Placed an online order, went to drive-thru. She told me to give her a moment, I then waited 10 minutes for no one to ever take my order. Got out of the drive- thru line, due to how long the wait was. I then go inside and waited another 10 minutes, even though I had a mobile order. Therefore my order should have been ready!! I asked twice about my order, and when I asked the second person. She noticed they never even started on my order yet. This is by far one of the slowest Bahama Bucks I have been to. And will not be returning

I forgot my wallet in the car and my wife had taken our daughter to the bathroom. When we returned someone had paid for our sweet treats. Thanks to whoever that was, it was greatly appreciated. The staff was great and the establishment was very clean. We all loved our drinks? Im not sure what to call them but they were great. Keep up the great job guys/gals.

I ordered a mini and a small. There was no one in the line except me. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order. I could see inside two or three people standing around talking. When I got my order, I asked why it took so long. I was told that they were busy. I was there at about 4 pm. When I left there were 3 cars waiting in line. The girl never apologized or said thank you when I left. I love your products and traveled 45 minutes to get a snow cone. I was very disappointed.

As soon as we walked into the restaurant we were hit with the smell of dirty rotten feet. I mean this place smelled so bad. Most of our snowcones were okay, but one of us got us the blue bubblegum and it tasted like chemical and dishwater? I usually try places multiple times before leaving reviews but this was so bad I will not be returning.

I m a rewards member who usually visits the Margaritaville location in Florida when I m at my vacation home. I ve visited this location a handful of times never had an issue. I always order online with in store pickup. When I walked in today all but one from my order was done. I could see my cup sitting up in top of the flavor waiting to be finished. The young man making the snow cones kept pushing mine to the side to make incoming orders. I thought for sure he d complete my order after he cleared out the drive thru. After seeing him start the walk in orders that came in after me I was frustrated. They ordered the same flavor. He actually moved my cup to make theirs. I finally asked him to finish my order. I m not sure how much longer I would have waited. I ll stick to the other location. I won t be ordering in Tyler again.

Placed an online order today at 3:52pm and went to the store to pick it up. I arrived around 410pm and they were busy. I asked about my order and the lady said they had no order for me, I said I placed it online so she went to check on it then came back and said it wasn t ready. I understood it was busy so I said ok and took a seat. I waited and waited and waited and it was almost 440 so I asked about it again and she said they were being worked on. After 10 min she called my name and they were all flat tops. The bomb pop sno didn t even have the bomb pomp which that s the only reason my son wanted it. I asked why they were all flat and why it didn t have the bomb pop. The young lady asked whoever was making the snos and then came back to tell me that they were busy and that all online orders are flat , which is a LIE because I order online all the time and have never had an issue. Also, if it was busy, then why did everyone in the store get theirs with the top and not flat? It was stupid. Everyone that got there while I was waiting for my order got their order before I did.

Very slow October day for Bahama Bucks, usually when I go during the summer months there s a long line. Today I was second in line. Made my order, large jungle berry w/cream, no top. Paid young lady at drive-thru window. Sat at drive thru probably 15 minutes (not exaggerating!) and watched a young lady having an in depth conversation with person making Snow-cones wiping excess juice from cup of two snow-cones still in conversation. Two snow- cones in 15 minutes. Needless to say I decided to leave, I didn t have another 15 minutes to waist. I just paid $7 to watch an in-depth conversation, just wish I knew what they were talking about. Well, I guess I didn t need that snow-cone anyway. If you have all the time in the world, go grab a snow-cone from Bahama Bucks, just ask them to at least leave the window open so you don t miss out on any good financial advice or good recipes.

We stopped by and I got a small watermelon, pineapple and peach snowcone and hubby got a Oreo smoothie and let me tell you both were AMAZING! I can t decide which one I liked better. Someone in management needs to address the slow drive thru line issues. Last evening when we finally got to the window the employees were doing a lot of talking and no working. It was really terrible with empty fighting with each other and completely ignoring the drive thru. This now has happened twice when going through drive thru window. The ice is great and smooth. But, dont be swayed by the fancy/flashy flavors, just stick with the simple. We did not like the Oreo cream blend or another one we had with chocolate flavor. But, I enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake with ice cream on the bottom. My kids did not like the sour patch sauce. Plan to spend some money if you go. If I ever go again, it will be simple flavors and the baby size.

I wish the ratings didnt stop at 5 stars because I would give this place all the stars in the sky if I could. Ive never had a better snow cone in my entire life, and after only one visit, I purchased a T-Shirt to rep my love for this place. With all the different flavors available, plus toppings, there are quite literally millions of different combos you can make, all of which sound delicious and I will be returning to try everything I can. Bomb Pop sno?? Looks and sounds delightful, cotton candy??? Amazeballs. I tried one sample cup of super sour blue raspberry and I was instantly in love and knew Id be coming back. This is some soft and silky ice, people! Not that hard crunchy stuff that doesnt catch the syrup, and pools in the bottom of your cup. I talking delectable taste on a soft bed of snow, probably taken from the peak of Everest with how amazing it was. I love Bahama Bucks and cant wait to come back.

So I love Bahama bucks, I dont always get the best customer service but I dont always get the worst. Today was a major thumbs down. The only reason I am not giving a 1 star is because they are you. Anyway, I walked in and a young lady looked me dead in my face and said nothing. I was assuming I was supposed to come to her to place my order, she turned the other way and began to speak with her coworkers. So, I went to the other side where I have places an order before, still no one greets me or even looked me way, so I left. This is just very disappointing as I wanted my usual but I guess its time to learn to play with the juices I have at home. Very disappointed

Bahama bucks is probably the best snowcone you will get. Some of the major opportunity costs for getting a snowcone at Bahama Bucks versus other snowcone stands is that they are marginally more expensive and the wait times for getting a snowcone are relatively long (perhaps 5-10 minutes for 6 snowcones). If the wait times were quicker, I would give 5 stars. (I only get their thin ice flavors - theyre delicious)
