Best decision ever hiring Chad Jones Law! I got rear ended by a GMC truck, and their insurance low balled unfairly, to say the least. Chad Jones Law has a kind, and extremely knowledgeable staff who paid attention to me immediately. They knew to take it to litigation, didnt settle for less. Kept me in the loop on everything. And got me a larger settlement than even they originally thought. Finally, they called me a week later to inform me that they also got a PIT settlement for me as well. Call them. On your side all the way.

Valerie and the staff are friendly, compassionate and responsive. The reason for 4 stars is after while the lawyer we had didnt seem to remember what hed told me before and it made me uncomfortable to make decisions. Other than that, they have been great to work with, they keep me up to date, and let me know of the options I have avaliable.
