A reimagined One-Of-A-Kind intimate event venue. We are not your typical venue! Once the home of the Mayor of Mesquite, formerly Wisteria Place, Towne and Grace is now a 1.34-acre indoor/outdoor event venue with a lush garden, beautiful pond, patio deck, and chic decor. The combined interior and exterior areas allow for private events, garden weddings, receptions, exhibitions, and productions. The venue’s indoor floor plan can accommodate up to a 120-person seated formal dinner, and a 150-person garden formal sit-down dinner. Towne and Grace is conveniently located less than 20 minutes from downtown Dallas and provides easy access from the DFW metroplex. Allow us to host your wedding, celebration, or corporate event!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous, with an outdoor lanai and beautiful lake in the background. Its the perfect setting for a Garden Party or al fresco wedding! Inside, the space is thoughtfully designed with a neutral palette and beautiful hardwood floors, offering plenty of room for a seated dinner. But, you get more than just a stunning venue if you book with T&G. Christina is also an exceptional wedding planner! Ive had the pleasure of working with her on event planning, and let me tell you- she is a creative genius! As a Stationer who loves to push the envelope, her ideas inspired me to create something truly spectacular. She will go above and beyond to make sure your day is special, unique, and absolutely perfect!!

I own a floral and decor business and have previously worked at this venue. The owners are an absolute gem to work with. They go over and beyond for their clients and its truly amazing to see. If youre needing a smaller space without having to drive an hour plus outside of DFW, then you should definitely check out Towne and Grace.

Ive had the pleasure of DJing several weddings at Towne and Grace, and I cant recommend this venue enough! The space is stunning, with its elegant décor and thoughtfully designed layout, making it perfect for both intimate and larger weddings. The staff is incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring every event runs smoothly and seamlessly. As a DJ, I appreciate the fantastic acoustics and setup, which makes it easy to create the perfect atmosphere for any celebration. If you want the fairytale wedding you dreamed of since you were a little girl, book this place NOW! As much as I ve dreamt about the perfect wedding, as you get older, you realize how much needs to be put into it. Me being a perfectionist, I knew it was not going to be a walk in the park. Or at least I thought so until I met with Christina & Paul. Not only is their venue gorgeous with a beautiful lake that I was able to take the most stunning photos at, but they were both so understanding and attentive of my needs that they made sure my day was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, and the convenience of having your venue, event planner, and Bartender all as a one stop shop made my wedding day seamless and exceed any expectations I had. So if you re thinking about booking with them, just do it and thank me later!

I had my engagement party at Towne and Grace last March. It was amazing!! We did an afternoon tea on the deck and it was so fun! We were able to bring in all our own vendors which was important to us. I wish I knew about them sooner as I would have considered them for my wedding venue. Def check them out! They lake is super cute.

We had our wedding here and it was awesome! Being close enough to downtown was a plus as our hotels was at the Omni. We did our Ceremony in front of the gazebo and reception indoors but we did all our dancing under the covered patio in front of the lake. The bartender really knows his stuff with craft cocktails and helped us make signature cocktails. The other owner is a wedding planner and she helped us so much and is very knowledgeable . We highly recommend Towne and Grace if you are looking for a wedding venue.

Lots of great things happened to this venue prior to my March wedding. The new owner continues to transform the space into something beautiful that can be used for a variety of events. I would definitely book again!
