They never explain to you that it depends on the stew you order, they charge you more for your tacos, they are delicious but not enough for the customer service. You will have to wait until he feels like serving you because he spends his time talking and when he attends to you, he forgets what you asked for. First and last time.

Worth the 25 min drive! One of the best Valley restaurants and I have been to many. Homemade food! You will get a variety of different salsas. Humble place, but rich food, tortillas, not from the plastic bag, but authentic, as is the salsa. This is REAL Mexican food. If you know good food, you WILL be back.

My companion and I stopped for lunch after birding Bensten State Park. Fantastic fresh food. Tacos Canasta was delicious. My companion had the gorditas which I tried as well. The masa had a nice crust on the outside and was very filling. The taco slaw was crisp and full of fresh cilantro. The host was very friendly and excited to share her additional menu items with us including breakfast.

This place is Mexican tacos with 5 different chile sauce and home made nachos chips. The taste was very very delicious flavored. No heart burns. Its cozy small waitress very attentive Spanish/ English. The cost is a $$ costly but worth it. If you come. Come at your own risk.

They are not steamed... I went in the morning and the steamed tacos are not vapooorrr! Less basket! They are passed through oil, folded and thats it! The stews are nothing but nothing relevant! The shredded one does not have a rich seasoning; It is acceptable , they dont taste ugly but they dont taste rich either!
