I ordered from doordash. The pizza was good, but not as good as it used to be. The roasted garlic has been hard and chunky the last two times I ve ordered from here, as opposed to the way it used to melt in your mouth. Sadly, they didn t put stickers on my food so I knew it wasn t tampered with like they re supposed to, so I don t feel safe ordering from here again. Edit: changed from 3 stars to 1 as I have been sick all night and morning from the pizza.

Came in today. No dough was ready. No veggies cut or prepped for what I wanted. The guy in the store was handling pizza to put in the oven with his bare hands RIGHT AFTER TOUCHING OTHER THINGS THROUGHOUT THE STORE AND COMING OUT OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE A STOCK ROOM. He also touched his face while handling a pizza that was to be cooked. Including mine. I try to avoid confrontation so I took it anyway and trashed it. But that s very disappointing when you re in the food industry. Train your employees on cross contamination and prep veggies. No way I should have to settle for less because there are none prepared.

The worst MOD pizza I have ever had. I love MOD pizza but this is the first time that I have been to this location. The guy trying to put the pizza in the oven did not know what he was doing. He had the pizza on a metal dish and then tried to push the pizza from the metal dish into the oven. It turned into a disaster for both of the pizzas that I ordered. I leave it to the readers imagination what the pizza looked like after he took it out of the over and placed it into the carry out box. Bringing it home, the pizza dough was such a mess that - including the toppings - that it was hard to eat and enjoy - to say the least. Never again at this location!!!

They need a manager present. It was my first time trying, and I have no desire to go back. Filthy, toppings that looked spoiled and poor quality. 3 of the 4 workers were either not doing anything but talking to one another and exhibited poor food handling habits. The restaurant was not busy either, so no excuse.

The staff at MOD pizza yesterday were awesome. We eat at this location often for pickup or eating at MOD. The pickup is always well done and timely. The staff is always respectful. Yesterday, we came in at lunch. The staff was very busy, more than normal. Even though they were busy, they remained calm, respectful, and very kind. One gentleman, in particular, was very kind to us. His kindness really cheered me up and made my day.

The facility was good but the food taste was not that much great. It was a good option for less price pizza, but the taste may be better with more good options. Whenever we were having our pizza so we felt the crust was not properly baked and was very sticky into the teeth initially, and later, it was so hard to chew. Toppings options were good and fine.

Please tell me this is a franchise location . That would explain a completely filthy restaurant at 2:30pm in the afternoon on a Friday. It may also may be just the rude, no eye contact, non welcoming service I have experienced here, and I really didn t think it could be worse than my last time here. It s become like the Taco Bell of pizza. I eat lunch 5 days a week in this neighborhood because I work in this neighborhood. Really no consideration given for a good experience or not . Tea dispenser is almost empty (just like this place), staff on their cellphone . Clearly the owner either isn t involved with operations or this is what the owner prefers. I am in the service industry and it does NOT exist here. Sad really, because I always enjoy the food I also can see that not one review has a response from MOD

Best customer experience I have had at a fast food restaurant in a while . Food always tastes better when you have good customer service. My son and I were greeted when we came in. While placing our order the employee and I went back and forth with some friendly banter . We carried on a conversation while they cleaned up due to it being closing time. I had a long day but that experience made me glad that my son and I ended our night there. Thanks for giving us a great experience!

When we stepped into the restaurant, we were second in line. Yet, 40min later WE WERE STILL WAITING on our food!! The staff had no sense of urgency and literally stopped processing twice to pre-process or to focus on orders other than those of all of us still waiting in line. We ordered extra cheese on our 3 pizzas. The builder put extra on the first one, but when asked about why he hadn t on the other two, he refused to do it stating they were rationing the cheese . No apologies. No acknowledgment that they were completely failing. We won t be returning.

We just got out, 9:00 on 11/16. The pizza came out fine but the tomato sauce tasted weird. There was two people running the floor, a girl & a guy. The girl was a little nicer, but it still felt like she didnt want to be there. The guy left trash cans & trash bags all over the floor by the soda station before coming to help. He put on gloves but I dont believe he washed his hands. The girl finished ringing out the previous customer & then came to make our pizzas while he was wiping cheese off the counter onto the floor & moving a trash can. We had asked for a mini pizza which was in the back apparently & he audibly sighed & aggressively rolled his eyes in front of us when she asked him to go get the dough & threw back the normal sized one he had grabbed from the rack. We werent handed the cup for our fountain drink, there was soda stains by the station & lids as well, there was one singular packet of cheese left, it just felt uncared for & dirty. We felt very unwelcomed & uncomfortable.

Always a good deal to buy one get one free as a veteran on Veterans Day. See photo. First time at this location and eager to try another one as first experience with one in Allen was 5 stars. I took a number of interior photos as layout is same as Allen location. We got one make-your-own and one off the menu. Both were good and we had plenty of leftovers. We will kept testing other Mod locations as one of our favorite pizza is dropping in service and choice of salad/pizza. This one could take over.

This was our first time. We loved the food, ambience and the courteous service. We got a tip from the chef that we need to ask for crispy for the pizza just to be sure it is all cooked even but not burnt accidentally. They take great care in delivering a unique experience. We wanted extra sauces to go with our pizza order and they gladly provided. Be sure to sign up for the free cake program. Enjoy. Ordered around 830pm. Pizza came out good but the guys last night just didn t care to be there and it shows. Who wants to go to a place where you seem to be bothering the workers by placing an order lol. AirPods in one ear and not acknowledging customers as they re barely doing their job and their service counter is a mess with cheese and toppings everywhere. I d go to other locations personally. Be very careful if you order online and pick up at the store. I placed my order online and put in my credit card. When I went to the store to pick up the pizza from the Online order pickup, I was told to pay again. I thought the online order was just a hold so I paid at the counter. When I got home, I found two charges on my credit card for the one pizza I picked up. Called the store right away. The store manager asked for the order number online and the one from instore receipt and promised they will refund the one in the store. The refund never happened.

Wow what Day I had. I worked over 12 hour shift and was super hungry. But I was short money, only money I had was on two separate card and told the cashier this, she said I got you. Our dining experience was awful! We got there an hour before closing yesterday and no one treated when we walk in. They actually had a terrible look on their face their whole time. Took a while to help us every employee there acted like they hated their job. All the chairs were up in the dining room so there were only two booths to sit at and both tables were dirty. The floor looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks, the trash can was over flowing big time. Trash all around. No, cup lids, no drinks at all other than the fountain drinks. The bathroom was not usable it had pee all over it. After seeing this place as filthy as it was, it was hard to enjoy our food. I will NEVER come back to this location. I just couldnt believe the condition of this place. If health department came, they would shut them down for sure.

Good pizza but bad service every single time. Swearing and loud locker room talk in front of this poor mom with her young daughter. She got a free lesson in how to throw hands along with her cheese pizza. We also learned how annoyed they were their manager didnt show up that morning. Car troubles, I think it was. And if the guy working the pizza oven refused to go sit in the fridge, then he should just go ahead and pass out already. We stopped in for a snack after Dr visit with my family and was greeted by a couple friendly pizza guys behind the counter. The room was a bit cold bc they were having HVAC issues, however it didnt stop us from ordering a couple pizzas and drink and dining in. I love MOD pizza and so far the Prosper and Allen locations are my favorite, but now Ive added another location to the list, Frisco is now amongst the go to locations bc of the fresh ingredients and friendly service. I usually order the Madi with a variety of toppings on a gluten-free crust and my Grandkids ordered half cheese and half pepperoni on a regular crust. My grand daughter took a few bites and said this pizza is actually very good (keep in mind, these kiddos eat a lot of pizza) and then my son and I took a bite of my gluten free pizza with eyebrows raised, nodded our heads in agreement. My son had never tasted gluten free crust pizza and said he would order it again. Anywho, this was our family experience at MOD pizza and will no doubt continue into 2023. I waited over forty minutes past the scheduled pick up time. Shortly after I went inside to pick up my curbside order another customer asked for a refund since he had been waiting for so long. Several customers received the wrong items and came back to ask for correct items. One customer was told that the sauce he ordered online was no longer offered. Scheduled pickup time was extremely inaccurate. I almost left with someone elses food because they called out another order by the same first name as mine. The staff was not functioning well. They made errors on several orders before mine. Another customer requested a gluten free crust and I felt it was very likely that they would not get what they asked for. The process at this restaurant is not good for a busy Friday evening scenario. Staff lacked experience and was filling orders 30 to 45 minute past scheduled pick up times. There was serious confusion on whose ordered what and staff threw several pizzas in the garbage during the 40 minute that I spent waiting in the store for my food. The poor service that was received by me and several other customers this evening is really the fault of upper and executive management personnel that failed to adequately design an order fulfillment system and failed to properly train staff in minor crisis resolution techniques. The staff seemed to lack experience and they were not equipped to resolve the crisis which took place during my visit. They did however, do the basic jobs they had to do and they maintained their composure. The customers present during my visit maintained their composure as well and I think that while this was a frustrating experience, the majority would agree that it was mostly just uncomfortable to see the staff struggling and seeing multiple customers disappointed with their incorrect orders.

The lady with a nose ring wearing AirPods spoke to us at a whisper volume and ignored my wife when she said she did not hear her. She kept proceeding down the line until I asked her to please repeat herself. Another reviewer said she is unfriendly toward people of different races, which reframed that entire experience in another light. On a positive note, the food was great and the cashier is the total opposite and thanked us for visiting.

This store is dirty!! This was my first visit and I was disappointed to see how dirty it was. I ordered a salad, which was ok . Some of the lettuce was wilted. Sadly disappointed!

Such a bad customer service. Gave about 15-20 mins for an order but never had the order ready upon arrival. To top it off, the guy working at the front doesnt need to be in customer service with such a bad attitude. Will never order here again.

Went here yesterday and normally I don t leave bad reviews but I cannot ignore how terrible the service was here. Three boys worked and they were extremely loud I had to talk over them to order plus they were cussing in front of us. One wasn t wearing his mask and one was not wearing his gloves. They were very dismissive of us while we were trying to speak to them and would laugh and shout at each other but when we talk to them they acted like we were in the way. I don t need five star service all the time I know it s hard to work and also I just want pizza that hasnt been touched by bare hands. This really was absolutely ridiculous. I will not be coming here again.

Some of the workers care about their customers, others don t. Take out the earbuds, put your phone down, and serve the customers. Unfortunately, the workers that don t care about the customers, diminish those who do! The pizza is good but the service is worse than I d expect from the local teens.

Run by a bunch of inexperienced staff who can t keep track of orders. While I was there I saw them joking around with each other while messing up customer orders even losing one customer s pizza. They brought at least 5 pizzas to show me if they were ours but they weren t. I will never be coming to this store and definitely not be ordering pickup or delivery from this store because I m sure I won t get what I order.

Pizza is made fresh and delicious. Would come again. Margherita pizza and one meat and pineapple pizza. I wish the crust was tastier. Its a bit bland since it doesnt get any toppings or flavoring.

So I ate here today for the 1st time. I was warmly greeted and served by Davion, then Bri, then Sean. It seems like they get paid to love people. They were genuine and so kind. Nowadays its hard to get great service. They treated me like family and dont even know me. Im a customer service fanatic and All 3 of them get my Highest praises. Keep up the Great work Davion, Bri, and Sean. You 3 deserve a raise!

Very good Pizza. Anyone that has not tried mod-style pizza needs to give it a shot. No cost for added toppings. I highly recommend sticking with mozzarella for the cheese, I once got too adventurous with some of the additional options.

Food is great. The People might be questionable. Picked up an order today, a Team Member was talking over the microphone. I assume he was just hanging and talking to his friends. I didn t care or mind but right before I was leaving the conversation switched to abortions and how it s stupid that Texas doesn t allow it. I am not political or a Karen . But I do know what conversations are appropriate or not. Professionalism should never be in question.

Ordered pizza at 5:50pm for 7pm delivery. Pizza never showed up and when called to check, the employee was rude and unapologetic. They tried to blame it on the delivery person when he waited in the store for over 30 mins for pick up. At 7:45pm I got a text stating my order was cancelled!!!!!! This place is the worst place for delivery. I will never visit or order from here ever again.

Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. The person on the phone told me our order would be ready at 6:53pm. The receipt I got via email said 6:53pm. My husband waited in store almost an HOUR for the pizzas that an employee had stuck up on the shelf and no one gave the complete slip to the person for them to know our pizza was ready. Now we have cold pizza and my husband wasted an hour standing, waiting at the store. Not even an apology was offered and we even tipped which we now wish we wouldn t have. Love y all s pizza, but you really need to train your employees better. This is not the first time we have experienced this and might not order again after repeatedly experiencing this level of service. As for the pizzas, they look like they were made in the dark. No extra cheese like I requested. Didn t have chopped garlic. They are also both burned. Asked for 8 side cups of ranch and didn t get a single cup. They even wrote on the paper 8 side ranch but I guess reading is hard these days...it s almost comical how bad the service was today.

Last night we ordered three Mod size pizzas to dine in: Mad Dog, Vegetarian and Ranch special. Additionally we ordered a couple of IPA beers. Excellent service, delicious pizza. We will be back.
