I was there super early in the pics but they have to get food and drinks. The tables,chairs, couches were really nice and comfortable. The place gets packed and the really good looking women do go there. I didn t check out the upstairs area so I don t have any info on that. The drinks I had was very well made and didn t seem watered down

Food was horrible. PLACE is very expensive. Got 4 tacos and they came with tortillas and meat only. Nothing else came with it except for beans. Got 4 beers and $10 chips which were horrible. Ended up paying $71. Atmosphere was fun a lot of nice things to look at. Wont go again.

Its a nice spot, but...Security detail will kick you out if they feel like it. Theres nothing one can do about it unless you show them . Yes, Its been known to tip the security there at La Santa which are cops by the way. Drinks are way overpriced and bartenders there skimp on the drinks after your first order, so its not worth it.

I think twice before you do. La Santa is a Beautiful place to be at, Great atmosphere love the fact that you can dine during the day and have a club at night. The only reason the service got one star is because it is too expensive. My husband and I for two people spent $402.00 for lunch. The food was amazing tops to the chef. But the drinks, though. My husband alone for six drinks of Jack and Coke was $180.00. This is something my husband gets all the time and we re familiar with prices elsewhere, here at La Santa they know how to get you. When we asked the waitress, why so much she said Jack was top-shelf whiskey. If Jack is top-shelf whiskey, then I can imagine how much a Jameson would be. Oh, and you can t forget that they tipped themselves 18% and still asked for you to give another percentage tip on top of what you ve already given. The last time we will come here.

We were there for the Canelo fight and ordered chips and salsa before the fight and did not received them until the fight was over. My friend got wings and never received them. Another friend ordered asada fries and were cold and no silverware also received them after the fight ended. I had to remind them of our order 3 times and still took so long. I talked to two manages and they couldn t give me answer or give me a refund had us waiting for 30 mins and still one could provide a refund. People around us that orders after us kept getting their orders. We left and they saw us walking out and still didn t try to communicate with us. Absolutely horrible experience. I understand they were busy but this unacceptable.

My coworker and I decided to go some place a little nicer than the average after work. Got tired of man camp food and wanted something better. Got here and ordered some fried sushi for an appetizer then ordered this birria lamb platter for each of us for our main courses. The sushi was good as expected but the birria lamb was pitiful. The waitress brings out the sushi and one order of the birria lamb. My coworker didnt get his food. The waitress didnt put in his order so evidently they rushed out another birria lamb, equally as bad as mine. The lamb had no flavor and the birria sauce was DEFINITELY NOT quality birria. Its sad when the best thing on your $30 plate is the beans. The waitress didnt do anything to try to make it right, didnt ask to replace it, didnt offer any kind of apology or even take it off the bill, nothing. I work in the oilfield so the $61 bill isnt something that broke my bank but for the cost of this meal I expected it to be amazing. The waitress saw my dissatisfaction and did nothing to try to remedy the situation. I wont be revisiting this establishment and I will be warning my friends and coworkers to not waste their money as well. The atmosphere was cool. Big screens, lights, etc. And the waitresses looked decent, but that doesnt mean anything anymore. Id rather have good service and a good meal vs a pretty waitress who could care less about your service or your satisfaction with your meal.

Was there on a Tuesday night, not busy at all. Still took 30-45 minutes to get drinks. Waitresses are nice, service is terrible. For 2 people my tab was $430. When I asked why they said it was what I ordered. We had shots and a few beers in about 2 hours. I don t understand how my bill would be that high. & for them to not give me an itemized receipt is not acceptable. Atmosphere and the building itself is beautiful. Service is terrible.

Was very excited to check this place out because of the beautiful venue. BUT, it was met with great disappointment. No dance floor!! its an oversized living room. Jam packed with couches, and tables. If I wanted to dance in a living room I would of just stayed home. Secondly theres no atmosphere, music was good but it was so bright in there that it ruins the vibes. Food was a turn off for me, in the middle of trying to party it up, dont wanna see people stuffing their face. Agree with the restaurant but it shouldnt be served out on the floor, should have an exclusive corner. Lastly took forever to get our drinks. As a matter of fact the waitress was fast to take our order and charge us but actually forgot about our drinks all together. Had to track her down after 20-30 min of standing around as ask her what happen to our drinks? Ended up leaving and going to another spot, and my night finally got better. Its and oversized, over rated bar. Will not be going back.

My husband and I went early to watch some college football. We sat at the bar and, despite being the only ones there, the service was not great. The food was really good, but when we closed out for shift change, we noticed a gratuity added to it. So she got a tip no matter what. When she left, our next bartender barely spoke to us. We had to ask for a drink. She ignored us the rest of the time. We paid cash for the one beer and that took a while, but we were charged a gratuity on that as well. So the bartenders and waitresses can completely ignore you and still get good tips. We discussed having a company party there, but have decided against it because, despite the food being good, we could have horrible service but still pay a gratuity based on a minimum of $900. I liked the atmosphere and was really looking forward to going back, but I didnt feel welcome and I am not tipping someone who gives horrible service.

Both service and food were honestly middling at best. The worst part of this was a 20% upcharge for large party. We had 7 people in our group there for lunch and the place was 90% empty, our group required no special considerations nor even a bit of table movement. There was also no warning or sign that there would be such an upcharge. I could understand if this was a hot spot and there wasnt plenty of room but the place was almost dead during lunch rush...

I had large group of friends and we made reservations. The table was small for us but the waitress was so nice and made more room by joining tables. The beer was good but the cocktails were horrible. The waitress also tried to fix the cocktail issue and brought us another round. The second time it was okay but not something spectacular. The wait time was pretty long to get our drinks. I guess its understandable due to the grand opening. Our tab was about 1600 due to three bottles and drinks but when we came to pay the waitress charged us about $800 of tip. We were very disappointed at the end of the night.

Excellent atmosphere! The dishes we ordered that were meat were delicious! but the Mecerás need training in terms of what they can suggest on the menu and how to take orders! As for the drinks, they were some margaritas and a La Diabla cocktail. They lacked a lot of flavor. I suggested placing a high-level bartender and doing a tasting before offering them to the public! For everything else I give it a 100, excellent place, beautiful, it is in the style of a metropolis!

This bar is definitely going to be my go to spot for hanging out with friends. It is a really nice layout to where even with the grand opening it did not feel nearly as packed as other bars do. Great spot to just hang out with friends if you re not a drinker. But all my props go to the amazing service that was received and was like no other. I had a waitress named Natalie and she went above and beyond. She was professional, fast and consistent. Even with it being a grand opening I m sure it was stressful but she did phenomenal definitely deserves to be acknowledged for the outstanding service she provided. Seriously can t wait for the next time I get to spend time here!
