My family and I have the pleasure of being patients of Dr Osmin. We are very happy to trust our health in him. The attention at his clinic is excellent, always friendly, the facilities are very clean and the Dr is a very good human being, he always treats us with a smile. and it calms us down when we are in a little bad health... your clinic is highly recommended

Terrible service, the doctors wife is rude. I dont understand where customer service is. If you dont like something, she starts talking badly, without education and without ethics, they should give the opportunity to people who, if they like what they do, she seems to have it. Alas, many people complain about the poor service on her part. I only went because my son was missing some vaccines and he was upset because I had been telling them for days about the said vaccines. After many visits, they never notified me if any were missing and I realized Why did they ask me for them at school? If not, they didnt even know about it, and their annoyance was that I told them if I didnt come in person, they didnt even bother to notify. They are supposed to keep a file and apparently they dont even know whats pending, and they shouted at me and He spoke badly to me and of course I answered him and closed the window because they are not doing me a favor. On the contrary, they live off of us and on the insurance. It was the second time that this arrogant lady treated me badly when the conversation was both times. It was with the employees, not with her, and he got involved and not even to solve it, he only opens his mouth to contradict instead of giving good customer service, he is a despot. Now I understand why, because she is the doctors wife, she thinks she has privileges to treat badly and not at least It didnt work with me and now I received a letter saying that they can no longer take care of my children. Imagine how many people have gone through the same thing. So ridiculous and clownish at that age, she should behave like what she is, not a neighborhood greengrocer and thank God there. better doctors and that they do keep a record letting you know if you have any pending vaccinations, check-ups, etc. My son is 3 months or older with a throat infection that they could never get rid of with the vaccines. Im telling you only because the child He didnt start with them, it doesnt mean that they dont have his turn. On the contrary, he has all the second year pending. I dont recommend it at all. I would never return to this place. Apart from the fact that they have a pure beginner with no experience vaccinating children, the only thing is that the waiting time is quickly out of there nothing good to say about this place

Can t say how grateful I am for finding Osmin Vargas family clinic. First off, the nurses and staff were friendly, attentive, and with a lot of patience. Always happy to attend us. Secondly, Osmin Vargas is always attentive and listens to every concern! He was very patience and understanding with my toddler, as he really doesn t like doctors. Overall the best service my child and I have received! Recommending him to everyone!

Can t say enough great things about this Dr. In and out fast Really listens to symptoms and patients concerns He does go beyond tylenol and ibuprofen and allergies medicine. (Ive had 6 years of having tylenol or ibuprofen as the only treatment provided by many pediatricians we tried. Call it fever, stomach ache or flue like symptoms, we would always come out with an allergy diagnosis and/or tylenol or ibuprofen. FINALY FOUND A DOCTOR who really trully tests and finds the reason behind their symptoms. His treatment has been accurate so far. Schedules follow ups and really cares. He will adjust treatment, stop treatment or have you continue treatment based on follow up results. He really cares had to mention it again. Fast walk ins for emergencies Answers most allowed questions over the phone Fun and empathetic With kids this is important For my mexican moms. I stopped taking the kids to mexico on emergencies with Dr Osmin Vargas. And I even made him my primary doctor as an adult too. He treats adults too Thank you Dr. Osmin Vargas!

Very bad experience. My son arrived very sick with a cough and the only thing they cared about was if we had the insurance with them. We pay privately. And my wife decided to change with them. And they had 3 people in front of them and they had no organization on how to handle the insurance change. My wife was treated with hostility. Lack of empathy and consideration for my son. We had to go to Reynosa with an excellent Allergist pediatrician who cared for my son with ethics and dignity and is helping him thrive. Dont go to this office.

I want to say 1million thanks to Osmin and his wonderful staff!!!! As a parent of a little miracle baby we cant just take him with anyone after reading the reviews and my family members visiting Osmin I took him in. Osmin took his time listening to our concerns, he was very attentive, made sure to make us feel at ease since his fever could have been from his shunt placement, his kind, not only to my baby, but I could hear him greeting the others patients when we were waiting to ve seen. His staff was very friendly!!! Thats very rare to see that nowadays. I highly recommend him!
