My Husband & Me last time we went in the food was fresh server was fast. I guess they hired new servers & cook the second time we went in today. Everything absolutely cold the hash browns had to of been old they was slimy and taste old the eggs taste old and so cold and they did my eggs wrong and made them like my husbands. My husband asked them to redo his pancakes because they was cold they bring them back only to be cold again. The dishes looked filthy like they haven t been washed and the coffee pot had so much filth on it. The server was slow. It wasn t worth $33 dollars plus tip. The whole place needs a great clean including the dirty windows on the doors. The salt and pepper shakers looked dirty non of the salt would pour out. We never complain but this was by far the worst. Are last time here!

EXTREMELY RUDE! The older waitress with the long blond hair. She refused to substitute anything in my food very rudely. She claimed that the eggs come in packages and nothing can be changed. When I ask for something she replied with no Im going to have to say no to that and then very rude Im going to give you two more minutes I just left and went to another Denys and had no problem getting the substitution I asked for. Absolutely rude.

Never had such horrible service, cold coffee, cold food. I ordered a Sizzlen Skilet that was ice cold.. server could not do more than one thing at a time So my moms pancake was ice cold by the time she got butter. Her turkey bacon was not cooked . So upset because my mom and I do not just eat anywhere. DENNYS sucks here.... According to the server everyone walked out... Guess were going go loose this restaurant because they can no longer deliver ....

The biscuits under the gravy where so dried and hard you couldnt cut them with a serated knife. Seriously, SOLID like hocky pucks. Never have I ever. Food arrived cold. A plus was that the Pancakes were fluffy and they had sugar-free syrup available. Service was friendly and I felt badly for our waitress just trying to survive.

When we walked in a server was sleeping on bench at the entrance. Amy other server came to greet us and sit us. Then sleeping server came to take our order. My wifes order was no correct. Gave us coffee no spoons. I had to go to counter to get coffee and spoon. Once served. Our server never came to ask us if we needed anything. We were only people there. Never had any issues before. We go there all the time. The manager Sam took care of us. Amy good server but not ours

Most probably the worst Dennys I have visited. I know Dennys used to be somewhat decent as quick good old American Diner food and when they served hot coffee, and I understand that due to high labor cost, Dennys started to run on thin staff but this takes it a whole another level of nastiness. Cold coffee, no one greets you, waiters are not familiar with menu items, everything and on top of that, every single adult item on the menu is over $14.00 with service that is even lower than a run down Wafflehouse. This place is nasty. Most of the tables are dirty even when the previous guests left a while back. Quality of food is horrible. Eggs were half done, hash browns served cold, coffee served cold and when I asked for some fresh coffee, I got a look. Please avoid this at all cost. Go to QT for better service.

The servers need training. Our food was good however when we were going to pay we had a bit of miscommunication with our server. We pointed out that our at the register and the server instead of saying oh, you are right! She was arguing about the fact that she saw me point at another item. Sheesh never again Dennys. This has never happened to me at IHOP.

Dont eat here. Waited at least 20 minutes for coffee then at least 45 min for the kids food that came out well before the rest of the table. Hash browns burnt. Many people walked out...we should have. 1.5 hours to eat was rediculous for breakfast food. Note that they were not that busy in restaurant but apparently were still running online orders despite the backup.

Well to be honest I really dont know how the food or the service is. For the last three Sundays my son and I have been going there for breakfast but so far they have never been open. So he called them last night to see what time they were going to be open this morning and they said 7:00 a.m. so we were there at 7:30 am and waited until 8:00 a.m. but it never opened and several doordash drivers was there to pick up orders but they never got in to pick up the orders. So I dont know maybe well catch it open one day. We have breakfast together every Sunday morning and so thats why we are always out so early. So hopefully one of these days well get it figured out

Treated my grandchildren to a after school meal. Food was horrible it took the young lady a long time to serve us .With 2 children under 6 years old they get antsy. Finally received food it was cold .. ordered hot chocolate & milk ..she asked twice what was the drink preference again . This Denny s is well run. The hostess seated us promptly. The menu was easy to peruse and our waitress answered all questions and took our order. The kitchen staff was very responsive and our order was delivered fast and hot. You can t go wrong with the Grand Slam made to your specifications. A side order of pancakes was an excellent addition. The waitress offered to go cups for our drinks ! This is a fine place to dine.

Great dinner tonight with a great waitress who turns out was the manager and she is super friendly and personable! The cook prepared everything perfectly and can definitely recommend the French Toast Slam and my daughter loved her Pumpkin Pecan Pancakes tonight! Theresa even helped point out how to make what my husband wanted less expensive for us tonight! It was a very lovely evening. What can I say, diner food sometimes is what you just need. Dennys is great because you can have breakfast , burgers (real burgers as in ground beef hand formed into patties, not preformed frozen) sandwiches, we go mid afternoon and its quiet and you can visit with the waitstaff which are always friendly at this location.

We were the only family in this restaurant, and they messed up three out of five of our dishes. The waiter was in the middle of a story about her at the airport, telling another waitress and by time she walks back to the counter to type in our orders, she forgot everything and butchered it all! I am highly upset. They even tried to fix one of the outlets and brought it back around and if that point, I just gave up.

One girl running front end hosting, serving, clearing tables, etc...Jasmine handled all with ease. Im impressed. The only thing she wasnt doing was cooking the food. However, the cook also was her right hand man. This Dennys just needs JASMINE and the cook. Good job!!!

Ordered online, the restaurant didnt carry the menu items purchased from their website. No one said nothing until i left, went all the way back then was told oh yeah we dont carry that menu item ...they couldnt refund me said no manager there come tomorrow. Went back today to get my refund lady from yesterday acts like she doesnt remember me, had to explain again why i was there just to be told again no manager there to refund me. Like seriously? What if you have an issue in the restaurant where a refund is needed? Make the customer return? So now i have to wait until its finished processing so i can get the charge disputed since no manager, yet you still have my money.

Post-pandemic, this location has only returned to 24 hours on the weekends. Service is hit or miss, great sometimes but meh other times. This morning, my $2 slice of pumpkin pie was charged as a $4.99 cheesecake, while my waitress Maria spent the entire time loudly complaining about the owner being too cheap to turn on the heat (it was 44 degrees outside). I ordered eggs over medium, got over hard (absolutely no liquid when cut into the middle of the yolks). I ordered two slices of turkey bacon, got one turkey bacon and one regular bacon. Good thing I dont have a problem eating pork! Im not upset about anything, and Ill be back because I know the next time will probably be much better, but its really a roulette game here because you never know what youre going to get. Parking: Plenty of easy parking almost all the time

This location has completely gone down hill. They do not greet you while entering and when trying to be seated the staff acts like their to busy to seat you. This Murphy location was not busy at the time when I was trying to get seated. Whoever the manager is this location is lacking customer service.
