Ordered ahead of time, they told me it was going to be ready in 12 minutes 25 minutes later still waiting... Also I was supposed to get a little extra bread for free and they try to charge me for it, they should honor what they say.. SMH Made me late, last time visiting this location

The website could not take credit card orders, the store would not answer, and the order taking line could not offer the online deals even though the website was not working. This is the second time this has happened. I will never eat at or order from Pepperonis again. I encourage everyone that reads this to do the same.

Our family loves Pepperonis and glad we have a location nearby in Sienna. We usually order pickup and from my experience the staff has always been kind and professional. The orders were always on time and the food was great. We recently ate at the restaurant and glad we did, the pizza was even better! We want to thank the owner/manager and staff that was working when we came in. They were very attentive and accommodating to me and my family. This location is one of my 2yr olds favorite place to eat, thank you Pepperonis! Well definitely be back soon.

Not sure who this young man / cashiers name but was very rude and told me I needed to hurry up and order due to an Uber . Unprofessional! The two girls tonight at the front cashier were extremely rude, and unhelpful. They wanted to shoo me away when they couldnt find my order they tried to gaslight me and even went as far as to say that there is another Sienna Pepperonis location that my order is placed at, when In fact there isnt! I live here in Sienna, I would know if there is another location.And I showed them the address and phone number to the Pepperonis I placed an order at, which was set for Sienna. I even called in front of these girls, and they refused to answer the phone, because they knew it was me calling them. Thats what really upset me! Greatly offended that they purposely ignored my call. The girl just let the phone rang for a good two minutes, while watching me call their pepperonis phone. Finally the manager, an older fella. Helped me figure it out and when I called the phone, he picked it up and saw that I am telling the truth. He then made sure to place an order for me, but he DID NOT offer anything for me to be compensated for my time, and my Uber driver had to wait an extra 15 mins, and I had to tip my Uber driver even more because of Pepperonis irresponsibility. Please hire more professional staff. Those girls tonight had poor service! They should not be allowed to interact with customers with that type of attitude! Also, I found this metal like thing in my Alfredo pasta. Very petty of this establishment.

I wish they would put your order in a bag when they deliver .simple step instead the food is left by the front door and if you don t get to it within 5 minutes it attracts all sorts of bugs and critters. They never bag your oder unless you ask for it at the store either everyone is trying to cut cost but don t be super cheap!

I ordered here on 8/25/23 and my order never arrived when I called I was told they didnt have any drivers so they had to get a 3rd party to deliver it, but they had issues with the 3rd party driver. I ended up having to borrow a vehicle to pick up my food, the manager told me I was going to get a refund since it had been way over an hour after the order was placed but I was lied to. He gave me a receipt that said it was refunded but I have been watching my bank account for almost a month and nothing. Will never return to this location just for the fact that this manager cant be trusted.

Pepperonis call center took my order and sent it to wrong location although I mentioned SIENNA twice. Manu the manager for the Sienna location took time to call me and offer to credit our order and delivered himself. Very disappointed with the service...I ordered $90.00 dollars worth of food. Several items were not within the bag upon delivery. I thought no problem I will call and they should correct it, as im sure they will see that we frequent their establishment by accessing our number in their system and theyll make this RIGHT. WRONG!!! The manager in a condescending tone basically said that I was lying driver had the order correct. So now I have to prove to you that Im not trying to steal two salads and some pasta. The question Im left asking myself is why continue to spend close to $100.00 a pop for poor service. Needless to say, me and my money will go to one of the many other pizza establishments. The restaurant was empty, other than I and two employees (I saw one kitchen worker, as well). The space was interestingly laid out - unexpected for a pizza joint - and everything was clean. Not being in the mood for pizza, I asked for sandwich recommendations. The counter person suggested the turkey sub as his favorite so I ordered this, and I decided on a meatball sub, as well. The sandwiches come with a bag of chips. Upon arrival home, I split the sandwiches, half each, with my wife...allowing us first time customers a sampling of two, disparate sandwiches. The meatball sub was fair, with some melted cheese and no discernable meat sauce accompanying the meatballs. The turkey sandwich was sparse, with next to no turkey meat and limited accouterments. The bread was dry. My takeaways: probably will return to try their pizzas...they do seem to specialize in this. Probably will not order a sandwich, here, again. Subway is cheaper and better.

Ordered online for pick up. When I arrived the young kid in the drive-thru looked so lost and said he didnt have an order under my name. So as an adult I asked him to go check in the kitchen which he did and my order was there. I sat in my car wondering if maybe I made a mistake online but nope. He came back with my order. I had ordered 3 large pizzas and a chicken pita. I had placed an order for pick up but was told I had to pay on the spot due to the order being larger than $75. My wallet was at home and I asked if I could pay soon as I got to the restaurant after a quick stop at my home to pick up my wallet. I was told this is not possible. Unfortunate, we would have looked forward to the pizza but ended up having a better cheaper meal through Dominos who allowed me time to go home and pick up my card in order to pay at the store. I ordered Sunday dinner for the family through the Pepperonis website. Apparently they were too busy and decided to outsource the delivery to Door Dash. I never received my food and the family had to forgo dinner because it was too late to order from anywhere else. We had just returned from a vacation and had no food in the house. Pepperonis in Sienna had to be called back in order to refund the money. Imagine having to chase down a credit because they were too lazy to do the right thing. Guess we are now a Dominos customer.

This was the second experience with Peperonis...The first one was Awesome..leading to our revisit...the second visit..same item...was not so special...the pizza has fresh ingredients, real fresh tomato slices, etc...but the crust seemed to be pre-made..I say that because it was cold and didnt blend in with the foods as well as before..Im not sure if there was a sauce that got left off or something, but it made me hold back a star from their rating....

I had a terrible experience at this location. I called in my order and was told that I can come pick it up in 25-30 mins. Once I arrived at the pick up window I was told that the pizza was not ready yet and to wait in my car and someone would bring it out to me. Food is excellent IF they get your order right. Their online system will guranteed not relay to them any modifications you make to your meal and their outsourced call center is terrible. The only way to order with any bit of confidence is to speak to the manager over the phone, but the kitchen is still not always consistent in getting your food correct. Management js reluctant usually but so far has always made good on correcting their mistakes that thats the only reason I keep coming back. They are lacking compared to other Pepperonis locations but the food quality and freshness is what youd expext from them so as long as Management keeps holding the place together, they still BARELY beat the competition in the area. Id recommend this Pepperonis, but only order from the manager over the phone and check your order.

Pepperonis is an awesome place for pizza. Located right in the heart of the Sienna sub division. Pizzas may be a little more expensive than other large name pizza places but you wont find better customer service. On top of that, my wife and I love their KETO crust. Its thin and crispy. The staff is always helpful. They have lots of options and I enjoy their gluten free crust. They also now offer dairy free cheese for those with an allergy or on a vegan diet. The ingredients are always fresh.

I had a great experience here today ! I called in and the young guy who took my order was very nice, I could tell he was new but he made sure he asked everything he didn t have the for sure answers to. During this pandemic my one year old has wanted pizza so badly but I have been afraid that they were not using gloves being that I ve been to other pepperoni locations and they were not (I must note this was not during covid time). I asked the young man were the cooks wearing gloves and he assured me that they were , so I was very pleased and felt safe to place my order. Once I arrived to the drive thru pick up window (so convenient) I was greeted by a young African American female who was very pleasant and kind. Also the pizza and wings were amazing :) super fresh and delicious

For some reason it took me 35 minutes to get my small pizza. I ordered it online and the site said it would be ready at 6:03pm. I arrived at 6:05pm and it wasnt ready. No problem. I was asked to drive around to the front and it would be brought out to my car. No problem. I really didnt want to have to wait until 6:40pm to get the pizza. They were really busy during this time. I wish the website would have reflected this.

Pepperonis seems to be the only place in the area thats somewhat close to a pizzeria. I had some issues ordering online that I didnt like. I also had issues with picking up that I also didnt like. My hot wings were not included in the order or the cost when I paid online despite selecting the coupon in the beginning of the order and being allowed to apply it. This caused me to need to call in and find out what went wrong. I was put on hold and waited a short time. When they got around to me I explained my issue and my hot wings were cooked right away. I was asked to add an additional 20 minutes of wait time to pick up my take out order due to the mishap. When I finally arrived to pick my order up, I paid the difference for the missing hot wings but then they couldnt find my large pizza. Then they thought they gave it away. Then a new one was going to be made. Then they found it and gave me my hot wings and for the new mishap I was given a free beverage, which was nice of them. The pizza when I got home was made correctly but was lukewarm and no longer hot. The hot wings were very fatty. The staff at Pepperonis was nice to me and did work with me to get my order correct. It just didnt really land as it ought to have. After I reheated the pizza and trimmed the fat off the hot wings, my dinner was okay but I was still disappointed. Im not sure if Ill ever go back but for right now, Im not going to be heading back. I was not impressed.

Extremely delicious. Highly craved. Reminds me of New England pizza. My parents were born and raised in New England, and this is the closest theyve been able to get that taste. Id even go as far as to bet that they import their cheese from somewhere up north. Its freaking amazing.

Do not order from here and plan to do anything else that evening. Ordered for pick-up, they didn t acknowledge the order until I arrived and didn t put it into the kitchen until I was already waiting in the restaurant for 20 minutes. Terrible service and ruined all my plans that evening having to wait on pizza.

Pizza is good.... but be sure you call ahead for pick up. Stopped by on way home at 330 to grab a few pizzas... guy said it would be about 10 minutes. 25 minutes later asked if there was a problem ... told oh it s coming out of oven now ... 15 minutes later... the pizza is out of oven and put in the pass... of course we have to go up and tell the guy hey is that our pizza? What happened to good customer service. Hey kitchen orders get mixed up, but don t tell me it is coming out of oven now .

Fresh and tasty pizza. If you have the opportunity dine in the restaurant and enjoy the very friendly staff and the relaxing patio seating area when the weather is nice. The delivery service is always on time and delivers your food still hot. Highly recommend this place.
