I was very impressed with the service I received. My recent past experience at fast food restaurants hasn t been good so wanted to do a review. I don t live here and haven t eaten at Jack in the Box in years so she was patient with me and let me take my time and was very cordial when I changed my mind a couple of times. My son comes to this location even though he has one closer to his house because the food and service is better at this location.

I ordered tacos and fries the wait time was 12 minutes i didnt think it was a problem until i get my food and it was cold. For a 12 minute wait youd think your food would be hot and fresh instead it felt like it was there sitting out for those 12 minutes. It wasnt budy either not a single soul in it. Bad service.

Ive gone to two Jack in the Box restaurants in my area and both have been the worst I have ever had. I got the ultimate cheese burger the patties were not as thick as before. It tasted like they were microwaved . The tacos were not as good. You know when your burger has been microwaved when the cheese is running instead of slowly melting, the bun slides off the meat . The tacos are greasy. It was a waste of money and time. Jack n box has lost its taste and quality. In my book.

Ok, I guess. Employees seem to be under too much pressure to quickly get you thru the line. It so bad they ask cars to back up or pull around front. Its happened on different shifts and is weird. I almost always forget to ask for something. Just stop the time limit for them, good hot food is worth a few more time than weirdo tactics to keep a clock off the back of rushed employees. Extremely slow drive-thru. Ive been sitting in my car for over 20 minutes. The drive-thru operator sounded like he was high and barely enunciated anything he said. I was not greeted when I finally got to the second window. Ive been through slow drive thrus before, but this has to be far and above the worst drive- thru Ive ever been to. We ve only started going here in the past two months. The first time, it was slow and took about 20 minutes, however the service was nice and our order was correct and hot. Second time, slow with incorrect order. Service was meh. Third time, we waited 20 mins again. They typically have everyone park in the spaces at the front of the store while they bring the food out. They EXPECT everyone to park in order, so they can just bring the food out. However, people just park wherever there is an available space. Since they guy bringing out the orders thinks everyone is parked in order, he just shoves the bag of food at people without a word and quickly walks away; no confirmation at all. So of course our order was wrong. Husband went inside to correct it and they insisted it was correct even though he had a receipt proving it was wrong. They bregrudgingly corrected it, and we had a nice cold dinner (my sourdough Jack wasn t even toasted). If you re there when the head manager is on duty, this place is good but the rest of the time you re better off going to Wendy s down the road.

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant in the area in almost every way. Slow service, staff is quick to argue about obvious sloppy mistakes, fogotten items, etc. Even when addressed with management inside, they wont remake anything, just reluctantly take your food back and and return the same meal to you sans what was extra/unwanted or adding what was missing, which is pretty sub-par practice and unacceptable other places. This has been brought to managements attention multiple times and all I got was a handful of coupons that I will never use the rest of because I wont be giving them yet another chance. There are two other locations within a 5 minute drive from here and other opions closer, dont waste yoir money on this poorly run and operated junk food restaurant.

For a Jack in the Box, this is the best one I have ever been to by far. They are always courteous and friendly and I have not had cold fries, dried out burgers, or any type of the usual old food you get at some point from most every fast food restaurant. The restaurant is clean, my food is always hot and the cheese is freshly melted on my sandwiches. You may have to wait an extra minute or two, but it is definitely worth it.
