Took my wife s van for inspection sticker and they were very fast with no issues. Might take back for oil change. They use Valvoline oil. Got quote for $75 full synthetic and around $65 for synthetic blend. Thanks

Do not bring your vehicle to this place for any repair that has to do with the engine. The first time I changed the engine belt and they installed it incorrectly, my car is making too much noise and the second time I brought it to change the spark plug and my car. It started to fail, it had never had any problems and when you return to complain they want to charge you more money for the mistake they made with your vehicle, they gonna broke your car in orden to make more money SCAM be careful

Great oil change but didnt like how twice I was asked if I wanted tires rotated or filters changed. I think its better if you do the oil change let the customer know what else can be done at the end of the service. I felt a bit pressured. But nice people overall.

Fast friendly fair priced Hard to review an oil change business however the service is over the top. Highly recommended We towed a non running jeep in with tires and wheels that we had no idea were dangerous. Tire pros recognized the safety issue, fixed the jeep and kept us in the loop the entire time. The do so much more than oil changes and are fair with their pricing. Finding a shop you can trust is so hard these days. Tire pros has our business from here on.

Went it 45 mins before they closed told me its takes 1 hour and a half to change breaks pads and thats its 220 dollars, so I went down the street to Dannys tires and they did it in 30 minutes and for 100 dollars, thanks for telling me NO and to come back on Monday you lost 220 bucks.

I went here three times for a tire pressure sensor, the first time they told me they didn t have any in stock that they had just ordered some. The next time I called to make sure that they had some available and they said yes to come by. I went and they told me that it would be a 2 hour wait and that they wouldn t be able to work on it that day. So then they told me to come by the next morning at 8am when they open. I showed up the next day at 7:50am and waited in the lobby area for 20 minutes to them then telling me that the machine for the tire pressure was not working!!!!! This place is a joke. Please do not come here, they DO NOT CARE. Bad service!!

Horrible service! I waited to speak to anyone for help with my brakes. When I finally did have someone come out, all I was told was they don t do brake service at that location, and I d have to go to the Palmview location. Don t advertise you all do that service then!!

Great place to get my coolant flushed. They were quick, they told me that my air filter needed to be changed. So since I work at AutoZone I went to get the Air Filter I need and they installed it for me for free no extra charge. Great Service I reccomend them

I came to the valley from New Mexico for work. I needed an oil change and usually use Valvoline so I headed to this location. The guys servicing my vehicle noticed that the wear on my tires was uneven and that they were not drivable. I was able to get them replaced the next day and get a wheel alignment. Everything was fast and they were professional. Fast forward a month, back in New Mexico. I notice my PSI light on. I take it to Discount Tire and they find a screw in my vehicle. Not only do they not have Toyo tires but no one in NM has them either. I was told because my vehicle was AWD that I needed the same kind of tire put on or the computer in my car would get outta whack. I called Valvoline and talked to Danny. He went above and beyond to help me figure out how I could get a tire. If I was still in the Valley, I could have gone there, got it replaced no problem, but I wasnt. He worked with me for 3 days, following up and making phone calls to tire distributors to ship me a tire from the valley all the way to ABQ. It was not expected and 100% appreciated. Thank you!

I was having lunch at Taco Ole and I was dreading having to take my car for an oil change. When I left the restaurant I saw this place and I am so glad I stopped. First of all if there is one thing I hate it is getting off my car at car service places. I asked if I could stay in my car and they said yes. As they worked on my vehicle I saw that the guys were efficient and I also liked that they actually topped off the fluids to the car. Plus they actually took the time to remove the air filters and the one to the ac so I could see the condition. That was so cool because I ve never been shown the condition of the filters. I ve been to other places and when I have wanted to remain In The car I am told no. Plus I ve had to leave my car for hours or make appts. When it came the time to pay the girl came to the car and helped me out. Talk about staying in and not having to get off! Definitely coming here and sending my girls over!! And it s a plus that they have girls working there!

Ive always used Valvoline oil in my vehicles so its nice to know I dont have to do my own oil changes anymore. Process was quick, unfortunately they ran out of air filters for my Subaru, but they notified me my local oreillys has them. Overall the experience was excellent and professional as well. Ill be bringing in my 3 vehicles here until they close shop.

Dont think you can stop by for a quick 15 minute oil change. The whole process is to upsale, which creates delays. You go in for a $30 oil change and 50 minutes later the total comes out to $100. Upsale things that arent really needed.

I got an Oil change done at a different Valvoline location and that location put my oil filter on way too tight. Now I cant take it off even with an oil filter claw, and this location wanted to charge me money to change the oil even though another Valvoline screwed it up!

They input our vin number incorrect and spent most of my time at the dmv on other issues to have this one be a bigger problem to and from for corrections. Never coming here for anything, they don t know how to copy my insurance vin number provided to them by me. They are also very strict on horn and exhaust pipe location, stressing me out with spending more money I don t have to get it passed.
