We went at 8 in the evening so I can only imagine how many people used those through out the day not knowing what they were putting in their food.

I was in from out of town and decided to try out this place for the Texans/Ravens game. Big mistake as you could tell the manager had no control of staff. Don t get me wrong the place is set up nice for watching games. Ordered a drink from bar and never received it. Ordered buffalo shrimp and they were literally drowning in a pool of buffalo sauce and cold. Part of the wait staff were hanging out at the bar drinking including my waitress as she clocked out half way through serving us. New waitress was only available for to go boxes and bill. New staff checking in to work showing up in PJs and then starts to work behind bar. Then proceed to brush her hair behind the bar in front of customers and never pins hair back. I was there ready to watch the whole game and drink but I could not even get my first drink, luckily I still had my cup of ice with no water, so I could still suck on the ice for hydration. Bill was about $76 but could have been more had the service and food been better. I left before half time and went down the road.

Dear Kiersten. If you hate your job so much please find one you will enjoy. We have been wanting to dine at this restaurant for years since first seeing it being built when we passed through several years ago. Finally traveling through this beautiful area again we got to. Kiersten never once smiled, looked annoyed she had to work and never offered simple things like asking if I need a water since I ordered an alcoholic beverage. All waitresses were leaning against the counter on their phones. The hostess was the only one smiling and pleasant that evening. Not sure where management was. I hate to see this business in such trouble. We did not tip well at all due to service being so horrible. A tip is something that should be earned. Why would I tip for you being on your phone and so unfriendly? The establishment was not busy at all. Unsure if we will ever try this place again.

Brittany, their manager, gave us top notch service. She went above and beyond to make certain that our order was resolved quickly and efficiently after it was placed incorrectly by our server. Brittany exemplifies what customer service ought to be. She has a friendly and extremely professional demeanor which is highly needed in the restaurant industry. Not all restaurant employees possess the energy and shine that Brittany showed us the entire time we were there. Skip the other wing establishments and come to Wing Daddys. I really try not to bash businesses publicly but this I couldn t help. I ve been in the area for 5+ years and have heard terrible things about this place, so I avoided it. Just recently, I decided to try it out once and for all big mistake. I went through and read a lot of the reviews here, most are spot on but a lot aren t. So wanted to clarify the GOOD things first. 1) our server was awesome, very attentive and enjoyable. 2) the bathrooms were very clean and updated 3) the atmosphere is great. Would be nice to have another sports bar / wing place in NB. Now for the bad: the food was absolutely TERRIBLE. The wings I got were absolutely dripping in grease. The dry rub that I got looked like someone haphazardly sprinkled it on top the wings once and moved on. Only 1 side of the wings has any seasoning on it at all. The wet wings I got were better but still, you can taste the lack of effort by the kitchen staff. The menu looked great and had a nice variety, but seeing how this is a wing place and their wings are absolutely terrible, why would I try anything else?? My 2 cents though, try for yourself if you dare.

Awful! So incredibly soaked with oil. Our chicken tenders came with a hair wrapped around them. Bathrooms disgusting and dirty. Crickets on the floor. Only thing that was good was the iced tea. Dont waste your money go to wing stop.

This location went above and beyond to make my son s bday lunch absolutely PERFECT! The school lunch times are so early and they do not even open until 11am, which is right when I needed the food to be ready. I called the night prior and spoke with Tiffany who made SURE that the morning cook and crew would have my order ready right when they opened. They delivered 1,000%! Super awesome job to Tiffany and the cook that came in early to make my son s chicken and waffle dreams come true. You guys ROCK and we will definitely be regulars from now on!!!! THANK YOU!!!

We come here for the service and the atmosphere. Tiffany is the best bartender and always makes us feel welcome and at home. She is always accommodating, no matter the size of our party, whether it s 2 or 10 of us. The music is always good which adds to the experience. Get the sleeze balls if you want an appetizer! The shrimp is delicious too!

The food was ok but the service was horrible! The hostess brought our drinks to us, the waitress took our order and that was the last we saw of her. Someone else brought our food and no one once checked to see if we needed anything. I flagged hostess down to bring us the bill and finally the waitress showed up to collect payment. I could understand if the place was busy but it wasnt! Needless to say we will not be back.

It is a hit or miss at Wing Daddys. I go for the inferno burger. My first visit several years ago was great and wait time was reasonable. Other times I waited over an hour for the burger & it came out to me missing ingredients such as the pulled pork, jalapeños, and sauce. As I waited, I witnessed a table come in after me and were done and gone before I was served. When the food isnt coming out of the kitchen, the wait staff avoids your table. I dont believe the kitchen staff has a hold of what it takes to keep the product moving. It is a hit or miss here. Just be prepared to be disappointed.

Honestly, terrible. Id heard the wings here were amazing, so I popped in. I ordered some nacho fries, which were ok, but soggy and cold. I ordered a sandwich...I wasnt crazy about the bread, but if you like those Hawaiian rolls with the slight sweet taste, it may be for you...and I ordered some hot wings. The wings were flavorful, but it was the sauce. The wings were very dry and tough, like they had been cooled a few days before and sat under a heat lamp too long...they also came out with very little sauce on them. I had to get more. I didnt find it worth the trip, and I wont be back yall...

Food is always good when we stop by idk what s going on with some of these reviews, must be a bad time idk but usually this place is good and I m really never disappointed. I can see a change in the restaurant over these past yr I ve been coming and it has gotten a lot better and more enjoyable yeah every now and then food takes time or we have to wait but what establishment doesn t have that? its worth it and I can see the staff trying and the Managers are always around to be seen and communicate with the customers. I m a truck driver and when I make my way to New Braunfles Wing Daddy s is where I always come! GIVE THIS PLACE A CHNACE AND YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED

My husband and I came here for dinner. The place is situated in a nice shopping area. When we were about to enter the restaurant, a sign in posted that the restaurant is short staffed. we saw several tables unavailable for use, so we sat at the bar which was no problem. I ordered my go-to order which was chicken parmesan while my husband ordered a burger. The food is good. Despite the short staff that night when we came, the food was still done well. My husband and I both enjoyed our food. The bartender also was very nice and still managed a smile even though the used glasses were piling. She still was attentive and friendly as she moved around making drinks, washing glasses, taking orders (at the bar). I loved her energy. I rated the atmosphere 4 stars because it was a noisy bar. It s not the restaurant s fault but most customers that night were loud. They were clearly having fun and that was ok however it was just too loud for me that night. Overall, I would come back to this place and I recommend it too!

I ordered two take out orders (Garlic Parmesan/Lemon Pepper) last night and we started to eat the chicken wings and weren t cooked completely. We tried to call the restaurant multiple times last night to resolve the issue but nobody answered the phone. Today I was able speak to the manager on duty and explained the situation. He answered back there was nothing he was able to do because one, he wasn t the manager last night, second, he was not able to see the wings conditions and third had no knowledge of what was going on at their location last night. I told him the I have pictures and for him to provide me with a phone number to text to him but no action on his part. Anyway, I wasn t going to do a review but the more I think about it is BS, that I wasted almost $30 and this so-called Manager can t do anything about it.

Went in to have a bite with family and noticed over cooked shrimp mix with roo chunks. Also everyone st our table ate at different times. All the wings were soaked in grease and was extremely unpleasant. When I informed the waiter she didnt offer to rebook or compensate anything, instead she was explaining all the staff shortages that were happening. This is extremely unpleasant to here as a customer and it still doesnt justify the poor quality in service and food. To top it off I was very sick to my stomach and I will never eat here again.

The atmosphere was good. The service was top notch. Very nice waitress, Ive never been here before. I will try it again, I ordered chicken wings. There was something off about the taste. The chicken wings were kind of a soggy chewy taste to them , as Im looking inside of the chicken wings I noticed the blood was deep fried into the chicken and I dont know if this its just a fluke or what but it was not good. Every time I order take out or delivery items are either missing or I have a completely wrong order. I love the scorchin cilantro lime sauce and is the only reason I ever eat there, but third time was definitely not the charm. Walked in and got seated by the receptionist, Waited 15min after seated. No one came to take our drink or order. Pleasantly surprised. Ordered 5 piece chicken strips with blue cheese and a side of fries. The strips were huge! Far bigger and juicier than most places. Next time, Ill order the 3-piece. I had the garlic parmesan sauce and the sauce was great, too. They were busy and I had to wait a bit but no longer than I would at Wingstop or Pluckers. The waitress was friendly and checked on me regularly. Parking: Plenty of parking as the restaurant was in a shopping center with other places around. It was a few days before Christmas so a lot of shoppers were around and I had no issue parking at all.

To be fair the restaurant was semi-busy, but people being seated after us were being waited on and we were clearly seen, even by the hostess, and other wait staff and was clearly being ignored on purpose.
