Poor customer service. I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The staff just don t care about your time and they re unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had the most horrible experience with one of the billing-receptionist clerk in Mission.Texas. She was reading the benefits incorrectly and she didn t allow me to explain. I had already paid my copay and she said if I didn t pay what she asked me to pay in addition to copay i could leave without any services. No service no prescription she said. She wanted to overcharge me even though my health insurance card stated differently. It s with Blue Cross Blue Shield. She said that my card was wrong. She walked out, slams the door, and I walked behind her and kindly asked for her name but she refused. Then finally said her name was Imelda when it was really Maria. I asked for her last name and she refused to give me her last name. She yelled at me and told me to go back in my room. As I was leaving I asked her again and finally she said her name was Maria Davila. What s weird is that there were 5 employees around and none of them knew her name. I asked the Physician Assistant Me Gomez and he said he didn t know her name. My name is Gloria Pena.

Had a good experience walked in ladys in the front we re nice and helpful once they called me to the back my nurse was very professional when she asked what was reason of me coming in I needed blood work so when she was drawing blood she had great bed side manners and carried a conversation so I felt comfortable throughout the whole process I will come back again!

I like the facts that they are open early and evening. But thats exactly what this office is convenient dont go if you actually need a physicians monitoring or referrals. I went in for referrals on medication and specialist. In April we are now July and still havent sent my insurance any authorization paperwork. When you call to inquire they transfer you all over the place and you still dont get any answers.

If I could rate a ZERO I would. As soonest you walk in the first thing you see is clowns laughing and joking around. Mocking me because of my accent until I had to ask them to please stop laughing and then after the secretary acted like I didn t have insurance and I couldn t be seen when I had just contacted my insurance before hand and even after I called them to make sure and my insurance was perfectly active. Tried tracking the manager of this facility and hanged up on me twice

In this clinic the service is the worse I have had. I went there on Saturday and after the doctor saw me, they say the medicines will be in the pharmacy in around 30 minutes, I checked several times for the following 4 hours and they didn t send it. I called back several times, and they never was able to solve the issue. So I decided to see another Doctor. I checked at Pharmacy on Saturday, Sunday and they didn t send anything. I called on Tuesday, to get my money back, and they said the will send the prescription to Pharmacy at that moment, because they can t reimburse my money. I don t need medicine I already got it from other Doctor. This the worst service a person can get. The reason to see a Doctor is to get medicine to get heal me, no to tell me that I m sick, I already know that, and they charged my credit card for that. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Doctor is compassionate and really nice. Front lobby reception is actually really rude and clueless to what she is doing. She is the only light eye color young lady. She literally said not my fault for not knowing anything. She was very rude and unprofessional. She needs to understand how patients are not feeling well and patiently wait for hours to get attended. Also, I ve been a patient for a long time and I know she is new. Hire qualified people. Not just bodies.

The two times Ive had emergency situations and was very sick others doctor offices including my own wanted me to wait till the next day because they didnt have availability, this office attended me right away, they were very professional and knowledgeable. It takes alot for me to go into the doctor. Thank you Mission Valley Day and Night clinic for being there for us when my family and I needed you all. Place is clean, staff is courteous, PAs and nursing staff are helpful, knowledgeable and show concern for the patient.

The doctors are great and its a great service from the nurses. When it comes to getting an issue resolved with the administration is very difficult getting to the right person, You call the office and get transfer 4-5 times and repeat the same information again, I had an issue with my prescriptions and at the end some of the staff sounded frustrated maybe because I had to call about everyday but I just decided to change doctors, Maybe a smaller office can be of more help and the customer does not become a burden to the staff. I appreciate the help from the doctors & nurses. Mission TX Office.

They made a mistake and charge me a $65 copay twice, when my copay was $0 . They do not want to refund me, they are giving me the run a round. The female supervisor in front, was rude. I will not be returning! Very bad customer service.

Definitely our best experience here. We went to several places that claim there offered urgent service in McAllen off Nolana only to find out urgent was not soo urgent, other we called other places that said we had to be members of their other locations already to be seen. But Valley Day and Night Clinic said come on in we are a walk in service and they are. They took are of us. Marvelous experience. I recommend them to all. Don t waste your time on those other places. Valley day and night. You fellows are marvelous. Thanks for helping my queen and and my family

Although the Doctors are good the front office staff is often incompetent. They seem clueless when it comes to referrals and insurance procedures. They have wasted my time several times and kept me from getting much needed specialist care. Searching elsewhere now, I am done with them.

Del Bosque didnt treat my daughter properly. He kept saying she only had allergies well guess what? She ended up getting asthma because this ridiculous person doesnt know squat. I used to ask for a blood test on her and he would refuse. Turns out I was right. I have to keep a close eye on her thyroid. So glad I swithed to a different place with good Drs that know what they are doing, instead of wasting time with someone who believes cough syrup, tylenol, and allergy pills can solve everything.

Completely terrible consultations are not recommended at all, completely arrogant, inhuman doctors do not think about the pain that the patient may have and yet they dare to send you immediately back to work with many restrictions such as not walking, not bending, not stretching, not climbing stairs, no. on knees etc. I am a truck driver, my job is physical and I require going up and down stairs, tying chains, bands, bending over and many more things. It cannot be as inhuman as they contemptuously tell you that they cannot do anything for you, since it was an accident at work, it should be called VALLEY DAY AND NIGHT CLINIC OF DEATH The Mata patients, especially a little doctor with a gray beard, I dont know what his name is, but he is a despot, thank God, free me from that clinic that kills patients, be careful, dont dare go there, it is not recommended, you agree with the insurance

I should have read the reviews before throwing my money away at this place. This is one of those places that should have closed down a while back. 1. Inside the clinic is disgusting. They should not be providing medical services. 2. Their staff is rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. They wanted to charge again for a physical (which starts at $75) to sign a paper they refuse to sign the first time and with out it I have to go somewhere else and get another physical done. 3. The *doctors* have no idea what they are doing. 4. Be prepared to be here for longer than an hour as they are very slow This place is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. Theres many places out there that are way better and more economical than this so called business. Edit: As I can see nor the owner, or main doctor neither any member of the staff has attempted to reply to these reviews at all. This shows you how much they care about this, money making business.

Excellent patient care service for my whole family. Doctors and Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners do an excellent and professional job taking care of my family. The Mission clinic is very convenient, the wait time depends on how many patients are present to see the doctor that day. The wait time is much better than other clinics I used to go too. The health care providers do an excellent job Screening and checking my family very well. Whereas at other clinics the health care providers just walk in and out of the exam room, without doing any kind of screening or exam. I highly recommend the Mission Valley Day and Night Clinic. The Health Care Providers do an excellent job caring for their patients. I am Satisfied. Your in and out quick.

The people who work here are horrible people who are so unappologetic when it comes to you inconvinience. They dont understand that people who seek their service have other things to do than just waste time in their damn clinic. Made us run around and wait an hour just to tell us we need a card in order to get through with the meningitis shot service. Went home and told us some other bullshit we have to get to in order to clear. They dont tell you the full story. People here suck at what they do. If you want a simple blood service or meningitis shot I advice you to go somewhere else.
