Stopped in tonight after the Bears Homecoming game and was pleasantly surprised. I haven t eaten at Denny s in probably 14+ years and really only went tonight because I was craving breakfast and it was late. The restaurant well super clean and decorated nicely. Mike, the manager, introduced himself right away and was very friendly! Tonia, our server was very helpful and nice (she even saved me $3 by showing me something on the menu I missed)! Food came out quickly and was fantastic. We will definitely be back again soon!

As a native Houstonian, I have been to my fair share of Dennys in the great Houston Metro area and our beautiful country. This location is by far the cleanest, peaceful, and most welcoming I have ever been. Mike, the manager, Tonia and Eduardo were FABULOUS!!! The t-none steak and eggs was delicious!! I just happen to arrive from a Google map search as my son was hanging out near by. I am so glad I did. Thank you all for making my evening nice. Parking: Plenty of space. Kid-friendliness: Big enough space for families.

So we were here for lunch 9/7 and our waitress Chloe was the ONLY good thing about this place! Apparently the general manager AND his daughter work here together and his daughter has a DEPLORABLE attitude insulting other staff in front of tables loudly and trying to instigate while the gm (her dad) rolls his eyes and addresses NOTHING as it s done right in front of his face. Thank you to Chloe who we witnessed being in her crosshairs very professionally address the instigation although it s very clear she has no back up. You were amazing Chloe and I just am in disbelief over the others behavior.

Must of gotten a new cook not sure why no matter what time of day I ve gone in food is not up to par. Waiting 40 mins for pancakes and a sandwich is too much then you get the pancakes and just regular pancakes that are hard and brown sugar thrown on top. Used to order these all the time and it was cooked INTO the pancakes not just thrown in the middle all hard on top. Asked for hash browns to be cooked more because for some reason they keep coming out not fully cooked and still the same. Don t get the steak unless you like an overly salty from the sea meat

Went today and had the most excellent service from Tonja she was so helpful with the menu and helping me find exactly what I was looking for! She suggested meals we ended up loving. I went to Denny s on 105 in Montgomery expecting a mediocre breakfast However, my meal the Lumber Jack was anything but mediocre. The pancakes were so fluffy my fork bounced off of them. The eggs were scrambled to perfection. The bacon was crispy and not over done. The strawberries were sweet with no bitter taste. I would give it 20 stars if I good. Hands down the best Denny s restaurant EVER! Hats off to the Cook!!!!!!!

BEWARE. How many bugos reviews. First the staff waitress are terribly, she came and ask an quote what you do want . order banana pancakes she came back after 40min an said we dont have bananas so you get regular pancakes. During the 40min wait i have to stand up go the kitchen and get drinks for my family. People from kitchen ask were i was sitting and did nothing. They didnt have 2 different plates that we try to order. Then the cashier ask how was everything, so i explained and she was like ok. I haven t set foot in a Denny s in probably 12 years. I happened into this one, and I m so glad I did! It is a newer location, but has the vibe of a local cafe, is super clean, friendly, and served surprisingly great food. Chloe was my server, and she was kind, professional, attentive, and fun. The restaurant staff seemed to enjoy working there and working with each other you don t realize what a difference this makes until you see it! The whole place is positive and bright, and I appreciated it. In a day and age where customer service and hard products are dwindling in quality and value for the money, this place stood out as a very definite exception. Don t skip this place; it is worth the stop!

Please, if you cant cook, get out of the kitchen. Those hash browns were refried so many times, they were tasteless. If your going to seat people, dont wait on them, then cook theirr meal...what gives? The waitress when we finally got one kept apologizing over and over. They were out of ingredients to make a complete meal...(Broccoli) asked to substitute spinach, we said OK then, no spinach...everything was watery....eggs, hash browns, Burbon chicken...this place should be managed better for quality control. I ve had better customer service at Waffle House. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. We were the only table and still managed to receive less than adequate customer service. Waitress spent more time talking up her sugar daddy and on personal calls than waiting our table. Waitress Brittany needs a serious attitude adjustment, i have never stiffed a waitress i am glad my wife had a heart or sheer pity for this woman. The only good reviews of this place have to be written by the employees or Ai. Have lost all faith in Dennys. Drive the extra miles to IHOP save yourself the awful experience.

Horrible experience at this location I ordered the biscuits and gravy with 2 over easy eggs the the food came to the table the biscuits were hard as a rock and there was only one biscuits with very little grave i informed the waitress that i woukd not be eating what was brought she took my plate and and told me she wouldbapply a 20% discount i didnt eat one bite so i asked to see the manager to get our money back which we were able to do!

Order was cold and wrong. Slices bread looked as if they had been rescued from the refuse bin ! Hash browns hardly cooked, asked for crispy!! Service nowhere to be seen. Omelet stone cold. Others in party had items missing Never going there again, ever ! Food

Our waitress Michelle is MARVELOUS!!!!! But after I had several LEGITIMATE questions about menu items which Michelle sweetly went to confirm answers. While away, another waitress Danielle (who I hear is wanting to be promoted to asst mgr), came up to us way too assertively & definitely not friendly, DID NOT introduce herself, but asked if everything was ok. We said of course, Michelle is handling everything beautifully. Danielle then said she heard we had menu questions. I said yes & Michelle was confirming my questions. Michelle returned & I asked her who that other woman was & why did she come to the table when you have everything under control? She explained about her like I mentioned above. My opinion is that in no way does Danielle belong in management. However, Michelle on the other hand, ought to be either running this place or owning it!!!! Michelle is kind, thorough, thoughtful, considerate, passionate about people, patient. Those attributes are inherent & well sought after by every company & should be rewarded by something FAR MORE than an atta boy . Rather, me taking my time as a business to expound on your employee s eye for detail, speaks volumes & should equal a raise for her which would be a TANGIBLE acknowledgment of her being such a vital asset to your company!! Parking: Your food option didn t include ours which was excellent: (1) Grand Slam & (2) Berry Berry Pancake.

we usually have a good experience here, but this time we found a massive hair in our food!!! whoever has VERY long hair and ISNT wearing a hairnet, you shouldn t be working in the food industry. i hope they hold whoever this was accountable, because it s just disgusting in this generation and economy to not be considerate of germs, especially when it comes to other people s food. we came on april 7th at 8-8:30pm. hair was about 2 1/2 feet long, and brown.

After being released from the hospital, give the medication that I had to eat with before I could take figure try the new Denny s on the lake. Well, it seem more like a very old Denny s that wasn t ran correctly. The only good person there was Britanny the server I ordered over easy eggs that was more like Jell-O eggs and medium then when I got my plate back all they did was give me the cold hashbrowns and cold bacon that was already on my plate. The cook/Manager didn t even have the nerve to remake my food Would not recommend this Denny s really really sad Isn t Denny s the one that supposed to be the same one America that was always open on the holidays for a hot fresh keyword fresh apparently I guess that doesn t happen anymore. The worst thing was when the really nice server Britanny told the lady/manager that was there that I said they were OVA she goes yes they were which basically called me a liar over easy egg should run on the plate but I was given was basically squishy Jell-O yellow egg yokes. She was more worried about sitting down in the dining room than actually checking on the tables and making sure everything was OK. very disappointing. It shouldn t matter what time of day or night you go into a 24 Food establishment you should be given the same amount of freshness and niceness that you would get if you came during the day when more employees are working. If you don t wanna be open, I want to be at your job for 24 hours. Maybe they should put someone else in there once again, this was not Was not Britanny the server trainer it was the other lady that was arguing and just sitting in the dining room. Dennys is a great place to eat great meals. Our waitress, Kelen was so nice and friendly. She met our every need. Cant ask for more than that. This time we just came for coffee but, I decided to try the salmon salad (big). Wow! The salmon was cooked perfect and I didnt expect such a large piece of salmon!! Very impressed! The wife loves the club sandwich or whatever it is called, lol. With avocado and the works! Well be back!

Manager Mike is the nicest guy! We had an unfortunate experience with my 3 yr old getting sick and Mike was quick to get us a bowl and tags to assist. He took it without hesitation and continued serving with a smile ensuring us it happens to everyone even after apologizing. One of the cleanest and friendliest Dennys there is!

Mike is an outstanding model of customer care and service. My sister and I come here all the time to study as we put ourselves through college, and no one else has made us feel more comfortable or supportive as we work to achieve our goals. When we came in they sat us down, no crayons, took our drink order but my smoothie came out tasting like nothing except for sweetener and my daughter spent half of the meal without her watered down orange juice. We left without drinking them. We asked for a third silverware for my daughter and they gave us plasticware but came over with real silver where after I complained out loud at my booth. The waitress said she has a big group to terms to which tells me were less important. I will never come to this specific restaurant again.

Stopped here for a late dinner on the way home from Comic Conroe with the Family. Mike, the manager, and his staff were amazing. Eduardo cooked over medium eggs that were actually over medium and our waitress Jessica was super sweet to our kiddo. Really one of the best Dennys stops Ive experienced.

This was an excellent experience all-around! The restaurant was cute, clean, the food was perfect, and Mike the manager absolutely made our day and was so sweet!! Jessica was our waitress, and she did a wonderful job - we were seated promptly, treated kindly, and checked on regularly. Eduardo cooked the food and absolutely nailed it!!
