Service was pretty good with friendly staff. The fries were pretty good with a crispy outside and a soft inside. The flavor of the chicken was good. I tried the garlic parmesan. However, the chicken lacked crunch. Eating soft breading just doesnt feel right. It probably needs to be double fried. If they make the chicken crispier on the outside while maintaining that moist inside, this would be an excellent spot

First time there yesterday with the boys was legit. We got buckets and drank like kings and all was well until the sun started setting. All of a sudden we were boiling hot and quite uncomfortable but hay that can easily be fixed with some thicker curtains on the west wall would fix all that. Loved the music, lighting and the environment was legit just cover that wall as it boils bodies during the summer heat. Cheers!!!

Biggest wings in Midland!! They are not skimpy with the sauce and their fries are really good! My favorite are the Garlic Parmesan wings and the Mexi Cali Fries! 6 wings fill me up. They definitely are FAT BIRDS!! This is a hidden gem people still havent discovered.

Wings were full of flavor, fries were crispy and yummy. Overall, service was excellent. Kid-friendliness: We picked a time when we didnt expect it to be very busy which worked in our my favor because my 3 year old likes to get up and run around while my husband & I try to eat lunch. The employees were very kind and let him spin the prize wheel and sit alone at a table, while my husband & I sat at another.

TLDR: OVERPRICED, MID TASTE. Walking in, counter straight ahead and bar to the right. 8 high seats at the bar. 5 TVs that work, three over bar and two working over head on the left. Ordered 8 wings and a drink, no Frys. Total for it was $19!!! Yikes, the drink cup is small but if the wings are good whatever. Place was pretty dead so wings took about 10~15 minutes. Wings came out warm and are were surprisingly slightly breaded. (I like breaded wings) The flavors I ordered were Mango Habanero and Sweet Thai chili. Wing size was comparable to BWW and the taste was a let down. The Sweet Thai Chili didnt taste like anything and the Mango Habanero was soggy JUST like at Twin Peaks. If you like soggy then these arent as soaked. The spice level was nowhere near as the Mango Habanero from BWW or Wingstop. All in all, if you want to have a beer and chill somewhere semi quiet, eat some wings, then go to Buffalo Joes .

12 wings for $19. Wow. The place they rent must be expensive. Salad was $8, the food was OK, my first time going it didnt impress me enough to return. I assume they are going for high class wings. So my 12 wings, make it a drink and fries came to $35, for 1 person. Cut that chit out. They had a waiter and a waitress, thats it. Fountain drink machine, so you get up every time you want a refill. So basically, they bring out your food, and youre on your own. . But you add your tip when you first order and pay, no instructions on that, no sign pointing this way to go to the register and order. Figured that out later. The bathroom was unisex, which could be bad or good. Overpriced. If the food is good, I dont mind paying. It was just ok.

I enjoyed the wings. They have a nice atmosphere, pretty laid back, and the siE of their wings are above average. There fries were good, but their wings were better. I had the buffalo with insane heat and Mango Habanero. The mango Habanero were sweeter than I expected, but they were ok and the buffalo were great tasting. While at first I felt like they needed more heat, but by the third one I ate I started to feel it. It was a good hea but not overbearing. Would recommend this place. Not my favorite but definitely a great place to check out. Plus they have a small bar with drinks that can go with the wings.

The wings were very good. They were crispy and generously covered in sauce, but not too overwhelming. The one complain Id have is that the wings themselves were a bit small, especially for price paid. I would still go back, but I wouldnt make a habit of it. The fries though were some of the best sweet potato fries Ive had here in Midland. I will say that the service was very friendly and quick.

I ate here Saturday at lunchtime the place was pretty slow. I didn t even realize this place existed until then. I asked, and they have been open for a year! I am pretty attentive, but I don t drive through this particular parking lot very often. They should advertise a bit. The food is excellent. They have some great sauce options. I tried the Seoul sauce, the Hawaiian, and the garlic parm, as well as the hot buffalo. All were good. The fries, sweet potato fries, excellent. Reason for one star off: Ordering process is a little awkward, along with the bar being separate from the food. Only boneless option is chicken strip I personally don t mind this, but two of our party of four prefer the boneless wing (which I understand is not a wing) Good place, I recommend it

First time dining here and it was a fantastic experience. We tried a little bit of everything including the egg rolls, fried pickles, and Caesar salad. For wings, there was four of us, so we tried four different flavors. Each were excellent! The wings were indeed fat, well cooked and juicy. This restaurant has a fun and relaxed atmosphere with good music. Theres a bar inside so thats always nice. Some of the best wings Ive ever had. All their food was like a warm hug. Had their Seoul St. Sauce wings which were a delightful flavor. Their fries are tender and have a fresh and crispy favor. Seasoned perfectly with just the oil cooked in and salt. I tried this place out really in the mood for some wings......Man I like to think its just a preference thing, but I felt like the wings are just way to wet and soppy. My prefrence is for the flavor of my wings to be baked into the skin. These are just dipped regular wings. Plus I got buffalo / garlic parm. Both flavors were really unappealing to me garlic parm tasted soapy and overloaded with garlic. Buffalo ones tasted like Franks and have no love in them. I also had to ask for napkins, ask for a beer, it just wasnt very welcoming, nobody attentive, and wings left me really disappointed. I got a 12 piece and probably ate only 4. The place is a cool layout but the staff seemed preoccupied. Just a really lack luster experience, dont think I will give them another shot. 38 dollars for my meal and 2 beers.....nah im good.

Very clean. Everything we ordered looked fresh and had a made from scratch taste. Wings were perfectly cooked and seasoned/sauced. I especially liked the ranch, it had a lemon zing to it and tasted better than any ranch dip you would get from BWW or Wing Stop. first time visit: The atmosphere was nice I gave it a four star one of the staff member really nice, the food I believe more than a day leftovers old cold chicken wings skin did not cooked through: but dry, no taste, no favor, (ordered lemon pepper) and potato fries was very cold: and dry. being a Chef you can tell day old food: I think is over priced for non fresh food:

Really cool place, huge tender wings, super yummy sauces!! We tried the trufflallo, lemon pepper, Seoul street, insano Buffalo, Cali Mex, and mango habanero and THE TRUFFLE FRIES. Every single flavor was ridiculously delicious.

Food was good, the Mexi Cali fries were my favorite. Mango habanero is spicy, the Aloha was salty but the ranch balanced it out, garlic parm was the least favorite because of the lack of seasoning. The Nashville hot sandwich was little, no spice, and needed some more sauce, not worth $8. Garlic noodles were amazing! They should designate a outside smoking area, away from the door; we walked in and out inhaling second hand smoke which wasnt appreciated, some of the smokers looked to have been employees.

Today was our first time eating here, but it certainly won t be our last! My wings and truffle fries were outstanding; and I m pretty sure my fiancé set a record with how fast he ate his Buffalo chicken sandwich. The beer was cold the wings were hot! And as if the food wasn t enough, the staff was extremely friendly and engaging! If you need a sign to eat here.. this is it!

Wing flavor option is awesome ! The crisp and juiciness of the wings were on point. Their seasoning doesn t take artificial. We ordered Buffalo mild, truffle, garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper. I will say the truffle was a bit on the mild spicy side, that was a surprise lol. We got the truffle fries and they were good too. The mac and cheese was good very cheesy pasta was al dente. We also got celery sticks and carrots and I was happy to see how fresh and crunchy they were.The bar has a good selection. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Me and my family decided to try this place this past Sunday and I will be 100% honest it is overpriced for the amount you get. At wingstop you can get 48 wings for the price of 24 here. On the other hand the wings are pretty large in size and had a decent crunch to it. We got 6 different flavors which some stood out more than others. Everything looked great presentation wise but then it came down to taste. The Mexi-Cali flavor was good but its one of those you only can eat one of not a whole order and then the mango habanero, NOT SPICY AT ALL and can barely taste any mango. Dont get me started on the Aloha...did not remind me of paradise it was just an offsetting taste. Wouldve been nice to have bigger tasting flavors. Overall I give the wings 3 stars but the fries... The fries were amazing!! we had the truffle and bacon & cheese fries both were amazing in terms of flavor and crunch they had nothing wrong with them at all. So, the fries receive a 5 star so it balances out to 4. In my opinion right now unless they fix their wing flavors to have a bigger kick I would only go there for the fries as there were multiple options to choose from and would like to explore their side items as well.

06/11/2021 We had friends recommend this new wing place in Midland. Delicious food with a great vibe. They even have a bar if you want to hang out. We had the truffalo, thai sweet chili, BBQ wings and some sweet potato fries on the side. Of this our favorite was the Thai sweet chili.

Pretty good wings in Midland. We started out with some pot stickers. 5 is an odd number to split, but they are pretty good. For sauces, I had my wings tossed their Seoul Street and Buffalo hot. Lots of flavor in the Seoul Street with a spicy kick. Their Buffalo hot was good, but their Truffle Buffalo sounded even better. Also, truffle fries. We split the boring fries and saw everyone else s fries that looked more delicious. I really wish they had more beers on tap. 4 just ain t enough. I ve gotta try different items next visit.

We had a great time at Fat Birds this evening! The food was delicious (all of it!) , Brianna the bartender made the BEST Paloma and everyone working there was super friendly and fun. The restaurant was very clean and service was quick. The garlic noodles, egg rolls, truffle wings, garlic Parmesan wings, and the Aloha wings were tasty tasty. We will definitely be back!
