Celebration Church has been life-changing for my family. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at home. Our daughter loves the kids program, and my wife has found a strong community with Radiant Sisters. Theres truly something for everyone, with small groups creating connections. Pastor Joe is an incredible preacher, staying true to the Word and delivering sermons with honesty and conviction. Its comforting to know he preaches what the Bible says and is intended. We are blessed to be part of this church family!

The church I moved away from had bible classes on-site, weekly fellowship and a chance to meet someone new every Sunday. My old church had potluck dinners, softball games , picnics, an on-site gym and full weight room. They did everything to bring the church close together. lots of comminity work to volunteer for weekly . I havent seen this here. Pastor Joe is a great preacher but Im still looking for a church where you can get involved with, make friends and small groups isnt it for me.

I look at the pictures of probably upwards of $750,000 in lighting, sound and LED wall and think this is an entertainment venue. How sad Christianity has used this to replace sitting down with our brothers and sisters and caring for one another.

Its the real deal. We have been coming here for almost 15 years, and it has been an incredible experience. The community is warm and welcoming, and the church stays true to the teachings of Jesus and the Bible no strange doctrines or practices. If you feel like your current church is lacking the presence of the Holy Spirit, youll find it here. The dream team is also fantastic, contributing to a truly uplifting and spiritual environment. Highly recommend!

For this to be a place of GOD and people to worship,I REALLY FEEL ANGRY at the fact that a man who was supposed to be holding the door(Older.Hispanic Man) for people and directing them to their seats/chose me to pick on and ask if I would take my son out because he was DISTURBING OTHERS).He actually was not,he was just excited because he loves church. I told him NO,and I did not leave. Because of that incident,I dont feel comfortable going back . People should focus more on the word being preached in the church,and not finding reasons to make people UNCOMFORTABLE ...

The service was great but the music was way too loud, they even have earplugs at the greeting desk. I saw a baby with noise canceling headphones on. That s way too loud. Try turning it down just a bit please.

Since moving here to Texas we ve been looking for a church that we will like. Someone referred my mom to this church and we all decided to go on a Sunday which we loved. They greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. Showed us where we can take our son with the other kids his age to have their own service/Bible study. They learn a lot of lessons about the Bible which was really good. You never feel lost in here someone is always willing to help you from the moment you walk in. The pastor preach some really good word about God and the Bible. He breaks it down for everyone to understand which I love. Everyone dress very respectful and I love that people can dress comfortable because it s more about hearing the word of God instead of focusing on what you have on. You can even get coffee while listening to the word, join Bible groups or go to their praise and worship events. I would definitely recommend this church.

If your looking for a church where the Pastor sits down to give the message of God this is the place for you. If you like the congregation that wears hoodies over their head, caps and cowboy hats during service this is the place for you. If you think its respectful for women to wear half shirts with their bellybutton ring showing, this is the place for you. If you like good coffee this is the place for you. If your a little more traditional and conservative this is not the place for you. Hope the best for this place though. Just giving those who are looking for a new church a snapshot before spending their Sunday morning here. Dont want you to be surprised like we were.

New Years Day service (1-1-24) was wonderful and it was nice to see Pastor Joe. But this will be the last time I ever step foot at Celebration Church. I have learned that churches, as religious organizations, are exempt from observing the ADA LAW for individuals with disabilities. I have a small service dog you see and heres where we have a problem. This is what happened : I was approached by a male team member asking me if this was indeed a service dog. I say yes. He further asks what is he for?? I answered that as well. He then said my picture needs to be taken and saved in his smartphone for staff information purposes. He proceeds to tell me that I will need to check in every single time I visit to register that I have a service animal and receive a certain wristband, that every visit will be a different color wristband. That way Id be marked as having a service dog. He asks what my SDs name is and then touches my animal without my consent! Outrageous I am not interested in jumping through these hoops just to be apart of services here. To the public, knowledge is power. Be aware that you will need to do all these things in order to be compliant with their strict protocol and welcome on campus. I wrote this in order for the next person who suffers from a disability that is unseen to be equipped with this information as to not be caught off guard. Then they can make up their own minds as to what they think is reasonable for themselves.

We moved to Lockhart Texas 2 years ago but continued to attend Celebration. Today we drove just to be told we couldn t be part of service. We felt excluded, and were treated unfairly by the person we spoke to. We have a 12 year old with special needs, unfortunately we were told he couldn t stay with the rest of the kids because he was too old and that there wasn t enough personnel. The other option we were given was to go to the family room but that only 1 parent could be there. When the lady took us to see the room there were MANY couples in that room but still, only one of us could be there. The couples in that room did not had the same skin color as me and my wife. We love Pastor Joe. Unfortunately, not sure we are returning.

I have been attending Celebration Church for 3 years and love it! There truly is something for everyone. Dont let the size scare you. Because of the size, there are so many opportunities for small group gatherings. I am single and over 50. Most churches dont have much support for people over 30. Well, Ive been able to get connected and never have to do life alone again. Joe and Lori Champion are great leaders and you can tell that they care about their members. Come check us out!

Pastor Joe changed my life! I didnt think getting sober and loving God again after my husbands death was possible until I heard his message. He accepted me. Broken, tired, and lost. Celebration Church has 2-locations in the Austin area with the Georgetown location being the established facility. It is a large church with a small town feel and is the type of experience that you, as an individual, makes of it. I really like pastor Joe, the worship and the atmosphere here. I just wish they would have built the stage way higher (cant see anything from middle of the room and back) unless youre staring at the big side screens, and if youre short like me 52 that can be hard with tall people standing around you. Some stadium/bleacher seating options would be a perfect solution.

We went to watch Granger Smith preach. This church is amazing. We have been back a few times since then, and would love to make it our church home, but its 2hrs away. Great place to go worship. ALWAYS love getting to visit Celebration whenever we re in Georgetown. Everyone on team is so incredibly kind and caring. Took our baby boy into childcare for the first time and he had no issues at all. We can t wait to visit again and hear another incredible message and worship with everyone!

I like Celebration Church because it s funny, joyful and entertaining. This church should be all over Austin and surrounding areas. The Pastors are not too big to shake your hands. The people are friendly, open arms and excited. Yet you get the word of God without apology, that s important for my personal spiritual growth

What a welcoming church! From the moment you pull in. The worship is amazing before the service. They have a great childrens ministry for all ages. And the Pastor gave a great message. I think we found our new home church!
