This is the second time Ive come here and Ive been told to pull up to wait 15+ minutes just for them to forget half of my order. Then I have to drive back in line just for them to serve me attitude instead of my food. I politely let the guy in the window know my order was wrong and he didnt acknowledge it and just walked back to get the missing food and when we said thank you he just ignored us. Once again this is not the first time.

I went there for lunch. It was a poor experience. We tried the Totopos and Guacamole, Chicken Quesadilla and the Brisket Tacos. All very tasted very poor. The place smelled horrible. They don t clean the tables after each customer. Service is very poor. They just serve your food, charge the bill and that s it. Not worth coming back.

Ill make this brief. The employee with a ID number 999902071 he took my order in the drive thru and I ordered a small sophapillas. There was no cinnamon or honey put on the sophapillas or added on the side. I also could barely hear what this cashier was saying. I arrived at this location a few minutes before closing time. This cashier was very unconcerned about satisfying my order, I paid for a item, I should be able to receive what I paid for without error.

Taco Cabana is incredibly well intentioned. In my opinion, Taco Cabana is a hard pass as my experience at different locations, at different times, months apart, left me not wanting the food from Taco Cabana ever again. At Taco Cabana, it seems the food is warmed up when you order it. This is different from being prepared fresh when you order it. The steak fajita burrito I ordered had iceberg lettuce, and some sauce that I can only describe as mayonnaise and thousand island mixed together left me aggravated as I threw it in the garbage. There was nothing fajita about that burrito. I tried the chicken tortilla soup. Also, well intentioned. The chicken was okay, taste wise, because the chicken didnt taste old or spoiled, but it wasnt delicious. It was okay. The broth was too thick and tasted like tomato sauce. The flautas and nachos were not that good either. The nacho cheese was good, but the flautas tasted oily and not very fresh. The soda tasted like cleaner and although it was gross I could tell the soda box needed to be changed. The dining room was empty. The furniture was dirty and lopsided. The salsa was empty and not fresh. The whole place was just in disarray. I didnt see any pests but Im sure they were there. Ultimately, I know that nowhere is perfect but Taco Cabana is a place to skip. From the tortillas, to the beans, to the rice, to everything else. It all has to go.

This place is horrible they took forever at the window didnt get our drink made us pull up and wait for simple small order! Then when they finally bring the food never brought a drink! So we leave because we are hungry and when we get home my husband didnt get his bean and cheese taco and his steak tacos are no good because the meat is raw and pink and it taste like old nasty meat so I do not recommend you might need new staff member cause this aint it!!!!!

I just left this location. There was a young lady who mumbled wearing a hoodie upon asking her. What did she say? She said its slightly louder that she asked me. What did I say? After a brief pause of not understanding why she doesnt understand what I said when shes wearing a headphone, I proceed the answer. At that point she shuts the glass on me. I am assuming it was the manager I was speaking to who proceeded to apologize for her . An attitude that bad does not deserve employment

was in the drive through picking up a DoorDash order, they told me they were still making it and to come inside. I waited in my car for 5 mins before going inside. I go to the counter and I was told they re not working on mobile orders. Then another employee jumps in and asks me the order name, eventually finds the receipt and begins to start working on the order. Terrible. Also have had a full displeasing run ins with them over my own food at times. This location has made me despise the TC franchise all together

Been eating at this location since it opened. Ive only eaten the Beef Fajita Taco Combo and breakfast tacos. Love, love, love! The fajita meat is tender with so much flavor. Their margaritas are cheap at happy hour but they now are a bit low on tequila. I still go there for the Combo and strawberry margaritas. My favorite fast-food place. Give TC a try, worth it!

This has to be the absolute worst location there is. I visited this location last night and it seems that the three employees that were on the clock were just playing around and not taking handling peoples food seriously -- First the guy that took my order kept messing up my order even after explaining to him over and over what I wanted. The young female that was on shift I remember her all too well because she messed up my order once before I told her that Im vegetarian, and she still put MEAT in my food; I didnt notice until after I ate a piece. She was very rude and was very unsanitary; why would this young lady continue to use the same gloves for everyones order including touching the computer screen with those same gloves, and proceeding to make my, and others food. The other teen on duty just kept laughing, and didnt seem to know what he was doing either. The food was COLD, and half put together... personally the whole night shift needs to be retrained. --- The boy that took my wifes, and I order shoved items into my hand, was rude, and was trying to overcharge us for items that were owed to our order in the first place. Again the worst location... I left a review in the past, but I wasnt allowed to update the review. They now went from a two star to ONE! --

I normally only leave review if its super bad or super good, this place was bad. They close at 10 pm. We arrived at 9:20pm. Highly pushed to not dine-in, only to go orders cause they had already mopped the floors. Their salsa bar was already cleared out for the night. Limited menus cause if you wanted anything that had to be fried... SOL, they already turned friers off. Acted like we were a MAJOR inconvenience. Rushed us to order. Sadly we had just worked a 14+ hr day and had not had anything to eat since 7 am that morning. Food......wasnt very good and we ate in the truck. Hard taco shells were so stale that it was chewy. I got breakfast tacos and added cheese...no cheese. 2 of which were steak, just say Ive had shoe leather more tender. When we asked for salsa and diced oinons, we were met with eye rolls and the onions had the texture of 2-3 day old onions. Just say no to this place. Would not recommend this place at all. Next time we will just go to McDonalds or Taco Bell down the street.

Tortillas are not even soft they are hard and bitter, Pico is always old, tomatoes are mushy, beans have a sand texture. I would leave zero stars if I could. This location is absolutely disgusting! Employees are beyond rude and could give zero Fs about your experience. But expect to stay open? Left a photo of the pathetic excuse of an enchilada that was so old and hard my dog wouldnt even eat it. And he drinks out of the toilet! Not the first time this location has dropped the ball. Save yourself the time and money and avoid them like the plague.

Everything was delicious and quick. Wish they fixed the drive thru windows cover for the rain, the only spot the roof pours off is right where you hand each other needed items to complete transaction. Kid-friendliness: Baby Rey loved his food

I came thru the drive thru today 07/13/22. The lady was so rude. I didnt hear her asking something about salsa. But when I asked Im sorry, what?just came up to me with no salsa and jammed my order in my face and called me an asian A-hole. I was called out just because I didnt hear her. Im not coming back because I was racially profiled.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We arrived about 9:30 tonight and this staff was horrible. They all just totally ignored the customers waiting in line to order. The young man that did come to make a margarita never even acknowledged the line of customers. He stated that he was the cook and didn t take orders. The young lady that finally came was to take orders was extremely rude and this is me watching how she handled other customers in front of us. It seemed no good to ask for a manager since she was right there witnessing the employees behavior so we ended up just leaving and going up the street to Fuzzy taco where the customer service was spectacular.

This location is all the way Trash! From customer service, to the food itself. Restaurant was dirty, trash cans were full to the top. They need to get rid everyone and close this location down. Worst Taco Cabana of all.
