I had an amazing experience with my Chipotle delivery! The food arrived promptly, still warm, and everything was packed perfectly. The burrito bowl was fresh and flavorful, with generous portions of ingredients. The guac was smooth and delicious, and the ingredients were all fresh. The delivery service was quick, and I appreciated the attention to detail in making sure my order was exactly right. Ill definitely be ordering from this location again!

I came here today with my son, and wanted to order a steak burrito bowl. The girl at the counter serving the food was really weird and gave me extremely low portions when I said I did not want the bowl the Hispanic guy threw it in the trash, which is procedure so it was fine. I ordered a cheese Casadea for my son and a large guacamole and chips. I was very nice and not mean and I kept saying thank you ma am and sir and I am a grown 33 year old women talking with so much respect to a bunch of bad 16 year old kids. The guy that was packing my guacamole literally slammed it on the counter and slide it towards me, check your cameras it happened at 8:50 pm September 11th Wednesday. I will definitely contact corporate. Such a bad business!

This place was destroyed at 9 pm! The staff was scraping the bottom of the pans to make my burrito bowl. The area of preparation was filthy!! The dining area was filthy! There was no silverware or napkins. There is no reason why this store should have looked like it did with still an hour of business to go. As a fan of Chipotle, I was very disappointed!

Quick service, decent food. Similar to subway, you get to pick your toppings, and after a short wait I got to order my Burrito bowl. The staff were friendly and quick. Chipotle s ingredients have gone down slightly in quality, but are still somewhat fresh. I also ordered the queso blanco and chips, and although the queso blanco tasted alright good , the chips were a little stale.

I have been going here for a couple years now and they always have great service. However, they sometimes give small portions.. My main complaint is that 90% of the time the chips are burnt. Even when they dont look that burnt they still are. I literally just thought that the chipotle chips were just like that until I ate chipotle at the firewheel location. At that location they are much lighter in color than the attached photo. There are normally a couple that arent as badly burnt, which is why I still get them every now and then.. Its been like this for years. The tortillas used to be really bad, literally hard like a chip, but the past 3 times I went they were fine. Please just fix the tortilla chips Im beggingggg. Just dont fry them as long as you do and itll be fine ;-; PLEASE i would do anythinggg

This location has great customer service and is always consistent! I ve been here twice and they always make sure to fill my order up. Their steak is soft & chewy, unlike some other locations where it s overcooked. The workers keep the lines moving quickly even during busy period. They have a small dining area but most people just get take-outs anyways.

When I go in and ask for double or triple meat they are only giving half a spoon and also shaking the spoon so some of it can fall off. When I go to the register to pay for my food your charging me the full price of a Doble or triple amount of meat when actuality Im not getting what I pay for. Don t bother wasting your time to order the quesadillas. They re incredibly small and not worth ordering a plain meat and cheese quesadilla for $10. And don t be fooled. This has continuously been the worst restaurant experience Ive ever had. I havent had this experience with all Chipotle restaurants so Ive let things go and have tried again. Ive been coming to this chipotle for years, but recently staff arnt too friendly. Im writing this review after a bad experience with Jonatan. He came off very hostile for asking him a question and gave me a worn out bag where my food then later fell out of. I dont wanna go to a restaurant thats going to ruin my day and have to deal with aggressive attitudes. I wanna get my order and leave with a mutual respect. Im more upset about my customer service over the now spilled food... This location can learn a few things from the Chick-fil-A across the street.

This place used to be very good, but unfortunately it went south. Today I placed an order for pick up and it was very disappointing. Trusting that my order was correct and to minimize time at the restaurant, I picked it up and took it home. At home I noticed that my kids order was missing the chips and the chocolate milk, and to make things worse, there was a hair in the cream. Also, I ordered a side of a sauce but it was missing. The burrito that I normally order was very small and not even assembled correctly; cost cutting I guess?. I tried calling the restaurant but nobody picked up. I thought Chipotle would be a good and safe option to pick up food during this pandemic, but I was wrong. I dont plan to order food from this place again.

They dont have lettuce on the order app however they do in store. I can call and get it added but no one ever picks up the phone here or it goes straight to disconnected. This does not happen at the other stores I have tried contacting.

We are regulars and the burritos used to be pretty consistent. During COVID weve opted to order online and did pickup. Unfortunately the burritos lately are shaped randomly, I.e. square or rectangular vs. cylindrical, and about half the time the burrito is busted or leaking. At least before COVID when they bust the burrito making it in front of you, it gets re-done. Tonight was the first time ordering thru the app for online delivery and what happened over the next 1.5 hours was the worst experience in a long time. I kept track of the order status on the app. Doordash driver arrived at CMG and no progress for 5 minutes. Then no driver. Then looking for a driver. I called delivery support to ask whats going on. She said theres a pool of drivers and a new driver was just assigned. Next driver calls me and says the order had been cancelled. To be clear, I never cancelled the order and it was still active in the app. He tried to have them re-make the order but no success. Unsure about whether my order could be fixed and now 1 hour in with a hungry kid I called delivery support again. They issued a refund and re-entered the order, and had another driver come get it. After that call, I called the Chipotle restaurant to ask how my order was cancelled. Nobody knows. It was still on my app. Im now deleting the app and will not order delivery again. Oh, and the burritos were trapezoid and one was leaking/busted.

Chipotle was once a restaurant I disliked, but now Ive come to realize how fresh everything is. You can see them cook your meat right behind the counter! This and the fact that it is delicious and not too spicy, but still provides a little kick.

1st time ordering from here. The keto steak salad did not look like the pictures at all. There was hardly anything in the bowl and barely any lettuce. The meat was way over seasoned which made it too spicy to even eat. Way overpriced for what we got. Disappointed for sure!
