If you re in to wings you must try the Cloud 9 wings, they were great. The Super Pepp pizza was good; the medium sized pizzas are pretty big and can easily serve two people. Place is pretty spacious, has a bar, several booths, and TVs. Would come come back

We originally drove here looking for a vegetarian restaurant, the one we were planning on eating at was closed, so we stopped in here. Waitress was pretty good. Food took a long time to come out, they have vegetarian pizzas. We ended up taking most of it home since we sat for an hour waiting on 2 pizzas and a calzone. Didnt really feel too good once we got home, everyone had bubbleguts. Probably not going back.

When we first entered, we were greeted then had to wait about 5- 10 minutes for a table. Once seated, we ordered our drinks and appetizer. My cousin had ask about the free pretzel bites that were offered on the app. The server had looked at phone and said that was fine and went to place the order. We waited 15 minutes for the pretzel bites and then the waitress placed them down and left. We had wait 45 minutes to place our pizza order which had a dietary restrictions. We ordered the mighty meaty pizza with non dairy cheese and extra veggies like pineapple, jalapeño, and bell peppers. We had wait 20 minutes for the pizza just for it to be missing the meat the first time and it got sent back for another 20 minutes. The second time it came back the cheese didnt look properly melted. We waited an hour and 30 minutes at this point. When we asked for the check the waitress came back and asked for a code that the offer was suppose have. We were then told that the offer was only for online orders, when we could have been told since the beginning and we would not have ordered it. At this point, we had been patient and understanding but we werent gonna pay for the pretzels. The waitress went and told the manager. Said manger came up to us to ask for the code with an attitude, just to tell us again that it was for online orders only and she would give it to us this once. I dont know if they forgot to use the nondairy cheese or had not completely cooked the pizza the second time, but I now face food poisoning symptoms and itchiness because of the pizza. I have dairy allergy so that why the non dairy cheese was so important. I would not recommended this place to anyone. Edit: Just to clarify I did not eat the pretzels bites. Those were just for my cousin. The waitress had asked us about keeping parmesan and butter on the crust and we told her no. I have been here before and had not had this problem. And I understand that they were short staff, and we tried to be as compassionate as possible but people that arrived after us were taken care of before us.

i was so looking forward to this place bc of how iconic it is but boy was i disappointed! our server was as nice as can be, quick on refills and very informative - absolutely nothing wrong there - but the food was honestly gross. the cheese bread, while perfectly crispy, was severely lacking in flavor. we also got a half and half pizza and it just wasn t giving what it needed to give. decent toppings but the crust was very dense and cakey and wheat bread-y. maybe some people s cup of tea but it was not for us. the deserts looked good but forgot to get one!

We have been MM fans for years at the SC restaurants. While the food was great, this store lacked the eclectic atmosphere the other restaurants had. Service was adequate. The staff in the SC stores seemed happier, motivated and excited to serve you. The staff in FW, like the atmosphere was lackluster. Parking: This restaurant is located on the circle, so their parking lot was smaller than usual.

I came with my husband and young son to have a bite to eat. We were greeted upon entering and immediately being told if we could eat on the patio - I was a little hesitant as its humid & almost 90° to which they said to give them a few minutes to clean a table for us. A few moments later we were seated. We ordered the pretzel bites as an appetizer and for our meal a small mighty meaty & small buffalo chicken with no onions. The appetizer came and unfortunately was mainly raw dough on the inside. Our waitress was great and immediately got us a new order along with a $5 discount for it. Our pizzas came out after about 30 min of waiting which is not a bad wait time. The buffalo pizza though had onions so they got us a replacement without them which extended the wait by about an additional 15 min. The food, once corrected, was great. We asked for our bill to pay and noticed there was a $1.50 charge for ranch which we never got. No biggie and an easy correction our total bill was about $60, I added a picture of our bill for reference on what we ordered. Overall, I would say 3 stars but our server was absolutely wonderful.

We went on a weekday at lunchtime. There was no one there so we thought the experience would be great. We sat on the patio and our server was friendly enough, but kept forgetting We were out there. We asked for salt and she did not return with it, I went inside to find her eating pizza and chatting with the other people there. It was not a great experience, but the food was fine. Gluten-free crust, although we were told they were out- only to find out they had remaining gluten-free crust available. I don t think this place has run very well. While we appreciate the GF crust- we actually wanted two. May need to manage inventory closer

The place looked closed but it was just an empty parking lot and tinted windows. Inside it was cute and clean. Pros: very kind server. Clean and cute atmosphere. And my son got a small pizza and said he loved it and the crust! Come: The bathroom was less clean and the soap in both men and women s was strange or water down or smelled like rubbing alcohol. Sole complaint I would have are the prices. $15 for 9 wings. Buffalo Wild Wings is better priced and offers more yall. I actually was so turned off by the prices (Especially once you decide on a GF small (4 slices) starting at $16+ that I didn t eat anything. I was starving too. I d hadn t eaten in 24 hours and was so ready to have something. But I am not willing to pay that much for something so puny. But that s just me. :)

My first time coming here. My girl has been here before and told me it was awesome. After a rainy and lazy Sunday afternoon, we got hungry and decided to hit this spot up. Im glad we did. First off, they have a good draft beer selection. I ordered the Bells Two Hearted IPA....not too hoppy and great taste. My girlfriend wanted something other than beer and ordered the Lavender Grove which was delicious! I got the first sip....yummy!! We ordered the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer. Very creamy and good flavor. Then, we ordered a large House Special pizza and it was delicious! This thing was loaded with toppings, crispy crust and nice n hot! I was tempted on the meatball hoagie from a Google review picture, but we agreed to split a pizza. Maybe next time.... We ended up taking home the other half of the pizza. It reheats well in the oven. 425F for 10 minutes. The restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms. That goes a long way with me. I wish I could remember our waitresses name, she was awesome! Short Hispanic lady that knows her job well. Ill definitely be back soon to explore the rest of the menu. Come here all the time. Food is always great. In my recent visit, we arrived at a busy time in the day. We waited for quite a long time to be seated on to be kept waiting at our table for another 30 minutes. People seated after us were given service and food much quicker. I started ordering from here about a year ago. It s definitely my favorite pizza of all time, but the prices are quite high. I m willing to splurge occasionally when the pizza is that good. (Except on the occasions where they reduce the size of the pizza) However, my two major complaints are 1) my husband always gets a salad and every time, the portion is super small. He pays $1.25 extra to add grilled onions and it s literally one teaspoon of onion; total rip-off for an already overpriced salad. (See photo) For this reason, we don t eat here very often, and when we do, my husband usually gets food somewhere else 2) Every time I ve been in here in the past year (with the exception of one time) the staff are jerks. They ignore you until you ve stood there 5-10 minutes, then when they finally do look at you, they have F off written all over their face, like they d rather be ANYWHERE else than talking to you. The first time I ever received my order and it was incorrect, I told the lady at the counter (kindly. I get it, mistakes happen. No biggie.) and she said oh .sorry. and walked away. No offer to fix it, not even a sincere apology. After that, I decided it wasn t worth even mentioning when things were wrong. So for this reason, we make it a habit not to dine in, only ordering take-out. So if you re willing to pay a high price for good pizza TO TAKE HOME and NOT a salad, this is a great place.

We love Mellow Mushroom. Both of the Houston locations closed so we were happy to get our fix in Fort Worth. We ve always enjoyed pizza here. Honestly the simpler the pizza the better we enjoy it. We ve had delivery, dined in, and have done carry out. I have to note that when we did carry out we were forced to tip. It was quite awkward. We always tip generously because we understand that this is someone s livelihood. There were about $20 in additional service and carry out fees, and then a 20% tip, it adds up. For two simple pizzas, cheese only and pepperoni, we paid $76. It is good pizza but I have to say it is a bit much.

My wife and I visited with three other couples. All of us ordered pizzas and they all came out with the exception of mine. The hostess was very friendly and came back at least three times saying she would check on my order. Im assuming my order got lost or was never put in. In the meantime, friends were giving me slices of their pizza during the meal, so I would have something. Finally after we had all finished dining, the manager came out and said Your pizza will be right out. I told him we had already finished. AND this is what ticks me off most. I understand things happen but at least take care of your customers when things go that wrong. I didnt even get to enjoy the meal with my friends. His offer was; We can put it in a box for you to go! Only our second time to visit a Mellow Mushroom and this one significantly disappointed us. Restaurant seemed less than crowded but the staff was acting as though they were very busy. Came in and sat down at the bar but the bartender was somewhere else for a significant amount of time. Another server eventually came over and took our order. Bartender kept asking other employees to do what seemed were her tasks to complete. Pizzas took 30-35 min to come out. Once they did, the small cheese pizza had a huge air bubble in in making 1/3 of the pizza inedible. The other pizza we ordered was missing some of the toppings. Very disappointing. Bartender never asked us if everything was ok or if we wanted anything besides the first items we ordered from her coworker. Very disappointing visit.

My family really loves the food here and they are a seriously picky group, very hard to please. Pizza crust, sauce, and everything are just really good and unique. The salads are really delicious too. Servers at this mellow mushroom are always so friendly and professional! Some have been there a long time and you can tell they love what they do. Jared has been our server a few times and you would think he owned the place from how much he cares about making it a good experience for everyone, including our 5 year old. First time here and it was great! Love the pizza and prices are not bad. Dietary restrictions: My son is on a no carb diet and was able to get an order that he could eat. We had a big party and waitress was awesome. Kid-friendliness: We had two babies with us and had no problems getting high chairs. The bathroom changing table could be keep cleaner. Had to wipe down before changing the baby. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes handicap parking and easy way in for wheelchairs and walkers

Host Samantha was very rude I waited 25 minutes for a door dash order. I did not get greeted walking in. I literally stood there for 5 minutes before walking over to the TO GO sign. She told me to sit and wait and she ll have it out to me. She never spoke or asked me a question the whole time I sat I had to ask her several times was the order ready she said she works the floor not the kitchen. EVERYONE got their food/ orders before me. She basically told me I can un-assign from the order and they ll just send someone else to get it. Very disappointed in the service.

I brought my son for his birthday, they didn t sing to him but he got a free brownie that was room temp, sadly no ice cream to go with it. Overall it was decent. Pizza was extremely greasy, the pretzel bites with beer queso were VERY tasty, and I definitely recommend getting the wings. There are many places in Ft Worth that serve pizza but none that do it with the uniqueness and unashamed hippieness as Mellow Mushroom. The menu features many wonderful choices but I will tell you that if you do not try the Holy Shiitake pizza, you are living an unfulfilled life. There is plenty of seating, indoors and out. And their outdoor patio is dog friendly. The staff is friendly and ready to serve you in the hour of your craving for pizza perfection.

Ive been a patron of Mellow Mushroom for several years, but my recent visit this weekend prompted me to revise my review. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, only to find that it was missing two key ingredients - onions and bacon. My friends ordered pizzas with spinach, which they barely added. It seems they are quite stingy with their ingredients, to the extent of omitting them altogether. Regrettably, I wont be revisiting in the future.

Immensely disappointing. Came in earlier this evening, expecting a calm and easy meal. While the food was decent, thats all we received. It was fine at first. We had time to look at the menu, and decide. It was the next 40 minutes that were all downhill; after taking our order, our server (nameless, along with the rest of this place) proceeded to ask a single question before disappearing twenty feet away to talk to the same two girls who were also servers tonight. The booth across from ours was fortunate. They got serviced by all members of the staff, including someone from the back of house, who brought them everything they wanted plus more. We only heard from our server again when she handed off our check but that was it. Never had a refill even though our drinks were finished 10 minutes in, never was given the parmesan/peppers we asked for thrice, luckily received 2 napkins that were used to disintegration. Complete waste of an evening. Good luck Mellow Mushroom, its been real.

I was eating lunch here today when I had to see two servers bully another server. It was extremely disrupting and I felt really awful. It has been brought to my attention that clearly I was not the only witness. These girls are the definition of disrespect and should NOT be able to work anywhere with that kind of attitude. They made the poor girl cry and I couldn t even eat my lunch afterwards. I will not be coming to mellow mushroom again until these girls are fired and put in their place. This behavior is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

Wings are always a hit and miss when eating out (unless you re at Wing Stop) so I was a bit reluctant to order wings from here but all I have to say is WOW! Jared was a great server. Just like visiting with a friend. This was our first visit and it was great. The Greek salad was huge and the house special pizza was great! What really capped it off was the Breckenridge vanilla Porter. My wife and I have been looking for a replacement for the beer we loved which is no longer brewed. Anyway, Im sure well be back.

This place is awesome! I ordered a Peach Buzz and loved my drink. For food, I got the Holy Shitake Pie and I was super impressed with my pizza. If you re a mushroom lover, that pizza is a must. The pizza and wings here are amazing . Inside is very cool looking and they even have a jukebox with music playing from it. The only reason for the 4 stars on food is that the gluten free crust is really not good. The regular crust pizzas are wonderful. There are so many GF crusts on the market, I think they can do better. Also, they took the hummus off of the menu. I was really impressed with the staff though! I cant eat dairy or gluten and they went above and beyond to check their ingredients (and educate me about whey infused mayonnaise! ). We will go back, but Ill stick to salad until they improve the gluten free crust. Ask to sit with Alexandra - shes the best!

I was visiting from out of the area and just happened on this place. I had a small pizza, extra cheese, pineapple and ham. It seemed to take a little longer than expected, but I was watching the clock. This is one of those pizzas you wish there was less of a serving because the crust was so tender and not overly crunchy. Only ding I would give it was the person who took my order was not very friendly. But she could have been busy. Other than that, I would STILL recommend.
