A hail storm had come through the Greenwood area and I was concerned. Being a diy guy I looked at my roof and didnt really see anything. Luckily, one of their sales consultants was driving by at that time. He introduced himself and asked if he could look at my roof. I walked up there with him and he pointed out things that I never would have considered. He also walked my entire property and pointed out other hail damage. Dan, the owner, met the adjuster and got not only my roof bought, but my thermal windows, window screens, metal carport and pump house. Being in business for thirty years, I could see his expertise. I will use them for any future roofing issues that may arise, as well as having them paint my house soon. Considering taking to them about the solar panels that they also sell and install. I highly recommend Roofs by Nicholas.

The company does great work, Joseph explained everything to me about my insurance claim and repairs to be done. The quality of the work is good and the inspector was great as were the workers. The only complaint I have is the lack of scheduling communication. They called me 2 hours before they wanted to start working on my roof in the middle of the work day. I was told they would call me a day or so before and that did not happen. I was scrambling to get a family member to go to my house during the day with such short notice and secure my dogs. They did not finish the same day and needed to come back the next morning. They said 9 am and did not show up until 10. They do get the work done fast, but the lack of advanced notice for planning for working people is severely lacking!

They were so efficient. We didn t have to wait long to schedule our roof job. When there was a concern over some AC issues, their personnel arrived quickly to ensure it was not their work that may have compromised our AC. Their representatives worked so hard in high heat to thoroughly check with lights if any of their nails were near AC equipment. It turns out the capacitor had failed, so just ironic timing. Even after our AC company completed the repair, Roofs by Nicholas was SO kind to call us back afterward to check how we were doing with our issue. That follow up is so rare these days. This company is incredibly focused on excellent customer service.

I visited with 3 different roofing companies to replace my wood shake roof due to wear and tear. Greg and Joseph made the clearest presentation, recommend a class IV shingle and explained the insurance savings I would realize. The schedule was established and work began on time and was completed timely. They protected the pool and artificial turf yard from roof debris. I would recommend Roofs by Nicholas to all my friends/family. With all the rain we had in Summer 2021, my roof started leaking, and my kitchen ceiling fell in. I called 3 different roofing companies. Dan with RBN was the first to return my call. I called him on July 3rd, it was still raining. He personally came out on July 4th holiday, and got on top of my roof to assess the damage. It was still raining on the 5th, but his team showed up the morning of the 6th and repaired the damage. I made an appointment with Dans contractor to do the repairs to my kitchen ceiling. I was 100% completely satisfied with all work done.

Very positive experience working with Greg from Roofs by Nicholas. A neighbors tree fell during a storm and caused damage to shingles on my mothers home. His team, who was working to repair the neighbors roof, took the time to go onto my mothers roof to survey any potential damage. They found a handful of tiles that needed replacing, and reached out to another roofing company to get the name of the original tiles so that everything would match. They then installed the new tiles, and this all happened within a few weeks time following the storm. Very impressive customer service and they did not charge my mother for their work in replacing the shingles. We highly recommend them.

Had a roof put on by Best Roofing 2 years ago. They did not do the back part of the roof right. Always leaked between house and patio and then recently started leaking in the house. They were out several times and nothing improved. I called Roofs by Nicholas and they fixed my problem the 1st time. With all this rain my house is not leaking and my patio is not leaking. Eric was fantastic!! He went above and beyond what he could have done and got work done that we needed quickly to complete the sell of my parents home. They completed the work weeks before required, bringing the roof up to standard, and worked tirelessly and feverishly to get information to the insurance company. The insurance company made everything extremely difficult but Eric didnt give up. He answered phone calls and text messages, and worked with the adjuster.
