I can t wrap my head around why is it always only 2 people in the store all the time. I dread eating here or picking up food for delivery because it s a long wait and the appearance of the food line is not appealing. The employees are tired and it affects their customer service abilities and they are sweating on the food line which is unsanitary. I suggest only going when they have a full staff it s completely different

If a customer places an order at the window and asks for their chicken bites to be cooked fresh it means just that, got up to the window and they were already handing me the food. I ordered a bowl all I wanted was for my chicken bites to fresh which only tape 5-7 minutes why couldn t you just drop the food fresh like I asked. I was very friendly and polite cashier was very dry and ignorant I asked to upsize my drink and instead of making it over she just poured the lemonade from the small cup into the bigger cup added extra ice and a little more lemonade. NEVER AGAIN

Always check your food before leaving. They just give you whatever they want if they dont have what you ordered without telling the customer. I ordered a 2 piece crispy and they ran out, so they just threw some original in the box.

If I could give 0 stars. Worst meal ever. The manager, Phillip, was very rude and likes to serve old chicken and wont replace your meal with fresh chicken. Hell argue with you, stating that it was cooked a while earlier. Will not be going back to this location. I was very disappointed and inconvenienced. 5/26/24 Tried going back to give another chance. Chicken was old and asked for fresh chicken. The manager, Phillip, gave me cold and old chicken again. Hes always parking in the mobile order spaces as well. Still very rude and still likes to give old food, dining room not always clean, and the new young cashier is disrespectful as well. And why are the customers names on receipt when using debit/credit card? Will be contacting corporate.

I purchased two - 3 piece meals. 1 all dark, 1 all light. Since it took a few minutes I assumed they had to maybe finish cooking or something. So when I got the order it didnt occur to me to check it. When I got it to my destination, about 2 - 3 minutes away, and pulled the bottom box out of the bag the bottom completely broke out and I noticed both boxes were pretty saturated in some type of fluid assuming it was a combination of grease and condesation caused by the plastic bag. Even the tissue they use in the bottom was falling apart. Checking the other we found it soaked too. We also noticed the crust was not even sticking to the chicken and we did not receive any dark meat in either. We tried to eat it but it was unedible. Since I just worked a dbl shift at the hospital and we were at a newly purchased home remodeling I figured I would call later and we would make do with biscuits (soggy too) and sides. No silverware anywhere to be found and we only had items we were remodeling with. We kinda ate the sides like 2 animals since we were starving and moved on to our work. Leaving we tossed the remaining dinners in the trash outdoors. Again, due my schedule, I was finally able to dig out the receipt and call Sunday. Upon speaking to the manager she insisted repeatedly that I bring in the dinners which have been in an outdoor trash since Thursday! Not only would I ever get the smell out of my leather interior but I dont think customers would appreciate me coming in the store with it! Im quite sure it is full of maggots as well. So Im off to our remodel house to dig in the bottom of the trash can to take a photo on, my ONLY day off!!! Im hoping there is not too much on top! How freaking ridiculous! I have never been to this KFC and will no longer go there or any other. If I could give less than 1 star I would! Nice clean atmosphere but dont let it fool you!! ADDITION: After just now reading other reviews I think this place should be closed and tomorrow I am calling health dept and any place else I need to. The owner response on one complaint was totally unacceptable and shows a total lack of concern what so ever! That pretty much did it for me and explains the management attitutude! Totally disrespectful, rude and unprofessional! Where do they get these horrible people let alone allow one to own a restraunt!

Ordered food from the drive-through late night as I was passing by this location. I was quite hungry and stopped at the first place I found - this KFC. Big mistake but one I will not be making again. Taste, Cleanliness, Courtesy - dont expect any of that here. Not much to expect from the food. It is what it is. Ive had KFC in the Middle East. Flavor is so much better. Whats served in the US is pitiful. Ironically, this is where the brand originated! Crude behavior and a staff doesnt know a thing about speaking clearly or kindly. I was told that the chicken would take 8 mins to prepare. That was fine with me. I waited in the parking lot as they told me to. I found it very unprofessional that one of the staff came out and was smoking right in front of the door. Lord knows if she even washes her hands when she goes back in. Hole in the wall dump. Would have gone somewhere else if I had a choice.

The worst fast food Ive had in a very long time. Staff was very sloppy...20 min wait for a small order and no line of people. And ontop of all that our food was absolutely disgusting....My 3 pc chicken meal was a disgrace...and not what kfc is supposed to represent. Chicken felt like it was soaking wet..not crispy...skin literally slid right off the chicken but was so mushy it was inedible...I was so excited to get some KFC as its been a very long time since Ive had it...and after this experience I will never go to this location again...The worst of the worst...avoid this place like the plague...Your stomach and patience will thank you!

I returned some uncooked chicken. The manager Ms. Vicki spoke down to me. She took some chicken out replacing the chicken that I returned. She refried it, brought it out to me. Then told the other waitresses to throw out all of that chicken that she pulled my chicken from. I came home to eat my dinner. The chicken looked dark from the refried. I later had an upset stomach and diarrhea. It was really a bad experience. I did not go back to that KFC because I did not want to have a confrontation with that manager. I always try to give this KFC a shot but each time its the same l. Idk why there is a A rated outside there window. For one some of the employees are nasty. The older black guy with the receding hair sneezed in his hand while giving me my receipt and didnt even wash his hands. To make matters worst before he even ringed up my food, he was handling food with no gloves, so no telling what he touched. Luckily, the Caribbean woman with the big eyes behind her mask gave me my food . I ordered a #15 with a extra biscuit and extra side of fries. Luckily I ate inside because my Mac and cheese was not in the inside of the box so I let the woman know and she gave me one. I ordered crispy chicken but I got extra crispy chicken. I guarantee the chicken they gave me wasnt fresh and just a piece they probably pre ordered because they didnt feel like making 1 from fresh. The skin was disgusting. Kathy did a great job taking my order. I got the $30 fill-up which includes a bucket of chicken and a bucket of tenders, cold slaw, mashed potatoes, and 4 biscuits. I also added on a large fry. Although it was lunch time and kind of busy, the food was fixed quickly. It was fresh and tasty. The chicken (original) was a little greasy but it was expected from a great food restaurant. The tenders and fries were good and crispy.

Very dirty restaurant,the staff talk on the cell phone while cooking and packing up food,some of the workers are nice but one of the female manager ( older lady ) is very mean and rude,on three different occasions they have my chicken missing by two Piece.

The drive thru folks are super efficient which is appreciated during this pandemic. The chicken tenders appear to actually be sliced chicken breast? Thinner than an actual chicken tender but tastes good. The new French Fries are consistently extremely salty- cant eat them. They sell diet Pepsi & diet Dr Pepper but not diet Coke.

We ordered an 8 piece meal Wednesday afternoon (1/8/2021) with mac & cheese and fries. The lady that took our order was pleasant and very helpful (and so was the staff). The food was hot and delicious! Hadn t been to KFC in awhile, but will definitely go again soon! Thank you!
