This place replaced Kung Fu Tea, and I m starting to think the location is cursed. Their two drinks looked amazing, but it fails due to being overly sweet. I had the ube and the creme brûlée. The staff is super nice and the drinks came out fairly quickly.

Dragon Fruit Tea. It is a very unique take on a dragon fruit drink. Sweet while being refreshing. The aftertaste is what gives this drink a unique twist. Its like a perfume aftertaste. I swear its better than what Im describing. I recommend. US Catfish with Fries. Cooked well. Both the Catfish and Fries are seasoned well. The tartar sauce is good. A good meal for 1. Clean. Great vibes. The staff was very nice. I thank you sir who made my order. I came like 20 minutes before closing. Not one sign of being annoyed by my order. I would recommend it.

4 stars for me ! Second time coming here drinks are very delicious , place is super clean & appealing ! staff is friendly ! My only complaint is the boba! each time I ve came here they charge you extra for the tapioca which wouldn t matter if the amount in your drink was fair it s kinda disappointing compared to other boba places ,also 2nd time I ve received hard frozen boba please work on this as the tapioca is what a lot of us love and keeps us coming back !

After school, work, and meetings my girls and I needed some tea and in the area we don t have many choices. Sip Tea Boba was perfect! This is my second time here and it s super clean, owner was super courteous and the drink variety was great! Each of us got different drinks, all of us loved them. mango slush is refreshing, mango green tea was delicious and the mango popping boba was fun, match milk tea was on point. Pricing was very good. If you re going to shop at Kroger, stop by for a refreshing treat!

I ve gone couple times last time was yesterday. I got a milk tea and when it was handed to me there were literally 12 bobas (yes I counted them) in it. I couldn t even see them at the bottom there was barely any. For the price I would ve expected more as the regular serving? Thought that was a bit ridiculous..

Place is very cute, quiet, easy to study at and has good internet. All good! Only thing I have to say is that they should update the menu on the wall (actual price you pay is about $1 more plus tax) and the Vietnamese coffee is NOT sweet... like at all and honestly tastes like dirt... But other than that, the fries are good and the environment is amazing!

Probably the worst tapioca/bolba I ve had. My husband and I ordered a Brown Sugar Creme Brulee and Ube Creme Brulee that tasted just like pure milk. It was lacking sugar and any kind of taste. Very disappointed.

I really enjoyed my experience at Sip Tea Boba, this place is such a hidden gem and I hope more people will start coming here! Definitely one of the best places to get boba in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area. The inside is very clean and modern, with elegant chandelier lights hanging from the ceiling, and plenty of seating and charger outlets for anyone who wants to study or hang out. My favorite drink by far was the Purple Ube Brulee milk tea, which was just so tasty with a really strong, sweet ube flavor. The mango fruit tea and Karaage chicken were also very yummy! I m glad I found this place and I ll definitely be back.

My husband and I decided to come here to get our boba tea because of the high ratings and it didnt disappoint. Inside had a clean, friendly, pleasant atmosphere. We ordered the mango milk tea with mango poppers and the honeydew milk tea with coconut jelly. Oh my goodness they were both so delightful! They were just right not too sweet or overly iced. I love this place. When you first walk in the store has a really nice and cozy vibe to it. The boba is absolutely amazing and I love the variety in their menu. Martin, the man who greeted us at the register was really nice and cares about treating the customer right. I have only stopped by this place twice but both times were a pleasure. It s no exaggeration when I say that this boba tea saved my marriage. My husband and I were on the brink of separation, and on our way to sign the divorce papers, decided to stop to get some tea. This decision altered the course of our relationship forever. We both ordered the strawberry milk tea, mine with strawberry jelly, his with boba. This made us realize that, even though we had different opinions about certain things, we had a lot in common with the things that mattered most. They made our tea very quickly, and we decided to take a seat and enjoy our drinks. After all, the divorce papers would still be there when we were done. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, with lots of comfy chairs and a relaxing ambience. As we sipped our beverages (which had the perfect amount of ice, might I add), we began to fall in love all over again. 2 hours and 5 texts from our divorce attorney later, we had already set the date for our vow renewal.
