We visited for the first time today and got the margarita and the truffle. Really enjoyed the pizza (tasty and did NOT make me sick like pizza-chains or frozen pizza), and appreciated the friendly staff. Well be back! I think this is our designated pizza-spot from here on out in Midland!

Perfect place for lunch or early dinner. I tried the calzone, it was awesome. Had a slice of green chili and it was awesome. The standard pepperoni was the best I ve had in Midland, TX. The dough and wood fire here takes the pizza past MD and Bubba s for sure

My family and I love this place! Their pizza is to die for, the atmosphere is welcoming and not to mention the service!!!! We are always greeted with a smile! They are incredibly polite and friendly people! Though the pizza can be pricey it is definitely worth the buck! Just wish they were open longer hours because we can t get enough of their pizza

Ordered a pizza went to my car to wait came back inside I had my phone on me I asked the person u was on the phone with to hold on . When I got to the counter to get my pizza the lady was talking to me about proper phone etiquette . I had already ordered the pizza came back in to grab it . I dont need to be lectured when I am spending over 30.00 on a pizza . Lost my business !

Good pizza. Not as greasy as some of my favorites. However, they do use good ingredients. Overall good wood fired pizza. Service: Is excellent. They are on it. At least when I was there. Atmosphere: is okay, they dont serve beer, so its not much of a hangout spot. Food : 4/5

Really liked this place and supporting local - pizza was great. They like to pick and choose which rules apply to which patrons. They told me I needed to put my water bottle in my car since no outside food or beverage is allowed and then told me I could purchase water from them. Less than 5 minutes later someone comes in with a water bottle and they were allowed to keep theirs and not forced to buy water if they are thirsty. Ive reached out to them to ask them to clarify the rules and where it is posted that no outside food or beverage is allowed - with no response. Disappointing because the pizza is good.

Cute little family owned place. I called to order and it was ready in less than 10 minutes! The dough is super soft and isnt hard and chewy like some other wood fired pizza places. Overall a really good experience and great pizza for my family.

Customer service was deplorable, so disrespectful from the wife over the phone. Call back when you re ready to order I have customers in front of me. I said I did just order and asked for veggie with hot honey side. how much is the total and over the phone she rudely snaps, what does it say on the menu!? That s her job to give a final price incl tax, not me as a customer to do the calculations. Wow. I ordered the extra topping on veggie according to the unclear menu and she said it was for a fee not one additional topping included. When I inquired about adding the fresh garlic she hung up on me. I called back giving the benefit of the doubt it got disconnected but she didn t pickup after. I wondered if she recognized my number. Drove here 25min RT to pick up my order and ofc based on her horrible customer service and probably hanging up on me, she didn t put in my order. And surprise surprise a sign on the door they re sold out when 12 min earlier she was taking my order and only mentioned closing time, not being low on dough. Doesn t matter how good food could potentially taste when disrespected just trying to treat yourself for dinner, treated less than bc I m the first one to notice that on the menu , and when I knocked on the window to talk to management about this experience since staff were still inside the husband/owner says well you didn t order because you re order wasn t put in He also said they re on a CELLPHONE which means she had my # and could have called back if the call was dropped but avoided taking my calls when calling back. So unprofessional Nothing matters when you re unkind, brash, and unloving like she was. Management is her husband so letting him know that wasn t ok didn t go far when ofc he has to have his wife s back if he wants peace at home. NOTE: The uncivilized behavior referred to means NO cursing nor raising my voice, just advocating for myself and future customers saying that it s not okay to treat a customer/people that way. The kids continued laughing and playing together after I knocked on the window.

My husband and I fell in love with their pies when they started at the farmers market. Now even more in love. They have always been delicious and have totally hit the mark again tonight. The wait was long but absolutely worth every minute. My husband choose the special of the week and I chose the Bianca with mushrooms. So cheesy and salty and hit every note I was craving. 100/10 a must go. Must try. If youre questioning going, dont. Just go.

Easily the best pizza in Midland. My wife fell in love with me again after taking her here. Okay not really but the pizza is delicious. They could decorate the place a little bit but you probably won t notice because the pizza is so good you ll see start seeing the apparitions of your ancestors looking down upon you nodding with approval for finally finding the promised pizza restaurant foretold for eons . Personally I would give this place legendary status like Wall St Cocina or Bobs Better Burger. Hidden gem that you might never notice when driving by. I would climb in the oven to get this pizza if I had to.

Really good pizza with unique flavors. This is a great addition to Midland and I love seeing these entrepreneurs bringing to us a high quality product. Service was outstanding. I ordered 3 pizzas all were ready for pickup in 15 minutes. The pepperoni, margherita, and sausage/truffle pizza were all excellent. We will be ordering again.

Ok before I review, Id like to give my qualifications on pizza: Im from New Jersey and Ive had all the amazing NJ and NY pizza. Ive also been to Italy 3 times... This place is amazing. Ive been wanting to try them for a while but just got around to it today. I walked in to order a margarita pie to go, and I was immediately greeted by the owners. We struck up conversation about where Im from and how they started (which is a cool story). I decided to have a slice right then and there after I saw the REAL wood burning in the oven. If you know, you know you have to eat on site to get the full effect of a genuine woodfired pizza. And Im so glad I did. The owner makes it right in front of you, you can see the ingredients and the quality. The sauce and dough are made in-house, and you can absolutely taste that fact. They use buffalo mozzarella, which is key to a perfect pizza. I recommend dining in to get that crispy crust the oven offers. If you take home, it will still taste amazing! I had another slice when I got home and it was still great and the crust was still crisp, just not the bottom because thats what pizza does. I also heated up another slice in the oven later on and it was incredible. Hands down, the BEST pizza in midland! Yes, you can get a dominos pizza for like 6 bucks, but their pizza is hands over fist better than any cheap chain pizza. Highly recommend supporting this business and eating all the pizza! Great job guys!!

Neapolitan-NYC hybrid-crust pizza made from meticulously chosen premium ingredients with a focus on consistency, ensured by a hands-on owner with a clear passion and well-directed pride in his product. This is outstanding pizza and would get deserved attention no matter where in the country they located, NYC included. Expect balanced, refined flavor and excellent texture. These pizzas are made from a relatively high-moisture dough cooked at high temp in a wood-burning oven with a stone surface. The crust is medium-thin, with a bit more air & glutenous chew than a drier, classic NYC style crust, yet unlike a true Neapolitan, the bottom has perfect, crispy leopard-skin surface char that doesnt flop, with a thin core of fresh-proofed fluff above, and creamy, flavorful mozzarella with a perfectly balanced bite that doesnt string excessively but is never plasticky or tough. The sauce is appealingly right down the middle in flavor and screams quality. Salt levels of each component are super dialed-in and complementary to each other. I recommend first getting what I call an NYC Margherita (a plain cheese pie with basil); for that, here, youll ask for a Margherita with Extra Cheese-- which means youll get about 90% cheese coverage, with fresh basil, a little EVOO drizzle, and just the right sprinkle of Parmigiano. IMO, thats how you benchmark a pizza joint. That said, Ive also had their Truffle (a white pie), which has flavorful, assorted fresh mushrooms, high-quality black truffle oil youll immediately notice, and amazing local Italian sausage that rivals any Ive ever had. If it sounds like your thing, its an absolute must-try! The whole menu looks killer, as do the specials Ive seen pics of. Id suggest following them on social media if you want to keep track of specials and any variances in hours due to being a small family operation. *Pics from after initial review... so, consistent. A bit of a custom topping job. Yeah, they use shallots, and how about that flawless undercarriage peeking out-- cmon!
