I called The Window Source after a few solicitors had stopped by our house trying to sell us overpriced windows - Lisa was the rep who came to provide an estimate. She is the most lovely person!! Not only did she provide me with options, but we had such a nice conversation and she was extremely personable - not just another salesperson, a real genuine person she accommodated everything we wanted in the quote, no added or hidden fees, a straightforward price. We had our windows installed yesterday - OH MY GOODNESS WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Jason was our installer and showed up a little late because I asked if they could work around my work schedule, and I had a very important call early in the morning - they said absolutely, no problem at all, whatever works best for you he had the 8 windows installed and sealed within a few hours. He was kind, professional and cleaned up immaculately! I almost regret not doing the sunroom windows because the price was reasonable and the service was impeccable! Thank you all at The Window Source for updating our original 1963 windows into 2024! I hope in the future we can get the rest of our windows replaced and when we do I know exactly who I m calling to do it

If there is ever a 5 star company this is definitely it. Service superior to any I have ever had. The communication skills of these employees is incredible. All appointments were communicated and always 2 to 3 minutes ahead of schedule, reminders sent by text and always a call from the office. Lisa was our sales person and if I texted her a question it was an instant response regardless of the time of day or evening. She is very honest and knowledgeable of the products. Abraham and his helper installed 31 windows in a day and a half, incredible work, the windows and the work site was left spotlessly clean. He showed us how to operate the windows when the job was completed. This is an extraordinary Company in communication, service and products.

Great experience getting my windows measured and ordered. Even though it was through a different contractor that contracted The Window Source for this install, communication was clear and concise between the two of them and myself throughout the whole process. Jason Loeppky was the installer for my windows. Very polite, courteous, and answered any questions I had. My house is a stucco house and was very difficult to work on as the walls, inside and out, were stucco. A very difficult install and Hank did a very good job. Abraham Loewen and his co-worker did an absolutely amazing job installing our new windows. They completed installing windows in one day. Extremely professional. Communicated clearly. Arrived early before the scheduled time period considering we are out in the country and our ranch isnt easy to find. No mess left inside or outside. They even cleaned the windows before leaving. Initially I researched this company and reached out to them because of the stellar reviews and at first everything was great. My first impression was that I was very happy with how fast they came out to give us a quote, their prices were reasonable. Their salesperson was very professional. We immediately signed a contract and paid half of what the quote was so they can get the order in. We were given a completion time frame of sometime in the middle of April due to custom order (order was placed February 2023). April finally comes by and the time came around for the windows to be installed and I let a few weeks go by hoping they would call me and maybe give me a follow up. We are now in May and I decide to call them and ask if windows are in yet and this is where I find out a window is broken and a new order was placed. My first thought is why in the world wouldn t they call us to let us know? This is where everything pretty much goes downhill with this company. May and June go by and it s me and my husband calling them about once a week to ask for updates because they won t bother calling the customer to give updates unless the customer calls them. They began answering the phone defensively as the months went by telling me that they couldn t get updates from the company they outsource/order their windows from and that I should call them and put pressure on them. It got the point where I ended up speaking the the owner Sandy and she is the reason my review is one star. Considering that that was the only time I ever spoke to her she is the most condescending person and I was truly shocked that I kept more composure than she did. As the person who owns a company you would THINK that she would have treated a customer who was let down in a kinder way. She was more upset on the phone than i was and I just let her speak to me angrily as I stayed quiet and let her make a fool out of herself. My husband and I are pretty understanding people who treat others respectful and the way she spoke to me was unacceptable. She bragged about a credit for the delay she gave us but at the end of all of all of this mess I would have rather had a better experience overall than to give my business to them. Windows finally got installed in late June and the cherry on top was my husband stepping on glass in our bedroom and our sofa having two huge glass shards on our sofa. *Potential customers do with this review/information as you please*

Fantastic company to deal with, I will use them for any future projects. Their timing was almost spot on for the estimated wait time on the windows, but thats from the manufacturer that they ordered from, so they can only give an estimate. Once the windows came in, they got me scheduled the next business day. Hank was very nice and quick when he came. He only took half a day to do my whole house. I highly recommend them and am very happy with my new windows!

We had a window that started having some issues between the planes of glass. It was a combination of that seal leaking and the lamination inside lifting making it gross looking. Got it replaced today and i am happy to say that once again using a locally owned company did not disappoint. The Window Source of West Texas did a great job, was very efficient in every step and their crew today were not only very professional, but very clean as well. Other than the difference from a spotted window to a fresh clean window 45 minutes later, youd never know they were here! I highly recommend them!

In the past I ve had horrible experiences with contractors showing up late, not showing up at all, leaving a mess, making a mess, doing mediocre work & the list goes on. Abraham Loewen has been the same technician on 2 of my job sites and he has further exceeded my expectations every time. Had a great experience with The Window Source! We have had our new windows for about two months now, and they have made a huge difference in not only the look of our home, but in our electric bills. Sandy was the absolute best throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond. I even called her on the weekend to make a last minute change to our order and she worked with me right then and there. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. The place is hard to find but it is where Google says it is. I love my new windows and my new door. Very professional and great quality. We went to another place to get a quote and they said that because we have stucco it will be damaged when the windows are replaced but these guys managed to do it with cracking the stucco only once and after some caulk and paint and its fine. They are very knowledgeable as well and after i stepped out of the office i felt like an expert myself. The other place we went to struggled to answer our questions. Highly recommend.

I sought out 3 bids in my area, The Window Source of Midland, the futherest. Ms. Sandy Nelson arrived as scheduled and on time. She went over all the options measured all windows to be replaced, very knowledgeable, no pressure sales easy to converse, and excellent personality. I picked The Windows Source to do my windows for a number of reasons: 1. Personalized attention. 2. Scheduled on time appointment. 3. Life Time Limited Warranty ( first 10 years 100% replacement, prorated thereafter to 30 years). 4. Transferable Warranty. Once order was placed and 1/2 of costs paid upfront, the windows were ordered with approximate 4 weeks to be made and delivered. The windows came in, a install date was agreed upon. Mr. Jacob, (very nice young man) showed up on time and performed flawlessly. The old windows and all its debri were carried off. The New Windows and work area were cleaned and finished as should be. All 6 windows completed and ready to go under 5 hours. The (6) 2 6wide x 5 6 tall, fixed double e glass W/argon gas filled, on the west side of the house completely cured the afternoon SUNS HEAT from the room. The New Windows look great and will certainly add value to the home. The Windows Source of Midland is an excellent company and do excellent work. We highly recommend Window Source of Midland. Sandy and her staff are very professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process, from the initial quote all the way through the final installation and even after. We had an incident with one of our windows just a few weeks after they were installed and they followed through with their warranty. Sandy came out the same day we called to evaluate the damage and moved quickly on getting our window replaced. Cant forget to mention the professional work done by the gentleman who did the actual installation of our windows. He is quick and super clean and does great work!

I met Sandy when I called her out to my home to give me an estimate for 21 windows and two storm doors. She was very knowledgeable about not only her product line but all window manufacturers!! She was very free with her information on her competitors and even suggested that I get other estimates; which I did. I found that her pricing was better than the two other estimates that I got including installation and window pricing. After getting my three estimates I called her and she came out to my house again and answered ALL of my questions even giving me online information about other brands of windows. Sandy was AWESOME!! She really took the hard work out of researching the products and there was no pressure from any of her visits; which was awesome! ALL pricing was discussed up front and there were no hidden or surprise costs! I found her windows that she sells better than the pella brand and several other brands offered. Once I decided to hire her company to supply and install my windows her staff was absolutely amazing. Calling me to let me know that the windows and doors were ordered, when they should arrive, and finally when they were in the shop and to schedule an installation date. When the date of installation came, the installer was a COMPLETE professional!! He arrived at the time he said he would. and did an absolute amazing job of installing my windows and doors! After he was done with each window he left the area inside and outside of the newly installed window cleaner than it was before he installed the window! I absolutely love my triple pained windows!! And my two storm doors!! If feels like I live in a new home!! When the sun sets on my house it used to get hot, you could actually feel the heat coming in from outside with my old windows, but now you cant feel the cold or the heat when you stand by the windows. I would HIGHLY recommend Ms. Sandy and her crew!! Great experience!!!

The process went very smooth. The evaluation and measuring was done accurately and quickly. There wasn t an attempt to sell me on more than I wanted. The price was very competitive. The windows arrived on time. The installers did a great job and had all my windows changed in less than a day. They did really good clean up after pulling the old windows and installing the new. I was concerned when the installers pulled up because they looked really young and I was concerned about their experience level. After the first window I knew there was no reason to worry. They did a great job. They didnt waste any time and the work they did was very good. I would recommend this company and installers to anyone.

I dont think you can beat the price, quality in work, professionalism, & the people. From the 1st day of seating down & talking with Sandy I could just feel I was in Good Hands! Whether it is your 1st experience (As it was mine) or youve done upgrades to your house before you will NOT be disappointed!!! My old late 50s windows were all removed & replaced in a matter of hours and doing the extra little bit of adding the trim around them have completely transformed my house. The customer service from the sales to the install was exceptional! They were quick to schedule the install once the doors were received and showed up on the date and time they scheduled. We bought 2 storm doors and an entry door and all 3 doors were just as advertised. The Provia doors are well made and we can already tell a difference in the temperature of the room they are in.

UPDATE Feb, 2018: Yesterday when I went home it was 28 ourtside. I had left my thermostat on 66 so I expected a chilly house. Walked in to a toasty living room where my new energy efficient windows are!! My thermostat is 3 rooms away and is was COLD there!. Many thanks to The Window Source of West Texas !! The Window Source replaced 4 windows and put in a door where window 5 was. What a difference it makes! Better light and less heat or cold leaking through. Installation was VERY professional; they were fast (windows in one day; door in another day) and cleaned up the area when finished. I LOVE my new double hung, triple pane, foam insulated windows and my door with blinds between the two panes of glass. I would definitely recommend them for any job you have.
