Parking is available on site. There are lots of swings and play area for kids , gazebo for picnics and it has a 1.5 mile long blue walking trail (there is a red trail as well but don t know how long that is). It is beautiful wand I will highly recommend to anyone. Playground: There are several playground areas for kids. Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly cos there are lots of green area where they can run. I saw lots of people being their dog along. Picnic area: The park has covered gazebos and eating areas. There are ample green space areas if you want to picnic in the grass.

Very clean dogpark, obviously folks are picking up poop. Great water pond for dogs to swim in, both on the small and large dog side. Nice fenced area outside the park for rinsing your dog off. 1st class!

Nice, large dog park, but they dont have any water stations ANYWHERE for your furbaby/furbababies. Quite honestly, I was extremely surprised by this considering that 1. Its a DOG park and animals NEED water, especially if theyre running around. 2. We live in Texas, its HOT & HUMID, you would think that theyd at least have water for all the dogs during this time of year if anything. Sorry folks, thats the cons for this place. Positives, the small lake for those pups who love to swim! Yes, the water is really warm and doesnt cool them off, but my girl has a BLAST running around and jumping in the lake with a fun game of fetch!

Came here with friends. We had a good time listening to music, walking, taking photos, chatting and creating good memories. I ve never explored all of Kitty Hollow Park but I did noticed how huge it is. I wouldn t mind coming back. I also noticed there were a few Chinese Tallow that are invasive species in Houston. Maybe it could possibly be replaced with native trees that could provide even more shade like an oak tree. Food for thought? Maybe that would be a great project for a local Conservation crew. Playground: Lots of playgrounds! Just make sure that if you do go in the summer, be mindful of the temperature of some of these sets. Toilets: There are restrooms! Picnic area: Plenty of picnic areas to choose from. Some spaces even have roofs and picnic tables with grilling stations if you were interested in using an outdoor space for a function. I think there were charging ports. Not 100% tho.

Love this park. Ive been here now and when I was a kid. This park gave me alot of memories and fun times growing up. Trails are decent. Alot of different activities you can do. A gazebo on top of the hill. 2 dog parks all the way in the back and a spot where you can plan party events without scheduling with anyone to use the parkl.

Nice park. Well kept except the water feature for kids. Otherwise its what you would expect from a big public park. Play ground equipment was is good order with exception of one slide out 6 or 7 total. One thing to be aware of is the wild life. There are gators in the water. The signs posted for the gators are sparse and some are faded. Otherwise a great family park with plenty of stuff for kids and plenty of picnic tables.

Playground: has soccer, basketball and many little kid playgrounds , exercise equipment, parallel bars etc. really good family park Toilets: restrooms have been recently upgraded and clean Dog-friendliness: two lovely dog parks with pools, o e for small dogs one for large dogs. people do clean up. Picnic area: i had rented a pavilion once, very reasonably priced pavilions (i believe it was about $60 deposit and some hourly rates), by the small lake and hill. I had about 50 guests they all enjoyed, BBQ grills , solar electric outlets available in pavilions.

Id exercise with someone out there and they eventually felt unsafe around some of the very suspicious vehicles that would drive around there. I personally never had an issue but my exercising with that person had to end because of that

The scenery was amazing and me and my family and I had a fun time looking for crocodiles and fish. The basketball court was fun, and there were playgrounds and splashpads everywhere! The picnic area was fully covered, but if you want to do a BBQ, take your own grill. The restrooms were pretty clean, too. Dogs are always welcome here. My dog loves taking walks at this park.If you have a family, I recommend taking you here.

overall, it s a serene and beautiful place that provides a sense of peace. However, my experience was marred by the poor condition of the pathways. It s disappointing to see such extensive cracking and damage on the walkways. This raises questions about the quality of work done by the contractor responsible for them. These pathways are not only unsightly but also pose a safety risk to those who come here for running or walking. I hope the park management takes action to address this issue promptly to ensure the safety and enjoyment of its visitors.

Kitty Hollow Park is great for family/friend gatherings and picnics as there are many covered pavilions and playgrounds. It has a beautiful 1.3-mile loop trail good for hiking, jogging and biking. In addition, there is a walking trail that stretches a few miles outside of the park to neighboring communities.

Update: Danger! Leg breaking possibility to dogs and humans. Huge fissures in the ground from drought. They need to close the park until corrected! Love this dog park even tho it is a bit out of the way for me. They re open on Mondays also (I ve noticed several others seem to be closed for cleaning and maintenance that day). Easy access. An area to wash off or bathe your dog. A great and clean swimming area as well. Family oriented &/or dog lovers is the vibe. Dog-friendliness: I can t remember if the large vs small dog areas are separated. She saw the swimming hole and made her way immediately to it.

This is the giant public park for the area. They have 3 different playground equipment set up. It is a bit dated, but still great to play on. There is also a water/splash pad area, basketball courts, and dog park. My kids favorite part is the big hill in the middle of the park. They just like running up and down that.
