Weve been going to this location since it first opened. At first, it was good. But now, its AMAZING! The service today was exceptional, and it was a treat seeing our favorite Mod goodies being expertly crafted. The dough was pillowy soft, the toppings were generous and fresh. Everything came out very fast, and the atmosphere was chill and clean. This was everything I could ask for in my local Mod! Greaf job!

Im sure it wouldve tasted good. We did not order though. All the toppings were mixed together as if small children work there. Due to dairy allergy we were unable to safely order even though they had toppings they were all contaminated with regular cheese.

I tried this location today and was pretty disappointed. Theres an older guy working there with a jumped back whos very impatient and rude. He acted like I was bothering him when he asked if I wanted sauce and I asked him what my options were. I didnt realize it was posted on the glass. I asked for pesto and he covered 3/4 of my pizza in a thick layer, ruined it. My pizza just tasted like cold pesto.

The guy that made my pizza was great & the lady that ran the oven was pleasant, but the guy that made my associates pizza was unenthusiastic & dry. They rang us up for large drinks without even asking which size we wanted. They have free refills, so a small drink would have been just fine. (I didnt notice the price until I got the receipt & looked around to see there were 2 different size cups.) The pizza was great! The crust was just right & the pepperoni & cheeses were fresh. The only bad thing I noticed were flies. They were irritating & made it difficult to enjoy great pizza & soda while trying to swat flies.

The guy who made my pizza was awesome, I didnt appreciate his supervisors fussing at him in front of me, thats something thats done when customers leave. Ive never had any issues with the staff, but this is the second time Ive had issues with management. Other than that the food is fresh and the atmosphere is chill.

Ive ate at Mods pizza before this location was a disappointment, for the workers who worked on Sunday May 12, 2024 at 12pm, they need a refresher on how to make pizza, My order was supposed to be ready by 1220, it wasnt no issue it happens, it wasnt that busy but it is what it is.. They look over my order, the said they gave one of my orders to someone else... my order was missing some toppings, after it came out the oven, the put the cold toppings on the warm pizza... It wasnt cut properly or right, the cheese was not melted... This was a disappointment... yall need to do better..

While very fast , I walked in when the pizza was ready. Brand new place . Busy . A bit narrow to walk through. I went through the computer trying to order and finally when I had a special request I got transferred to a person who was very nice but had to start all over . I reiterated my order , got there 5 minutes after the target time and they were just pulling the pizza out . I live less than 5 minutes away . The pizza was cold . I had a roasted garlic skin on my pizza and a green piece of possibly arugula which I did order but got nothing but that . I also ordered balsamic on the side . Didn t get it . Roasted garlic was a tiny bit hard but still good . Customer service was good but to pay for the call in order I had to get in front of a customer who walked in .. that was a bit awkward as we were both ready to pay . Overall it was fairly good pizza even if it didn t have everything I ordered .

If I could give this place no stars, I would, but at least 1 is required to write a review so here goes: I just went to this Mod Pizza & I can 1000% say I will not be going there again. The workers and the atmosphere are all off. The workers attitudes suck. They are so bad. No one looks remotely happy to be there and it felt like the manager kept throwing daggers my way. The atmosphere is miserable and the food is mid. I couldn t leave fast enough. I ve never given such a harsh review of a food place before but this one definitely deserved it. Do better.

Absolutely disgusting service. The girl who took my order was complaining about working and said she wanted to go home. She even told her coworkers how they should close at 8 even though they close at 10 that day. She kept repeating to me if i wanted italian sausage and i repeated no thank you just olives very CLEARLY. I dont eat meat due to my religion. She immediately went into the back and it took me 7 minutes to pay because I had to wait for her. The cherry on top was that 4 people entered and ordered and they all got their order BEFORE mine. Remember the italian sausage? Yeah she put it all over my pizza and I was so hungry because of the wait i didnt even notice until 3 slices in. Very disappointed. Train those employees better.

The service here was a Hot Mess!!!! No Greetings, 4 workers in the shop standing around and they took their time to take our orders. They all were in the back for some reason, and didnt seem to care about the customer. I will never come back to this Restaurant. The other one in Riverstone gives better customer Service. I ve been to this location 3 times. I ve been when it s busy and slow as well. I ve rated the food at 4 because I enjoy MODs food but this location has been lackluster since it opened. The employees are slow and aren t attentive to any of the customers, and make you repeat what you want on your order several times because they talk with one another while taking orders. The tables are dirty even when no customers are in the lobby. I started going to the fiesta trails location in San Antonio before I moved here to Houston and hands down the service and efficiency is night and day. I hope they get better management who holds their employees accountable to good service. They can learn a thing or two from fiesta trails!!!!

I love the sizes of the pizza & that you can even get a mini version also. This place is nice to get all the toppings you want & pretty quickly (on a not so busy day). The staff have been friendly every time I have been & my pizzas have always been consistently delicious. The main attraction for me is the Blackberry Lemonade, I like that more than anything else. And the price is reasonable if you get multiple toppings. I would absolutely not recommend getting a salad from here, its EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. It would be best to hit up the Krogar across the street for a larger $3 salad instead.

I have been to TowneLake, Westheimer Road, Fulshear and Katy...and this one is my favorite. I didnt have to say put more cheese, or put more meat. It was perfect.

I love MOD pizza. This location is newer and could use some help. I didnt get the friendly customer service Im use to. Much like tge other reviews, the only thing I found complaining was the customer service. The young workers seem annoyed to be working. They mumbled, never fully answered anything that was asked. The food is no surprise here, you know what to expect at these fast food locations. Pizzas are on the smaller side & 2 pizzas with 1 drink runs about $28 to $33.

will NEVER be back to the Missouri city location. Staff needs to be better trained and improved on customer service. Placed my order online 7:11pm pickup time 7:26pm. Arrived gave my name at 7:30pm was told it wasn t ready yet. Waited about 10 min later asked again and again gave them my name to a different staff and was told not ready. At 7:56 I asked how much longer as I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes for an online order and then staff finally realized my pizza was never made. Was given excuses and had to wait for a refund. Was offered to have the pizza be made and be refunded but I declined I had already sat for 30 minutes in the store. Staff should pay attention to their reactions as this seemed like no big deal and giggles in the back. While sitting there payed attention to the staff playing around while lines got longer and longer. Will just make the drive to another location for better customer service.

Listen, I stand by my Mod Pizza. Its the neighborhood Mod, and I would love for it to stay open because its my choice pizza place. The crust is always delicious, and the staff is always nice. This restaurant recently changed to a Super Fast location and now it s just Super Gross. I will not be returning. First, they were still slow and unorganized. They don t use the name cards and numbers on the pizza. The ingredients were all mixed in contaminating other ingredients making it unsafe for people with allergies. Second, they refused to refill the Alfredo sauce. Last, the person putting food in the oven had extremely long fake nails not wearing gloves and a dangly charm bracelet getting it in all of the food. I love style but that s disgusting.

My family of 3 went to this location for the first time on Saturday night @ 9:15 pm (closes at 11 pm). There were 4 employees in the front who never acknowledged us when we walked in & waited at the counter (no other customers were there). One employee was making a pizza, two others were replacing all the toppings at the counter & one other employee at the oven. We waited patiently, but to me, an acknowledgment to customers goes a long way. After waiting for about 5 minutes (and by this time Im ready to walk out), the one employee started taking our order, yet none of the other employees stepped in to help to at least move us along faster. After we sat and started eating(which was about 9:45), one employee started putting all the chairs on top of the tables all around us. I thought maybe we had closing time wrong, which I asked the employee & he confirmed 11pm. The chairs that were on top of table right next to where I was sitting had hair stuck on the chair legs---who wants to sit next to that while eating. I didnt ask to speak with a manager only because any good manager would have already had these employees trained correctly. It was a disappointing experience, and we were trying to support new establishments but I will just go to Mod pizza in Riverstone.

This is a great Pizza place. Its located near the new shopping center & movie theater by Texas tollway & hwy 6. The decor is friendly & colorful & the staff is nice. You can have it your way with all the fixings on your pizza. There are free refills on your drinks & dine in or takeout on your meal. There is also lots of toppings for your salad. The restrooms are nice & clean. This is the perfect place to chill out after work & good food. You can get a little shopping in if you like or catch a movie.

Place an order through the app on Saturday, October 7. I was with a child so I placed an order for Curbside Pickup! They didnt answer the phone, I waited about 20 minutes and they never answered. I had to go in to ask for my order and they couldnt find it. If you guys are going to offer the Curbside Pickup option, the staff should commit to answering the phone and delivering orders to customers.

It honestly depends on which MOD you go to. This is where service differs from one another. Ironically the food quality seems to correlate with the type of staff (experienced staff vs still learning staff). For example Mods in the medical center and in University Blvd Sugarland is an overall better customer experience compared to the ones located by the Fort bend tollway and the one by first colony mall. As mentioned, the better locations seem to make their pizza with the way you expect a good tasty pizza to be. The other locations seems to lack the skills in making a good quality pizza. When I say good quality I mean, not burnt or too flat. Try it out and let us know if Im accurate or if Im not. Overall mod is a very much go to pizza restaurant!

Ok, I am super surprised at how yummy my pizza was tonight. I expected fast-food, Subway quality pizza and instead got a unique and delicious pizza. went here on Saturday 08/05 at around 8:30PM and read online the store closes 11PM, pick up an order placed online and decide to eat inside, however half of stores tables (all inside where privacy is) have chairs up on tables, I asked if I could sit there one dude said ok. While I was eating, another dude came and told me I could not sit here because they were already cleaned. The food is always delicious. There are so many options to choose from. Most of the associates are pretty friendly. There are a few who look like they dont want to be there, but they take care of the customer and are never rude. Its family friendly and even has an outdoor seating area for thosecooler texas days Vegetarian options: There are several dairy free/meat free options. I took my family here for dinner. It was my dads first time. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Robert fixed all our pizzas and did an excellent job. He was very patient. Our pizzas taste AMAZING! Thank you to the whole crew.

At first I thought the pizza at Mods would be a disappointment , but I was wrong . The meat lovers pizza I ordered was way above my expectations . You basically build it yourself and that suits me just fine . Give this place a try . I think you will like it .

Mod pizza is new to this area. I have had Mod before at another location, and I wasnt a fan. However, my experience this weekend changed my opinion of the chain. The staff was very friendly, and they had a smooth routine that allowed them to get our pizza prepared and cooked with little wait times. The pizza even tasted better at this location. Im a pleased customer, and I will be back.

If I could give it negative zero I would. Diane s attitude and customer service is horrible. I waiting in line for 20 mins to not even get a pizza. I always request my crust to be cooked first and she refused. She was rude and nasty stating she did not want her staff to get burned. Not sure how that would happen. It s done the same way as if the topping was on it. Smh

Been to this MOD a few times and the service and pizza were great. There was an older gentleman working there (may have been the owner) and things were good. Went today and the service was terrible and the place was a mess (the older gentleman was not there). I walked out after ordering my pizza and seeing the girl at the pizza oven not wearing gloves using here bare hands to place my pizza in the oven. I also noticed she placed the pizza peel on the ground then using it to turn pizzas. I asked why she was not wearing gloves....she said the pizza cookers dont wear them and they wash their hands very often. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes and never saw here wash her hands.

Im going to rate Mod on the atmosphere and service ONLY.. this locations visit was friendly fast and they were very patient with me placing my order. (I was undecided) However I started w/ Mod when they first established and the food/pizza is not the same. But the employees at this location are GREAT!!! Such a fun, young group of people...

Please label the toppings and dont be afraid to talk louder. Im short and no one could hear me over the glass and crowd. I couldnt tell what toppings were available. Also please bus the tables. We were there for half and hour and the table next to us was dirty. I know this is new so theres still time to improve. The snack cake was good and so was the pizza. I was happy about that vegetarian meat. They overcooked the pizza though.

Staff was lazy, and the food tasted lazy. Cmon Mod, in general, the quality of employees has declined over the years, what happened to basic customer service. Felt like I was eating at a graveyard. Dont get me wrong, other locations are on point, and food is amazing , Mod cant be beat , hands down. But man, the food here tasted like them other lame wet pizza places.

I wasnt happy with this location. Dirty sitting area, dirty kitchen, employees handling food without gloves. Im pretty sure I saw the one feeding pizzas into the oven set the pole they use on the floor and then use it to move pizzas around. I ordered two pizzas, and they finished one 5 minutes before the other one and just left it sitting there getting cold. Im close enough to the Riverstone location to go there.

The restaurant was filthy. The front of house more than 1/2 of the tables hadn t been cleaned, the soft drink area was sticky and nasty, and the restroom had no toilet paper a red substance smeared on the sink and no paper towels. Unsanitary practices happening right in front of customers. I witnessed two employees come out the back eating and touching their cellphone with gloves and then proceed to fix pizzas. How disgusting is that, the cellphone alone has so many germs then you touch customers food with the same gloves. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Food at mod is always great. Love the price for the personalization. Upset that I ordered a mod and mini 30 minutes before arriving and still had to wait 20 minutes and head inside before I got my food. Customers that arrived after and ordered inside reproved their food faster. I recommend just going inside
