Long time customer here. THEY CHARGE FOR SALSA WHEN PURCHASING A $10 BURRITO. The place has changed names 3 times since my first visit. The original Big Juan burrito was massive and could not ever finish it. The bacon would span the length of the burrito and if I didnt finish the burrito I would finish the bacon. Today I went and ordered my usual Big Juan with extra bacon. I opened it up to put salt and pepper and there were 2 small pieces of bacon waiting inside. The cashier walked by and showed her that both pieces lined up would span the burrito and she said yes thats is how the bacon is sorry it friedshe finishes. Poor customer service there. I will be slowing my frequency down to this establishment dur to greed and poor customer service. The Big Juan is the staple of the establishment and they are doing it no justice. Farewell

Ive been to Juanderful a few times in the past, but it has been a while. Today, as I was making my choice, the staff saw me looking at the menu at their lunch option ls and told me that there, Philly steak was really good I got it as a bowl amd was very surprised at how good it was. Top notch

I visit Juanderful Burrito multiple times a week and have for years but was very disappointed with this visit and upset they do not list a phone number to contact them with issues. I was in a hurry this time because I needed to make an appointment but it took significantly longer than the drive through and made me late for my appointment. What was most upsetting is I ordered and paid for a burrito but found after I left that I was given the much smaller taco. They have a display of the difference in size on the counter. This is almost half the size of the burrito I always order. A couple weeks ago, they gave me a burrito that had completely different ingredients than I ordered so I had to throw it away because I do not like the ingredients they gave me. They need to do better making sure you receive what you order and Id suggest not trusting it is accurate and checking before leaving.

I have been coming here for about two years. Overall, I love the food but I only ever swing through for the breakfast tacos. They really need to upgrade the speaker at the drive thru because every time I try to order they say they cant hear me or my order is completely wrong at the window. They are very quick though! Only complaint: I wish they werent so stingy with the salsa. When I order a taco ($5ish) I only get one and when I order a burrito ($10), which is twice the size, I still only get one salsa. Slightly annoying.

The food used to be very good when they used the same quality of ingredients as when they bought the place from Bronco Burrito Shop in Galveston. Over time they have down graded the quality of food they use. The potatoes are not fresh. They use some season frozen style potato that just tastes nasty. They also switched to thin microwave style bacon instead of proper fresh bacon. They should have never changed the successful ingredients used originally.

Ive had these tacos a couple times when coworkers brought them in and they were very good. Today my husband and I came to check out the menu ourselves. Its a small menu, i wish they had barbacoa, if they do its not listed. I got the Juanderful bowl with a tortilla on the side. The tortilla was delicious. The bowl, I wish there was more egg/chorizo and less potato. The salsa was so good though. A little spicy and very flavorful.

This is my first time having unsatisfied service. I went to the drive thru and order a side of refried beans and 2 queso cups. The gentleman who answered the speaker I couldnt understand. I had to repeat my order twice and then there was silence, waited for a couple of minutes and then drove to the window. When he opened the window, he asked for my whole order again. So I said never mind and drove off, Ive never encountered this thru the drive thru or when I went inside. This incident was before 7:00 am this morning.

This place has really gone downhill lately. We have been coming to Juanderful for years but things have changed. For the second time in less than a month our order was completely wrong. I told the cashier at drive thru to please repeat my order because last time it was completely wrong when we got home. When we drove to the window to pay, the employees were playing around, I had a gut feeling they were going to purposely mess up the order again, they handed us our food, before driving off, my wife unfolded every breakfast burrito in the parking lot and once again our order was completely wrong. We were so frustrated that we decided to leave without complaining, we knew the employees would mess it up again on purpose. We are never coming back!

I always see a line at the dive thru and was finally in the area while they were open and I had time so I stopped by. $4 for each generic, small taco. I got a bacon, egg and cheese - the eggs were generic with a slice of bacon layed on top and the cheese was dry, firm and not even trying to melt. I also got a potato, egg and cheese - potatoes were flavorless, eggs were generic and same cheese issue. Very disappointing. For a place that specializes in breakfast food, I expected so much more.

5 stars down the board, phenomenal breakfast burritos. Great size, decent price, and very filling. They got a little stingy on their sauce that comes with the burritos but still tremendous all the same. I VERY often find myself thinking about Juandeful when Im in League City visiting family only to remember they close at noon (or is it one) Really, MUST TRY at least once. The big Juan is ol reliable, but Im also a massive fan of the tater tot burrito.

I placed my order online and went to the drive thru to pick it up. The person at the speaker spoke very little English and could not understand my very easy first name. I was about 5 minutes early and when I finally received my order, everything was cold. The prices have gone way up from the last time I was there and the online prices do not match what I was charged. Ill just make my own burrito from now on. Very disappointed!

My whole family loves the burritos, the employees and the owner who is very kind. I recommend this place to everyone. I ve always loved Juanderful Burrito from when I first moved to Texas a few years ago. Nothing beats their pecos bill! I always make sure to get a 16 oz salsa, and it s nice that your order comes quick (even if you ve got a long line). Be careful though, they close around noon so you better stop by in the morning.

First time at Juanderful Burrito this morning and man was I impressed. The sausage egg potato and cheese tacos I ordered were outstanding ! Very quick service. Clean dining area. Absolutely love their food and Ive even been there for breakfast and returned later for lunch on occasions. My favorite is The Pecos burrito, wow! Its all you want for the morning, loaded with sausage, egg, bacon and drizzled in queso. On my last visit I got an extra for my wife and daughter to share and they both raved about it Lunch tacos are amazing, tender beef and the tortillas warm and soft. My best tip is in the morning get there just around opening and you wont have too long to wait, the drive thru does get busy (Ive seen them outside busting orders car to car) but the line does seem to clear pretty quickly. Update: 3/4/23 went by today since they are closed Sundays and wasnt disappointed. 5 stars

I used to come here daily/sometimes weekly. Ive decided to stop coming by lately. Firstly, every burrito I get seems to fall apart in my hands while I eat it. They arent even folded properly most of the time, with the contents spilling out both sides while you try to eat it. The best way to describe the burrito and its contents are: watery/flimsy. Without fail, it always makes a mess, getting everywhere. This is not an On the go burrito. Make sure you eat over the foil, and not while you drive. The taste? Its OK. Definitely not the best Ive ever had, nor the worst. The customer service is fine, and just about the same as any other fast food restaurant. The cost per burrito? Definitely not worth it. I think its close to $9 for the burrito I get every time I go. If I have others in the truck with me, that cost goes up pretty quick. Altogether the nine bucks for a burrito thats pretty messy and that doesnt taste very good isnt worth it imo. Ive been lately opting for a place closer to my shop that I can get 2 of the best burritos Ive ever had for a little over 6 bucks. The burrito is also better quality and still packed with quality ingredients. Probably slightly smaller than a juanderful burrito... but they still fill me up, even if I have to buy two. I usually eat one for breakfast, and the other for lunch anyways. Comparing the price and taste Ill always choose the other place over this one. Parking: Not a lot of available parking spots for this place during certain hours.

Ehh my burrito wasnt rolled it was more like a sloppy taco... eggs were runny (and not in the good way) Juans just isnt what it used to be. They have definitely aimed their change to benefit the speed in which they pump out orders which seems to be working for them everytime Ive come to town theyre usually slammed with guests dining in, taking out, or in the very popular drive-thru... this time however (usually same time I go everytime-- breakfast hours) theyre werent busy at all drive thru had two cars, one table of two inside, while we were there we witnessed one pick up and one other two top. The menu is now very small and simple. I cant believe they did away with my favorite on the menu though! I believe it was called the juan-lite? It was a healthier version using egg whites and avocado. The service is great - it always has been. I just cant help but feel like they sold-out instead of staying true to themselves and what they started. OH AND ONE THING TO REMINDER! NO MORE CASH AT JUANS!! Best breakfast/lunch restaurant in the area!!! Very high quality of food prepared by the best. All of their burritos are delicious, but my favorites are the Big Juan Burrito and the Tater Tot Burrito. Highly recommend this place, awesome food, very clean establishment, and super friendly staff. I also love their shirts, very cool designs!!! (I always get compliments when I wear them).

This was my favorite burrito place, so it is disheartening to see the quality of the food take such a steep decline. The carne guisada burrito used to be so big that I had to cut it in half to eat it and was perfectly wrapped. They used to wrap them and then pan sear/toast the burritos as an added touch to taste. They no longer do this. Now, its wrapped in a cold, small taco tortilla and the meat is so full of gristle that it is completely inedible. Not a single thing was salvageable about my meal the last time I was there. Ive never had to throw away an entire order and go get something else due to the quality being this bad. Im very sad to say that after all this time, I wont be coming back.

Decided to try this place for the first time. Epic fail. Horrible establishment with ZERO customer service! I asked nicely if gloves could be changed due to a severe pork allergy and Juan refused, and he instructed me to cook my own food at home if I had such a severe allergy!! Juan has no class and I will be taking further action!

The food is literally Juanderful! . The size of the burritos are almost bigger than my arms, and am a professional body builder. I ordered the brisket burrito and the Tator Tot Rito. Both burritos were absolutely phenomenal. I will be going back weekly to continue giving my business. The owner is a class act, professional as well.

This place has gone super down hill in the past 1-2 years. It used to be so good and now it s just meh. Quality and taste just aren t there anymore. I used to come here weekly but I unfortunately won t be back anymore. They switched to these tiny little bowls so you re hardly getting anything but paying the same price. I doubt this place will stay in business much longer as they seem to be losing a lot of loyal customers due to all of their changes. I miss the original owners
