We had to move to a different city prior to listing our home, so we were looking for a realtor who could not only sell our property, but also help us look after it while we were away. DeLauras team was incredible; they were only a quick text away and always happy to help arrange for any items (yard work, maintenance, mail forwarding, etc) that were needed. DeLaura arrived on the day of the first appointment with a marketing plan that included a market analysis, data, and a wealth of experience that helped us feel very comfortable early on in the discussion. DeLaura was very organized and it was obvious, she had put a lot of effort in her planning for our first meeting. The attention to detail and overall professionalism had us ready to list. The listing process was very easy and before she left, she was already marketing our home. Within 10 days of listing, DeLaura had a contract in place with a buyer.
