It was our first time buying a home in Midland, and we are so lucky we found Victoria! We had an idea about what we wanted - a new build. Victoria took us out right away, showing exactly what we asked for. Once we thought about it and decided that was NOT what we wanted, she quickly found a whole new batch for us to see, and NAILED what we were looking for with the first house she showed us that day! The whole process was seamless and she gave us great advice all along the way. AND I hear shes a fantastic ballroom dancer! Great taste in art too!! Victoria and Ceelie have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Our house was under contract in less than 24 hours. Her and her team advocated for us to make sure we were represented fairly and properly throughout the whole process. Super to work with. Extremely knowledgeable of the area , has endless contacts and a true tour de force in real estate. Sold my property in 72 hours for more than asking price. Would not use anyone else. Her staff was also excellent to work with. On the job day or night.
