What a great sub. I had the chicken bacon ranch and it was so tasty. The bread was not doughy. No more Subway. Great staff and very clean place.

Well I am always satisfied with my food from here . I was greeted when I arrived. The young men that were so there were polite and efficient with taking my food order . I was craving this cheesesteak so badly I didn t remember to take a photo of my sandwich, next time I will . If you re from Philadelphia like I am and we have that live for our city and food this will not disappoint you .

Today my husband and I went to shop there, there were no other customers in the place and one of the guys was cleaning the grill and the other was in the bathroom. When the guy came out of the bathroom, he started talking to the other guy who was cleaning, my My husband stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and they did not attend to him and I asked them if they were going to attend to us or not and they answered that they had not attended to us because my husband was not standing where he should. We will not go to this place again.

They took forever on the Doordash event. I ordered it early so my sandwich would be ready but they never finished it. When I got it, it was all horrible and was cold. Never gonna order from here again. Do better jersey mikes.

Sandwiches are very good. I drive from McAllen to the Shary Rd. location. Staff is very friendly especially Julian & Suarez. It s good to go to a place & staff already knows what you are going to order.

This was our first experience with Jersey Mikes Sammich and it didnt disappoint! Employees were very friendly and food was fresh and delicious. Store and toilets were clean. Almost $10 for a regular Sammich and $3.89 for a fountain drink is very, very expensive. Because of the high price, i dont think I will visit a jersey Mikes ever again.

December 10, 2022 at 8:50, I went to place an order #17 & 56. Hostess proceeded to say sorry put our grill is being cleaned. You can order from our cold subs menu. The person at the grill continue cleaning the grill an ignored us completely. However, if we wanted a cold sub I could ve ordered elsewhere. Also, I m not asking for free subs. I m paying for it. Really disappointed at the staff and how this was handled. I drove to far for this service. Why do you bother to stay open until 9pm if you re closing the grill. That is not professional, sorry but I can t comment and your food because your employees made sure not serve what we wanted on what your menu has. Also, this the second time it s happened. I have never had your food. Please correct your employees, hours of service or menu. . I wish this was a different outcome.

Used to frequent this sandwich place when we lived in San Antonio, it was great then and great now. Just recently learned they were in Mission and already been there three times. Subway take lessons and when you grow up you too can make great sandwiches.

I usually go to the Edinburg location but decided to come to this one instead. The staff was as friendly as can be counting I went in 30 minutes before closing. The girl at the sub station was so friendly and very accommodating to how the sub was to be. The restaurant was pretty clean in general, and of course the freshly sliced sub meat is amazing! Vegetarian options: Portabella Mushrooms & Swiss

The customer service here is phenomenal I felt welcomed and very appreciated as a customer and will be dining here again the food was outstanding service was very on top of things and their restaurant was very very clean I highly recommend this Jersey Mikes I have not been to the one in McAllen but I dont think Ill be going to that one reason being is because I really love the customer service here admission and I highly recommend this restaurant its a little difficult to get to as far as the entrance make sure you take a left at the light if youre coming from old 83 and then take a quick right. Just keep in mind that this Jersey Mikes is in a plaza its a bit difficult to find but just use GPS to get you there. I will be definitely coming back here again outstanding service phenomenal food love love five stars

I had seen plenty of commercials of Jersey Mikes and each time I saw how they prepared their sandwiches with the juice...it made me crave some Jersey Mikes. Well they definitely dont disappoint...Ive tried several of their sandwiches, hot and cold and each time they have been delicious. They seem to have their own brand of meat and they dont slice the cuts until you order the sandwich, so it always tastes fresh. I remember once with Subway I had chicken breast that was stone cold in the center because they ship it frozen and simply reheat it...not Jersey Mikes. Jersey Mikes keeps it simple with their toppings as well...lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo...and the juice. Something so simple as red wine vinegar with olive oil and some salt pepper...the right combination and the sandwich pops. They also have chipotle mayo or ranch if you do a hot sandwich. And their crispy bacon goes perfect on anything.... Jersey Mikes wins out over places like Subway or Schlotzkys....if youre craving a satisfying sub and dont want any gimmicks, Jersey Mikes is definitely the place for you

As a refreshing break from the everyday doldrum that is that other sub sandwich shop this was a welcomed relief.good selections cold/hot sandwiches ingredients and such.the bread was softer than any other sandwich from a fast food place.highly recommended.A bit on the pricey side but worth it.

Girl that answered the phone was super rude I called to place an order I know they needed 10 more min to close but she s like no I can t take your order we are about to close in 10 min I told her I am close by that way I wouldn t have to keep them waiting until after closing hours but yet she told me well when you get here you can place it I am a manager for a restaurant and we never deny anyones orders I would of understand calling a min before which this wasn t the case please train people like her that doesn t have good customer service.

Its almost like a subway but I loved the New Jersey beach atmosphere of the 50s and the attention of the cook, who came to our table to ask if we liked it. Oh and the chocolate chip cookie is very good too.

I went to Jersey Mikes located at 201 S. Shary Rd. in Mission, its one block north of the expressway. I went for some friends and myself, and I ordered three different subs. Jersey Mikes gives you the option of hot or cold subs, with the hot subs coming off the flat top grill. I ordered the Tuna Fish, The Super Sub, and Mikes Famous Philly. The two cold Subs were made right away, but the grilled one took some time to make, which is expected because its made to order. Jersey mike doesnt have the variety of toppings Subway has, but they are alot more generous than Subway. I really like the way they douse the sub with oil and vinegar and the herb sprinkle. After trying all three, I gotta admit they were really good. I added the Cherry Pepper relish to the Tuna along with bacon strips( dont knock it till you try it) and I was glad it wasnt that dark, strong tasting Tuna some delis use. Honestly, I cant wait to go back and try more subs.
