I went here on vacation to get away from work for once and instead of rest I just found myself with more work than if I was getting paid. If you like internet I do not recommend staying here because their wifi is so slow that it took a month for this review to be uploaded. The breakfast made me sick and there is no possible way to sleep unless you have noise canceling headphones because their entire maintenance team is doing construction outside of your door 24/7 not to mention the parking lot is extremely noisy from the other residents and the highway is always active. Dear mr bungalow, rebrand!

Was a great place to work at night and had a great time working with coworkers and felt safe for the most part. What I didn t like was the questionable management and being let go without given a reason why nor was I given a farewell either. I m working at a better workplace now and my work has been appreciated at my current employment.

I love the place, staff great and room was clean. BUT lady serving breakfast was rude, first she offers breakfast we say no, then we changed our mind and asked her for a plate and she looked annoyed. And to top that off the eggs were bad, they looked yellow with green and smell bad. I have a picture of that. Rooms: Smelled nice and it was clean. Walkability: Nice!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Be warned they are liars and thieves. Booked through Bookety, showed up and was told they overbooked and I would get a refund. Mind you, this was 1am when we tried to check in and we were visiting up from San Antonio for a wedding. Waited a week for the refund and nothing. Called the front desk, was told they cant do anything so I called Bookety. They called the Bungalows and this is where the lies started. On the first call they said they offered to relocate us and we denied! Second time they called to speak to a manager, they lied again and said they did have the rooms, but we decided not to stay. It was 1am after a wedding, all we wanted was a bed!! Very dishonest people from the front desk up to the manager. Disputing the charge now. Update: I did get my refund thanks to my bank.

For a 3 star $139 per night and a delux room $199 per night. Do not have to be a genius to figure that out. Not even a 4 star is past $117. Is this hotel somehow above everyone else. You can t fix stupid. If you like to throw away your money or waist your daddy s money then this is for you.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Amazing breakfast. Kitchen staff is amazing here. Hector always has a smile and very nice every time I come here. He makes an amazing breakfast i couldnt wait to come back again. Front desk always smiling. This place is amazing home away from home ! You all are great ! Thank you for all you do!

Didnt stay, however, go there often to enjoy drinks and food with friends. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks are outstanding. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The bartender is outstanding. We can always count on a great experience!

I love staying at the bungalows the only problem I had was the old man that serves you breakfast.I can already feel the negative energy from him it s like he doesn t want to serve you breakfast and he has a bad attitude.please give him training on how to be more polite.plz thank you

The staff is very attentive and solves everything that arises. The hotel is very peaceful and very well located in Misión. Very clean and new decoration, preserving its structure of buildings and roads. Very good we rested!

I travel for work and I am always looking for unique, fun, affordable hotels that are equipped with ALL the amenities. I dont just like to travel for work JUST to work. I was soooooo very impressed with this place.!!! It takes a LOT for me to leave a review, actually I never have, I just dont have time. But I just HAD to with this place.! THE FOOD, THE HOSPITALITY, THE SERVICE , THE ROOMS, I mean I am definitely staying here from now on. FOR SURE!! I told my kids they HAD to come with me next time. THERES A HOT TUB AND A HEATED POOL FOR GOODNESS SAKES!! I havent even touched on the fact that the property is in a fantastic location. I am just all around blown away by this place!! Keep up the good work guys!! Oh and the best part? THERE IS A FULL BAR ON SITE!!

This hotel is the most amazing place to stay in the mission area! My family and I have been traveling to Mission for the last 5 years and have yet to stay at a place like this. The rooms are amazing. Beds are super comfortable. Pool is so warm, have yet to find any other hotel in Mission with a heated pool. The hotel restaurant has the most amazing food! Overall we had the best stay!!!

This place in amazing! It s like you re at a resort in paradise! The drinks at the bar, and the appetizers were very good! The heated pool felt wonderful. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was very yummy! Every employee we encountered was very nice! I don t have a single bad thing to say about this place. If you don t stay here, you are missing out!

My stay at this place after sometime not going back after the remodeling. It was great! Place was excellent, food was delicious, staff was very attentive and well mannered. I was greatly greeted with a lot of respect and feeling like I was back home from the front desk Ms. Claudia. She was so nice with us attentive, polite, happy, very respectful. As well as the manager Danet she s very humble, happy, polite and always on the attention to the staff and visitors. We will be gladly returning to this place soon.

I just recently stayed at this place and it was amazing. Rooms were very cozy and the housekeeping was very sweet and amazing!! My only complaint is about the receptionist Claudia. She made my whole experience HORRIBLE. She was rude, disrespectful, didn t care to choose her words wisely in front of the kids, didn t care to act professional and was just overall DISGUSTING. The only reason I would stay here again is for the nice rooms and housekeeping, but unfortunately I will not be returning until something is done about her!!!!

Nice place to enjoy a weekend with friends and family..... Rooms are really nice but the staff is horrible! The ladies in the front are rude, impolite and can barely speak english... They made a big deal over asking for another towel... One extra towel! I even offered to buy one since it was such a big deal. They said they are onky allowed to give you the 3 that your room is provided... Just an fyi make sure to bring your own towels! Lol

The hotel itself was quite nice but just a little dated. The room had a good layout. The one odd thing that probably wouldn t bother a good deal of people was that there wasn t very many power outlets that were readily accessible. The refrigerator was a good size. What I liked most about the hotel was the staff. Every single person I encountered was extremely pleasant and very well mannered. Room service came every day. I was served a hot breakfast every day. I never ran out of soap, shampoo, or conditioner. My bed was always made.

Beware of booking long term stays. We were quoted one price and 3 months into our stay they raised the price by over 200%. The staff never seemed to be able to answer questions or to be available when we had questions. They couldnt operate the computer system and were unable to take our monthly rent several times when we went to pay. Very poor customer service.
