I ordered through Uber Eats and I didn t get my drink. The fried shrimp poboy was sloppy, soggy, salty and poorly presented. They added cheese when I didn t request it and the item description did not include cheese. Manager (TK) wasn t any help in resolving the issue and sounded like she could care less. Never ordering this slop or anything from Da Seafood (Dis-Connect) again. What a mess!

Great Great food yall!! A little pricey but I believe they have specials..I will be going back to confirm. Boudain Balls at $9 each...WELL WORTH IT!!!!! Wish me & my daughter took a pic. We were so hungry - we got to the car, put on hand sanitizer & went in on them Boudain Balls. We went on a Friday night, waited a good while. DEFINITELY worth it though. Lady in the front, she needs help with phone orders. I definitely recommend having an extra hand up front to help her during busy times. Telling all my family & coworkers about them larger than tennis balls - Boudain Balls. They got shrimp, crab (I believe) & crawfish with light cheese inside to take it to the next level!! I see the complaints about the food being salty have gone unnoticed. Good food, but the salt is overwhelming. I had the stuffed bell peppers, red beans and rice, seafood rice and gumbo, all salty. The portion size is also small for the money, but I ll be back to try other menu items.

I ordered the Mardi Gras pasta and the seafood boudin balls. The pasta is very watery and has no flavor also there is more pasta than meat and the sausages are super thinly sliced. The grilled chicken I ordered on the side was also tough and had no flavor (the chicken didn t come with it I ordered it for 6.00$. In the picture you can see if I didn t add it the pasta came with very little meat) .The boudin balls look like they melted and they break apart when picking them up. The boudin balls are also super spicy, but have no flavor. It was my first time trying the food and I felt the quality and the amount wasn t good for how much I spent . I won t be coming back again.If you re wanting to try it go ahead because your tastebuds may be different from mine. This is just my honest opinion

I ordered on Uber eats the wings & frys (Plain &honey mustard) even with the driver making stops and taking over 40 minutes to arrive the chicken was smacking!! SOO crispy and perfect! I also had the boudin ball and didn t care for it but wasn t nasty! Overall, I look forward to stopping by and trying this place in the flesh soon!! I m from New Orleans born and raised, 44 years old so I had to try this spot. First off the wait was 38 minutes but the food was hot & fresh so I can t complain on that. I have a family of 3 so I ll be sharing our experience. I had the ox tails, rice, Mac, potato salad. The ox tails had good flavor but could have been cooked longer. They were also fatty and need more gravy, kind of dry. The Mac was okay, a lot going on tho. Potato salad was mid, if you like wet & sweet potato salad then it s for you. My daughter had the jambalaya stuffed turkey leg. She said the leg itself was good but the jambalaya was way too salty. My nephew had the lamb chops with broccoli and corn. He couldn t even eat the salt chops because it was way too salty. The broccoli was dry and he didn t even bother to eat the corn. So yea $90 They tired it

So we don t got no pictures of the food because we SWALLOWED it, baby. We got a little bit of EVERYTHING turkey legs to the seafood platter. The fish could ve been fried a little harder or packed differently so it didn t get soft like it wasn t crispy by the time we got to the house, but oh my goodness everything was so good. The only note that I would say we had was that the places use Tony s on the fries instead of like season salt it takes the fry experience down smh mix the Tony s with some season salt TRUST me!!! I would give them 5star rating for the food. Absolutely great, made fresh. It s not a dine in restaurant as it s located in a gas station. Ample parking for you to pickup your food and drinks. Today I tasted Da Trio (Salmon/Jumbo shrimp/Crawfish tails) also bought a Jambalaya stuffed turkey leg which I kept for tomorrow. The portions are big and more than enough for an adult. I ordered loaded seafood nachos, seafood egg rolls and, the grilled lambchops with a side of broccoli and mac n cheese over the phone. I get home my egg rolls were not in the bag. There were 3 cashiers in the front. Between the 3 of them, how did I receive an incomplete order, did no one check? The tortilla chips in my nachos were STALE, ALL OF THEM! The lambchops were good, broccoli was cool, and the mac n cheese had too much going on. Im pissed I spent a decent amount and ended up with an extremely underwhelming experience.

It was my husband & I 1st time trying Da seafood connect. My hubby ordered fish, jambalaya, seafood eggroll & the Mac & cheese turkey leg. He loved the turkey leg, fish & eggroll. I tried this place for the first time. Everything was well seasoned. I ordered: lamb chops w/ jambalaya n Mac & cheese, salmon w/pasta. The salmon was okay but cooked too long so it became rather tough to eat. Pasta was seasoned to perfection great flavor. The lamb chops were good but could ve used a little bit more seasoning in my opinion but someone else might like it as is. Mac & cheese was so creamy flavorful. Jambalaya was not good .tasted old and sausage was over cooked as though it was reheated and put on my plate. I didn t get my garlic bread either which is part of the reason I gave it 3 stars. Needs improvement on that salmon and jambalaya. I will be back for that Mac n cheese!!!!

The food is solid but it isn t anything extraordinary AT ALL. It s good but it is isn t good enough for me to make another 45 minute drive. And the horrible customer service outweighs the decent food. The skinny girl with the glasses did not have a smile on her face, did not greet anyone, and didn t say, I ll be right with you when she went to do something else between each customer. For some of the items, there is also a difference between prices online and in store. For example, the medium 24 oz sweet tea is $3 online and on the menu displayed in store but $4 according to my receipt. There is also an upcharge on your receipt if you use a card I paid an extra $3 for non-cash In the current world of technology and cashless payment methods, why in the world are you charging more if a customer doesn t use cash ? And also why did the cashier not inform the customer of this upcharge nor is this information displayed anywhere in the restaurant ? If you update your prices on every platform and hire a better cashier with expertise in customer service, this place could easily be at least a 4 star.

We told her no. Then we started inquiring about several dishes. She just kept saying I dont know to every question. Then she walked away from us without saying a word and start talking to the cook. I ordered the stuffed Bell Pepper plate, which came with a side of Macaroni N cheese and potato salad. The two Stuffed Bell Peppers were so good and tasted just like New Orleans. Now, while the Macaroni was seasoned, I didnt like that it was spicy because I never want my Mac to be spicy, only flavorful. The potato salad was soooo good and you know that everyone doesnt know how to do potato salad. Lastly, I was looking for a building that says Da Seafood Connect but the GPS led me to a gas station which is where the Da Seafood Connect sits inside. So basically, go inside the gas station and to your left is the Da Seafood Connect. Customer service is mediocre, but not bad either.

If your not from the area, and your gps directs you to pull into a gas station. Do not expect to hear from your gps, recalculating. You are at the right spot, Da Seafood Connect is inside the gas station s convenience store to the left. They have a menu posted, but I found it so much easier to preorder using Doordash. Well worth giving this place a try. Mardi Gras Pasta- This entree was well flavored and had a very creamy Alfredo sauce. There was plenty of Shrimp, Crawfish, and sausage throughout the entree. Loaded Mac & cheese Turkey leg (not shown)- Imagine a big piece of juicy turkey leg in your plate. Looks good right.. Now imagine that same turkey leg, but stuffed with creamy shrimp and crawfish Mac and cheese. It s a total game changer..

I ordered the salmon fettuccine and added shrimp in it. Asked for non spicy and got what seemed to to be the spiciest fettuccine I ever had in my life! And to top it off I saw no salmon at all. Still searching till this day:-) service was 4 out of 5 but atmosphere and food was 1 out of five for sure!! Horrible! Cant wait to see the owner!

I had been wanting to order from the longest and they didn t disappoint! I found them on IG. I went there for my lunch. I preordered the shrimp and crawfish egg roll and the loaded Mac and cheese turkey leg. It was ready on time. I was full from the egg roll alone! It tasted amazing and the egg roll had a nice crisp on the outside. The loaded Mac and cheese turkey leg gives a certain restaurant a run for its money! It s way more balanced by not being overly salty. I wish I could sit and eat it all in one sitting but it s a lot of food! It was worth every penny. It s crazy how this is inside of a gas station. I ll definitely be returning!

I had the 3 piece fish with Mac n cheese . Don t expect nicely fried catfish bc it s the same fish most places serve . Nothing special. Wasn t hard fried like I like it but seasoned pretty well. Wished it was battered in cornmeal. The pasta had a weird Cajun seasoning to it that was not good but they were creamy and edible. Just an okay meal but I ll try the wings next time . Coworker said the turkey leg was good.

I ordered the Seafood Mac & cheese stuffed Turkey leg. It was ok, but the amount of salt in the food was horrible. It was like licking a Salt out of your hand mixed with cheese. I also purchased an order of gumbo. I cant even tell you how it tasted. I let it cool, opened it w/in 1 hour. It was spoiled. My whole apt smelled. We ordered the mac and cheese turkey leg, the shrimp and grits, the wings and fries, and the madi gras pasta. The mac and cheese turkey leg was the best out of the whole order. The shrimp and grits look more like soup. There was way too much sauce! The wigs and fries were order for my 6 year old and she didnt want any of it because the fries were too spicy and the chicken was just ok. The madi gras pasta was just ok for me. I usually like spicy food, but they were a little heavy with the black pepper in this pasta dish. Also, i ordered the pasta because of mr.chimetime ig video, but my pasta didnt look like his. There was no grilled chicken in it. Overall, in my opinion, everything was just ok, nothing special.

Ummmm I went on this Sunday 9/3/23. Arrived at 1:30pm and didn t leave until 3:30pm!! Just like most of the other reviews they do NOT tell you about the wait time. Ridiculous especially for the amount of money you pay with the lack of customer service. I just so happen to ask as it was already packed when I arrived and the ppl before me ordered a huge order. Just like most ppl I saw some Instagram and Facebook reviews giving rave reviews but NO WAY! the food is definitely overpriced. I don t if it is because I m currently pregnant but I could not eat the Mac and cheese stuff with the turkey leg because to me it smelled like the noodles was just sitting in old water for a long time. The turkey leg seemed to fall off the bone though with no additional seasoning. Then I order the pasta with chicken. NASTY. I don t know how this could get messed up. The chicken was so dry. I was able to salvage the noodles and give them to my toddler. I then ordered the 3 piece fish with red beans and rice. Definitely not worth 19 dollars. It was bland and my husband is from New Orleans and made better. My red beans is better. As everyone else said customer service is a little nonchalant to none existent. I guess it s a plus they call you when your food is ready. I don t live in the area as I drove quite a ways to try this food. It was disappointing to say the least. It seems they have good days and bad days and this seemed like a bad day. I wished I had the plates these so call food critics had.

Man hold up. Houston go check out this boy mayne. Food is great. I got the Alfredo Turkey and my wife got the Mardi Gra Pasta. Look a lot of people over exaggerate things but best ever. Look it costed me about $50 but look here I know you would rather pay for good food than pay crazy prices for bad food that is over hyped. It s worth it. This place is located inside a gas station which threw me off since there was no signage indicating this restaurant was located inside. Ordered the turkey leg with mac and cheese ($23) along with 10 wings in the flavors slap ya daddy and lemon pepper but substituted fries for the a side of jambalaya ($15). After tax, we paid over $40 for both meals which is pretty pricey for what was ordered. Expect to wait a long time for your food. We waited about 40 mins for our order. Instead of waiting in our car in the scorching summer heat, we opted to wait inside. We found some chairs and super dirty tables propped up in the corner to use while we waited. The table was so dirty, the napkin I used to wipe the dust off was literally covered in black dirt.. When our order was done, we realized the wings came with fries instead of the jambalaya that we ordered. The girls apologized and brought out the correct side shortly after, but the jambalaya was so dry and flavorless we barely touched it. The seafood mac and cheese was decent, I wish it wasn t poured directly over the turkey leg but rather placed on the side or underneath because it wasn t as creamy. The turkey leg and wings were okay, they weren t terrible but not great either. Slap ya daddy flavor was good, I didn t like the lemon pepper as much. The flavor was too lemony and I could barely taste the chicken through the citrus. The experience was quite underwhelming. The food was okay, nothing to write home about, and the service took much longer than it should ve. Unless you re fine with eating off dirty tables stored away on top of the counters, there s essentially no where to eat inside. You re better off eating in your car. For the price and long wait, you can find better food and ambiance elsewhere.

Man, I had really high hopes for this place after seeing the YouTuber come through, but it was very disappointing. First off, it costs as if youre in a 4-5 star restaurant. Theres no adequate seating or even a working restroom. Second, it took FOREVER, literally almost an hour! Third, the order was wrong. Fourth, the salmon was chewy, told them, and they acted like it was supposed to be that way. There was no apology for my inconvenience or anything. One of those places where you would rather take the loss of you dont want any conflict (not who I am, Im here for it if need be). Fifth, the portion size for the cost was insufficient even if it was good. They definitely hooked olboy up cause my portion wasnt close to his. The turkey leg was good but not $23 good. The sausage was old and overcooked (this was supposed to be removed by them) Food aside, its the customer service for me. The lack of apologetics for a bad experience is and always will be unacceptable! For that alone, I would NOT RECOMMEND this establishment. This appears to be a second attempt at a brick & mortor location, and if this is the level of service theyve always given, then its no wonder why.

First time trying this place. Since it s by my house and job. Came on my lunch break, placed my order at 2pm. Ordered the Mardi Gras pasta, seafood boudin ball. 1st red flag.. boudin hall rang up $8.00. Menu says $7.00. Got that corrected. Literally got my food at 3pm. After asking why so long. 2nd red flag NO NAPKINS!! No Napkins? Ok . Get to my car. Check my food, big red ball in a container. No sauce ( another red flag) we re is my garlic bread? Go back inside. Ask bout my garlic bread. Oh that s a old menu, he haven t had time to update it. Ok, but it clearly states garlic bread. Good business would have gave the bread. NO!!! I can pay for it. Huh? I waited over a hour for my food, as a COURTESY. U can t give me garlic bread. That s advertised with the pasta. Cool.. get to work. Boudin ball, really wasn t worth $7.00. Maybe $5.00 if they had sauce with it. Wasn t nasty. Pasta pasta was very watery. Wish I knew how to upload the photos. $30 in the trash.. wasn t expecting this at all.
